Busy Friday. I had special smelt and he had all you can eat pollock. Waitress never came back to the table even after several attempts of trying to get her attention. Understand. We stopped here to eat after attending the outhouse races down the road.
The food was phenomenal 😋. I had a chicken quesadilla and hubs had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The flavors were delicious and the portions were huge. The bartender was hilarious and made us feel like we were part of the normal crowd. The other patrons were having fun too and visiting with everyone. The atmosphere was inviting. We will definitely go back and recommend this place to our friends and family.

Food was good but kitchen was managed poorly! Waited almost 2 hours for our meal! I understand that it's a holiday weekend, but that's horrendously long wait. Was told that new orders get put "under the stack" really!?!?!?! I've also read that "out of towners" get treated differently from the "regulars" which I could clearly see. It wasn't until I complained and set my timer (in front of the waitress) when I was told it was going to be another "10 minutes" that things changed. Meals came out alot faster. My recommendation, learn to manage a kitchen.

Great experience, everyone here was so wonderful and helpful! I was out here with a group and our river excursion fell through. The owner and locals, called friends and got us set up with tubes. They gave us rides to the river, equipment, and drinks to save our day! Shoutout to owner Vicky and her great bar, and everyone else she had helping us out. I've been going to that place for basically all my life. I love going there, everyone is so nice and they food is really good. There are some games for anyone who wants to play them and I just have so many memories there.i thought when the rustic got sold I wouldn't see the old owners anymore but I was wrong! We went for their fish fry. My hubby loved the perch. I couldn't decide between the hand breaded or beer battered haddock. Our server said she could do half and half for me, which was really nice. We ordered the 1/2 size dinners which we were glad for as you get plenty! My haddock was good but I have had better and crisper coatings. We went early (5 pm) based on reviews read. It got crowded shortly after.
