Honestly one star is too much. Waitress could not figure out how to use the tablet to place order, took her about 5 very awkward moments to figure it out. Order was placed...so we thought. She comes back 15 minutes later to tell us that it did not send to the kitchen...what did we have again? She retook our order and we told her we would like more soda....never happened. An hour later, still no food. Mind you, these are sandwiches...not full meals. It isn't rocket science, and the place was not that full. The waitress came over...finally made eye contact with us.. told us "5 more minutes I promise", nope...15 minutes later what I perceived to be the owner came over to us...apologized. Said that's quite enough, give us the bill for our pop and let me go. I was done being patient. We were not the only people that walked out, and the table that was next to us stated that they had been sitting there for 2 hours waiting for their food. I feel sorry for the owner as this is a very cute restaurant. I do hope she is able to remedy her wait time and wait staff issues.
