Our family has stopped here during the mannequin night at Christmas time for hot chocolate many times but lately we’ve stopped n a Saturday morning. They have so many coffee, lattes and smoothie choices! The energy bites are unique and so many other yummy options in the case. The have solid breakfast and lunch sandwiches too. They have games you can play inside and fire pits outside. You can even walk up to the outside window and order which is handy if you have you dog with you. The staff is friendly, helpful and upbeat. I highly recommend Globe Coffee and we will be back :)

Some people‘s only means of purchasing something is with cash not everyone has credit or debit cards. I would rate the food very subpar Kwik trip actually has better breakfast sandwiches than this place and they’re only 3.99 unlike the $10 they were here. It was my first time and probably my last time being there due to the fact, they don’t accept cash.

I got the Avocado toast and there was basically no avocado at all, and the egg on top was cold and looked like it just came out of a plastic wrapper. Do not get it. Awful! Otherwise place is nice environment and I’m sure the coffee is fine

Coffee and atmosphere was great but workers were not very friendly and it took 45 minutes to get my food. I asked how much longer it would take and they said someone else must have taken my order. No apology at all and then they forgot my eggs and bacon. Again, no apology.

The hours are unpredictable. The website will state they are open and you arrive and the gate is locked. This has happened on numerous occasions. The stitch skate event was OK but the "treat" they offered on their website for the kids dressed up was pathetic (a single bag of fruit snacks), I only take my child there if there are no other options.

I didn’t actually get coffee here but thought that a coffee shop / skating concept was a neat idea. They had this open for roller skating but also has ice skating in winter
I’ve been to a few of coffee / cycling shops which seems to be a trend that is dying
Not sure if it’s kids only but I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to ask. Just enough time to snap a pic of the rink and complex

This is the absolute cutest hangout in the fox cities area. There is an outdoor skating rink, and the rental skates are all cute. There are clean bathrooms inside, and a selection of drinks and sandwich combo meals available for purchase. The wraps are delicious. The coffee drink I got was as well, but didn't really come super cold though it was cold brew. The employees don't seem too enthused to do their job, but we stuck to the outdoor area as much as possible. They douldn't do the coffee flights due to being out of the cups, so I thin taking the chalk board with them advertised off the counter would have been a good idea. Will definitely be back, the outdoor area has tons of seating and is dog friendly. Also near some other cool spots to shop and get ice cream

We enjoyed Globe Coffee in The Plaza so much that we ended up going twice on our trip. Globe had coffee we really enjoyed and also has good drink options for kids. Both the hot chocolate and caramel hot cider were delicious. They offered a pup cup for our dog, and a beautiful venue with nice seating inside and out. We'll definitely be back.

We absolutely love The Plaza for ice skating, s'mores and a hot beverage.
We hosted a birthday party for 13 girls. The private room was wonderful & worked perfectly for our event. Majority of the staff there is friendly & helpful.
However, execution of an event is absolutely TERRIBLE. There is so much potential to be a great entertainment space! We booked a 3 hour room rental for $375. We spent over $300+ on food/beverages during that time. As others have stated, food was awful.
Large batch hot cocoa for $25 was watery & not great (we ordered 2). At 4 p.m. I asked if food could please be served at 5:30 (pizzas, gourmet mac & cheese, fruit tray, veggie tray). It started to come out at 5:45 and took 45 minutes for everything to be put on the table. Pizzas were served cold, Mac & Cheese ($6/half a mug) was clumpy and cold at the bottom. The staff walked by with supplies for to build the veggie tray at 6 p.m. (it was supposed to be at 5:30). Simple tasks that could have been prepped early. I was charged for an item I did not order. I had to ask a couple times for a simple pitcher of water & cups. There are so many additional disappointments, but you get a macro level picture here. It's a bummer because I would have loved to utilize this space for other private events. This was my "trial" on how they handle events.
Yes, I did let the event coordinator know prior to leaving this review- but heard nothing. The coordinator prior to the event was very responsive & pleasant!
Also, important to note- by 5 p.m. on a Saturday evening they were not busy (surprisingly), the staff had ample time to prepare and it appeared fully staffed. I interacted with 4-5 staff in the coffee/food service area during our 3 hours.
I would recommend skating here, its a lot of fun...I would not recommend hosting a party. They are not trained to host events.

