I do not normally post reveiws; but this was so bad I am giving the owner or manager a chance to know what happened. Tonight; a Friday; I placed a to-go order for two fish frys and a pizza. Showed up at the appropriate time for pick up to find out the pizza I ordered was given away to another to-go. They did not take my phone number so they could not let me know. They did however recognize me as about a month ago I had placed a to-go order where a pizza I ordered was 86'd and again with no phone number, could not let me know. To one young bartender's credit, after happening tonight she did say, "maybe we should start getting phone numbers with to-go orders." I would suggest it. They did cut the bill and give a coupon for a free pizza. Get home and on one fish fry, they made the wrong potatoe; and on the other; they burnt the potatoe pancakes.

Had pizza there with my son & his wife. They spoke very highly of the pizza. So, we came over & tried it. He did not lie, it's very good! One thing remember to tell bar staff not to cook it till cheese is golden. Just alittle before that so cheese is still a whitish color. Very, Very Good though. Oh, the bone in chicken wings are awsome also....

I was impressed with their food. They slow roast their corned beef, and the Reuben was amazing. Pizza was excellent. Crust is cracker crust thin. Their warm, homemade chips with French onion dip that comes with their sandwiches was soooo good. We had great service at the bar. They know what they are doing here. We will be back!!

My wife and I come here often. Understaffed BUT super attentive. I am amazed at how many tables the few servers they have can stay on top of everything. Sometimes it’s too busy we can’t find a table - that’s no reflection on the great service and food you get. The food is amazing!

The food is good, depending on who serves you, also depends on the wait time of your order. Prices are reasonable. If it is crowded the atmosphere of the noise seems to bounce of the walls like an echo effect that's not pleasant. Overall I would recommend the special hot beef, pork, or turkey. mashed potatoes, and gravy or the burgers are amazing.

Drove by a couple of times on our way 2 brandon meats. Always had cars and had a lakefront neon sign. Best move i made in months. Really great walleye and greman potato salad. My only rub was beer could have been
Colder and the on tap menu was on a small tv screen that was hard 2 see unless u got up and stood by it. Plus their are people sitting right there. A simple print out of all the tap and bottles saves everyone time.
Cause if I were a server, what's on tap would get old real quick.

New to the area and was told that this place has an all you can eat shrimp dinner on Friday nights. Went there and it was a small but friendly atmosphere. We had the all you can eat shrimp and the blue gill fish dinner. See photos of the all you can eat shrimp with German potato salad and cottage cheese. And the blue gill dinner. We will go back to try other items on their menu.

Took our kid there for lunch. It was pretty busy so figured we would have to wait a little while until our food would arrive. So order a drink, and order appetizers and our meal ( a burger, chicken tenders and a wrap) . And we waited, and waited and waited, and waited, and waited some more very patiently and as politely as well as we could with a 2 year old. Over an hour + goes by.. no food, no appetizers, no response from our waitress..

We started Noticing, As other people ate and departed. More New folks arriving after us. We waited and watched their table and magically they got served their food before our order. and it was pretty quickly they got their order. Which was a few chicken wraps and some other things.

To be honest, we were disappointed. To see other people who showed up after us, to get their food before us. Especially waiting 1+ hours. So My husband went up to ask about how our food was coming and they didnt even have a time on how much longer. So they gave us our drinks for free and we left.

Unfortunately, we had to go to McDonald's because our kid was starving after waiting over 1+ hours for lunch. But on the upside, we spent $11 at McDonald's instead of over $80. So honestly, it even sucks worse for this business, because we are from the area trying a new places out. Probably would have came back again & again if the food was good. But unfortunately, I don't think we will ever be back. We'll try other places and move on from this bar. I hope ither have better luck than we did.

Our appetizers were overdone. The pizza was good. They were out of 3 of the beers we asked for. Our waitress was not helpful with information on what beer was available. She also never came to the table to ask us how our food was. She only came by once to check on our drinks, and that was after we had finished them some time before. We had to go up to the bar to pay our bill because she never came back to pick it up.

Usually have good food, but unfortunately this time we didn’t get a chance to taste it. Came out for a fish dinner and the waitress just walked around clearing other tables. She also sat behind the bar eating, drinking, and counting tips. We waited for just over 20 minutes and then had to leave.

Not our first time eating here but first time we have gotten an appetizer. Hands down the best beer battered cheese curds I have ever eaten!! I usually like the breaded kind vs beer battered but these were amazing!! My husband and I sat at the bar and we were able to eat right at the bar. It was very comfortable no lip on the bar so it wasn't awkward to try and eat our fish fry. He got the blue gill with hot German potato salad. I thought the potato salad had a little too much vinegar, but im picky. He really liked it. He loved his fish also. I got the 2 piece haddock with chippers. Fish was amazing, lite batter not heavy and greasy. The chippers came with a French onion dip but it wasn't very strong, it has been better. My chippers were pretty greasy and soggy, I've had better there also. I like them crispy! Very nice place to eat. I highly recommend Friday night fish fry! We have not ventured further on the menu but my son says the burgers are great!
