This is our favorite spot on the chain to stop with our boat. Awesome and STRONG drinks, food, ice cream for the kids, and friendly bartenders. They make a great spicy marg! Only negative is that it gets really busy and can be hard to get a dock spot.

We came up to Manitowish Waters for a Bachelorette party and the weather was a bit cold, so Lower Unit wasn’t open. We rented a boat from Greer’s and asked if they’d be willing to open up for an hour or two just for our group of 20. Not only did the owner say yes, but she was extremely kind and accommodating and made us all delicious bloodies. I personally have always had a great experience here, but after this weekend I wanted to make sure they knew how much we appreciated them and their wonderful service! The boat rental also went very well and Bruce and Franny get 5 stars from us! :)

This place used to be a fun place to hang out and get some food or drink while on the chain. In the past couple years the demographic has changed. Drinks are almost all in the double digit price range now. They have a good selection of beer too but even that has gotten expensive.
On top of this there is some guy across the channel from them who insists on playing ridiculously loud music almost as if he is begging people to come over and hang out with him.
All in all just not as fun as it used to be.

The hours are incorrect online. They open at 11 am not 10 am. Lucky the bartender was sweet and accommodating! Always love this place!