My girlfriend had just returned from Texas and we were looking for a coffee shop to sit and catch up. This shop is right out of a Hallmark movie! Our tea was steaming hot, the wooden decor and paneling was beautiful and the hustle of parents with their children, young people, even these senior citizen was enchanting. We watched the folks ice skate. It was just like a scene out of a Hallmark movie. There were outside fire places to sit around out by the rink and enjoy your coffee or scones. What a fun place to be.

As every other review that involves food has mentioned, the food here is terrible. There isn’t any way around it. I ordered avocado toast and was I got was a tiny pitiful slice of bread with sour guacamole. I think they use lime juice to try to keep it fresher for longer, but it’s not flavorful or good. Just sour. Coffee was decent and service was ok. It kind of sucks that they are a huge building but don’t have their own WiFi.
The atmosphere is awesome though. A very cozy place that was nice to work. If you stick with coffee and are there to relax a bit, you’ll have a good time.

Spent several days here in Neenah for work and stopped by at least 5 times for breakfast and lunch. Their sandwiches and wraps were very tasty, and the coffee was great. I had the chai, the cold brew, and just regular drip. The vibes were very peaceful (even while busy with customers), and the staff was very kind to me. Michelle was awesome!

Warmed over hospital food. The coffee reminded me of a canned ones at the gas station. The “loaded breakfast burrito” was a wrap with a single piece of spinach, what seemed like an entire bell pepper and the bacon had more elasticity than a bungee cord. “Hash browns” were a mushy gray mess of what seemed like a combination of saw dust and left over scraps when fries are made. You could probably use it for building material. Sorry. Had to be said. What a wonderful treat for Mother’s Day…glad the first thing that came up before anything was how much I should tip.

It's been 2 years since the last time we came here. Thought we give it another try.
Skating was amazing. Kids loved it.
It's a little better. Still waited a while in line to order as there were 3 employees working. At least this time, they let us know they will be with us shortly. Ordered 2 hot coco swiss miss $2.25 got and paid for Ghirardelli $3.00. Even told the girl I wanted Swiss Miss Coco, NOT Ghirardelli she even said "yes they are under the same button in the system."
Opened the cups, and they taste and look like powder water down coco
It's NOT worth the $3 for 8oz cup.
Sure..... receipt says it all.

Although my children and us enjoy this place very much for ice skating, I’m surprised at how long it took to replenish toilet paper in the ladies bathroom. We showed up around 5:30PM and I went to the stalls and 2 of them were out of toilet paper. I was able to use 1 with very little toilet paper. By 6:20PM, no stalls had toilet paper in them and had to request them to be replenished. I asked a younger man and he went to get someone. I waited already 10 minutes and a girl came but changed a garbage bin before heading to the ladies bathroom. Please make sure to check your bathrooms consistently for cleanliness and toilet paper next time. Thank you.

The atmosphere here is wonderful, certainly a beautiful place to check out, but that's about it. After ordering my food I was told that they do not accept cash and I should have just left then but I paid the $10 for a turkey avocado and 3.50 for a Swiss miss hot cocoa, first off the hot cocoa wasn't full and the turkey avocado looked more like a grilled cheese but after checking there was indeed a miniscule amout of turkey, however there was not enough to taste. Overall, I am highly disappointed and would like to know for what good reason they do not accept cash.

I've been here two times and both times were nice, atmosphere wise. But coffee was too expensive and can definitely taste the flavored syrup (maybe I just ordered the wrong thing?). Service wasn't great - first time I came, I was feeding my infant and honestly could not walk up to grab my coffee, so it sat up there for a few minutes until I was done. It would have been super helpful if they could have taken 10 steps (maybe less) to hand it to me. Place was not busy at the time. The second time, I waited a few minutes before anyone noticed me behind the counter (their backs were to me). I ended up throwing out my $2 little glazed donut because it felt like I was biting into a sponge, it was very stale.

