Came here the other day with my family for breakfast on a non game day. I’ve been told great things about this place from uber drivers and just word of mouth. Customer service was fantastic . The waitress (I think Brenda)was quick to grab paper and crayons for my little one and coffee was out in an instant. She let us know the monthly specials , but unfortunately due to a food allergy we could not get it. I’m grateful we were told about the ingredients , but what was interesting was that they couldn’t take the item where I had an allergy out; It makes me question how fresh the food really is . Again customer service was great and she answered all questions.
For the atmosphere, I gave five stars because there was mild conversation going on but nothing too quiet or loud .

As for the food, I wasn’t too impressed . There was a lack of seasoning on the food and hash browns came out mushy on multiple plates.
The steak actually needed A1 sauce to get some flavor in there. One thing that I did like about it was they did cook the steak to my liking , nothing over or under, but it lacked flavor.

This place really didn’t stand out compared to other diners , but it wasn’t the worst I’ve been to.

We will never come back here. They asked what size our party was and jotted down a number without asking for a name. They came up with the name “Tim” for our party without informing us. Which isn’t close to any of our names in the group. A few minutes later we asked if our name was still on the list as people that had come in after us were now being sat. We were returned with an unacceptable attitude from the women in the front and were placed at the bottom of the list. Very unpleasant experience. Overwhelmed or not that is not how you talk to customers!

It's a really std breakfast place. Didn't get pancakes..I'm not a pancake kinda guy.. maybe once in awhile.. the kids & wife are however. But my std 2 egg, bacon, hash browns & Toast was $15... When we first were getting seated they tried to put us in a booth when we asked for a table. When we said this won't work the lady at the counter said then you'll have to come back and wait. We had already waited so we said we'd make the booth work. However, a different hostess said that we could sit at the table kitty-corner from where we were. She was very friendly and accommodating. This is a small-town, your grandmother's kitchen atmosphere in the big city. The food is over the top, and 5 stars would be underrating the experience. I have visited this business on four occasions and have never been disappointed. The food selection is unlimited, quality, servings are enormous, and you won't leave hungry. Staff is as good as the food. Personal, fun, friendly, genuine, and engaging and will make your experience something to remember. terrible service, phoned in an order. used their menu online to place order. I called in 2 hearty breakfasts (12.49 each) and a single stuffed French toast (10.99). they did not give me a price over the phone, but doing rough math was going to be about $38 bucks with tax. I thought no big deal. I drive from work to pick it up. get there and it was $47 dollars. hmm doesn't seem right. maybe I looked at wrong menu item. I don't say anything. come back to work. looked and seen I did look at correct prices. called there and explained that I think I got over charged. the explanation was we charge 90 cents per Togo order. and I told the lady even still 3 Togo orders at .90 cents a piece doesn't add $9.00. she then proceeded to ask what menu was I looking at like I pulled up the wrong one. I told her I went to your direct website and clicked your menu tab. going off your menu. she said oh well we upped the prices 3 months ago. a hearty breakfast is $16 bucks now. I told her than you should change the menu bc I wouldn't have ordered from there had I know I was paying $16. she said oh ill let my manager know about the online menu. and it seemed condescending when she then said is there anything else I could help you with. if you're going to up your prices then you should change the menus before upping them. seems like false advertising. Wonder how many other people ordered food with the wrong menu, thinking they were paying one price, getting charged another and not noticing or just dealing with it not thinking.

The food was good. I had oatmeal with bananas and blueberries. Blueberries were a tad small, but they were good. My family had pancakes, bacon, eggs, potatoes. They loved everything. The place was busy, even on a Monday. The floor looked ready to be vacuumed, but again, the place was busy.
Our server Mel was very attentive and an absolute sweetheart. She was very nice and ahead of everything we needed.

Walked in and wasn't acknowledged by anyone sat down and neither of the 2 waitresses acknowledged that we were there. As the waitresses were doing there thing but it wasn't busy at all. My husband replied to me if someone doesn't come over then we are leaving. We waited 10 minutes and never was greated.Then the younger one asked the other one if she saw us and she replied no so the sad thing is someone realized we were there but didn't say someone will ve right with you. So we walked out and it wasn't busy we left the building at 6:45am. I guess we will never know if the food is good because we probably won't go back.

I have been planning to go here for over 2 years already and my timing never worked bc not a morning person, but I should have went after work years ago bc I’ve been missing out on this place! For those of you who live close by I’m sure it’s a normal hang out place but for those that gotta drive, let’s just say- the taste are amazing no matter what you get, the portions are trucker style portions (not trying to stereotype either but I think that’s what they refer to that as—hers a comparison for you—I ordered a 1/2 order of stuffed hashbrowns which was on special and I brought 3/4 of order home for prob 2 more meals even though amazing bc was so full) that was a half order 😂 what would full order look like? We went on Sunday around noon and the place was packed. The two of us were seated in about 10-15min. The service was excellent and quick. We did the chocolate chip pancake, country fried steak, and then did a custom corned beef stuffed hash browns. All were very good and would recommend. The hash browns came out crispy and full of flavor. The English muffins and sourdough bread were perfectly toasted and buttered. A great place!

Best breakfast in Green Bay. Hands down, never been bad and I always eat too much. Waitress once told me that I can use the saucer from the coffee cup to put my toast on whenever I wanted and that idea has stuck with me. I haven’t seen that waitress in awhile, I only hope he had gotten a chance to retire and enjoy her days. Everyone else I’ve seen since then has been professional and competent.

The sampler platter was delicious so we both had that. Serving size very big so some went home.