Disappointed. It started off with the fact that they do not take cash. OK - fine. Then when I got the coffee flight, I hadn't realized it was strictly iced coffee. I never like iced coffee. I just couldn't drink it, took the flight back and walked out. They never offered a refund or offered to change it to a hot flight instead. Went to a coffee shop in Menasha and had a much better experience. The Menasha coffee shop took cash, had hot flights, I got to pick the flavors, came with cupcakes and they brought it out to my table. Sorry Globe - I'll never venture there again. If you like iced coffee for the summer, you may be interested. Seems like a nice size for a flight. Worth taking the pic.

We stopped in for lunch and coffee at Globe Coffee. We didn’t skate so my review is limited to our experience in the coffee shop.
Coffee and drinks: There’s a variety of coffee options to meet most coffee drinker’s needs. We ordered a Cafe Au Lait and a Caramel Cappuccino and both were great! The kids each order a smoothie and they said it was just ‘mid’, nothing special and it tasted like it was made from powder not fresh fruit.
Food: For food we ordered the Turkey Avocado Panini and a cup of Chicken Soup. The panini was cold in the middle and the avocado spread was dark green. For $10, I did expect more than what I got. The soup was good, though. Not sure if it came from a can or made fresh but it did taste pretty good.
Atmosphere: I like the various sitting option available but it was a little crowded when we where there. Great spot to meet up with a friend for coffee and chat. Great views of the skating rink and outdoor area.
I would not make a special trip here for coffee and food but if I was here for ice skating, I would definitely stop in to warm up and have a cup of coffee.

Probably one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had. The workers glared at me when I walked in and ordered. The girl at the register was braiding her hair as I was ordering and refused to smile. Her tone was so harsh too as if she was annoyed to be there. The barista making my drink looked so incredibly unhappy and didn’t smile or say anything when she handed my drink to me. Regardless of the time of day, it would be nice to be greeted and treated respectfully. Keep in mind it was 6pm and didn’t close until 7. Workers should really be talked to about their customer service skills because I will not be returning.

Went for a private event and absolutely loved the decor! It has a very cozy and romantic feel and would be perfect for a date night! All the drinks like hot chocolate and coffee that were served were delicious and the kids loved the smoothies, moms did too:) The cashiers were young and not too personable and smiley but it was late and I'm sure they had school the next day so they were probably thinking about their homework that they still had to do. Globe Coffee: doesn’t live up to the impressive architecture. “Paninis” are made with cheap sliced bread and served with cheap potato chips. Despite having 7 baristas working behind the counter, food and drinks take a long time to arrive. They don’t accept cash, plus poor layout and traffic flow means customers picking up ready orders must cross the line of people waiting to order (which gets long). Hopefully these are just growing pains as they get established.

I took my Partner here for Mother's Day and sadly it was quite disappointing. First, I would like to say, the atmosphere was cozy, the staff seemed nice, and the place really does have some potential.
We ordered a large latte, a latte flight, a turkey BLT wrap w/side salad, and a toasted bagel w/ cream cheese. While the place was a little busy (it was around 12:15), it didn't seem unmanageable. From the time we placed our order at 12:18, it took until 12:42 until we finally received everything. We took our items to the outdoor seating, and after sampling, it was not worth the price or the wait. The turkey BLT wrap with side salad was $11 and the wrap itself was nothing special and the turkey was two slices of basic deli meat. The most flavorful part of that dish was the Chipotle ranch dressing for the side salad, which I ultimately ended up using on the wrap. As for the lattes, each item on the flight had an initial taste of the flavor shot that was used, but was quickly followed by an excessively bitter taste. My large pistachio latte had very little flavor beyond the bitterness as well. On the ride home, we still had a lingering taste in out mouths that we were eager to get rid of.
As for the staff, they were definitely friendly enough, but they seemed to be inadequately trained. While waiting, we had plenty of time to observe the food prep and we weren't completely please with what we saw. First, proper hair restraints were not worn by those doing food prep. Second, an employee grabbed a bottle of what appeared to be an unlabled bottle of ranch and didn't know what was in it, so they squirted some on the back of their hand and tasted it, then continued assembling the dish without changing their gloves. Third, they seemed to be unfamiliar with the toaster oven and its operation. We tried picking out if there was a manager behind the counter overseeing operations, but it didn't look like anyone was ensuring quality control of how things were being prepped or items being served.
The building and atmosphere are beautiful and I really wanted to love this place, but beyond ice skating in the winter and possible summer events being held there, there is very little else that would presently bring me back to Globe Coffee when just down the street is LAWLSS Coffee. 1/5

My friend and I visited Globe Coffee with our newborns and couldn’t have felt more welcomed by each of the baristas! They accommodated us with allowing us to order directly from our table to minimize juggling two infants, to reheat our drinks, and even offered to help us gather our things as we were preparing to depart! The drinks, food, impeccable service and neat atmosphere will definitely draw me back for more coffee trips in the near future!

A few kinks to work out being a newer business. Round table seating blocks the bench seating. Garbages tucked behind tables with guests blocking access to disposal etc.
Overall a nice set up and will be a great place to stop in once everything is sorted properly.

Great selection of coffees, espresso drinks, and hot chocolates- we had a flight of Lattes and a hot chocolate, all were excellent. Also had a great breakfast sandwich and a waffle, which was ok, but affordable. We had a great time and will return.
The outdoor seating looks like it will be awesome in warmer weather and the ice rink looked well-maintained. I’m unsure if they offer skate sharpening, that would be nice to know.

I went for a private work event. The staff was wonderful. My child loved the smores and the ice rink. I feel it might be pricy to go skating often, but maybe we'll have to invest in our own skates.

Love this place. Only bad part is it's really busy.. but when you get rid of most the people it's a perfect Hallmark setting.

Great family venue in downtown Neenah. Ice skating rink with rental skates available. Fire pits for warmth and benches to watch all of the action. Nice interior with a great little coffee shop. Great time for the entire family.

I have never written a negative review but this is crazy! Me and my 5 year old son were so excited to try out their food and ice skating, but ended up waiting for 25 mins for our food and watched everyone who was in line behind us get their food first. I mentioned something to the staff and waited 10 more minutes for the food. I had to ask them to bag it up as well, because I originally wanted to take the food outside, but they brought it out on plates. By the time they bagged my order it had been 40 mins and we had to skip ice skating and leave. I got home, looked in the bag, realized it was the wrong food completely! Hungry and frustrated, I went back to show them that my order was wrong and a manager wrote down my name and number and said that she can't refund me but can give me a credit.
I returned later because they had promised me a voucher for the $25 of food and drinks I bought. THEY DID NOT HAVE A VOUCHER FOR ME! I explained what had happened during my first visit, but this was a different manager and the other manager I had first spoke to was scheduled off, and I was told there was nothing they can do for me. So I spent money there and got nothing but frustration! I was told I would receive a call about the situation. I have heard nothing! This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any place! The management was unsympathetic and rude about this whole situation. So disappointing!
In Addition: I was offered no Oops card. A manager took my name and phone number and left me a voicemail, because I missed her call. She said there would be a credit waiting for me and there was none.

An incredibly nice place for families to come and skate. You can rent skates, and there's food and a warming area. A very nice place and addition to the downtown of Neenah.

We have been to Globe Coffee several times, and we have been delighted each time. They are brand-new, so they are still working a few kinks out, but each time has been progressively better. The atmosphere is uplifting, the employees attentive, and the coffee delectable. Also, be sure to try the breakfast bagels!

Tonight was our first night out to the rink, and we had a great time. The staff was very friendly and quick. My husband, two small children and I enjoyed our time on the ice and around the fire with a s'mores snack. We will be back.

Everything was really nice the only thing I didn't like was the small size hot chocolates were extremely small like for a tiny child and over priced for hot chocolate. Also there needs to be space heaters or more source of warmth. The fires even sitting close didn't do it and the concrete benches made you more cold than standing. For the price it needs more warmth for comfort
