Just had our class reunion here and it's the perfect setting for any kind of gathering. The Pavillion was spacious. Food was really good. And our bartender, Christy, was friendly and professional.

Nice clubhouse atmosphere but the course needs some work. I totally understand this place was going through multiple owner changes the last years and the latest changed in late 2023. The clubhouse area was pretty good, staff were awesome making a good atmosphere, nothing for a pro shop, and the course had electric golf carts. As for the rest, this is definitely like a campground country course. The fairways are cut grass mowed somewhat short. The greens need a lot of love to fix up all the dead spots littering the putting surface and the greens are slow. The tee boxes were beat up and need some care. The hole layouts were pretty good for play. I really hope the newest owners are able to fix up the quality some as this could be a really nice stop.

After my divorce, the Sand Trap was the only place I could turn to for solace in an extremely dark time.

I owe my life to the good people of the Sand Trap golf course.

The food was great. We asked if we could sit outside. We were told no. We said others were. Told no again. So we ate inside. When done, we watched them make several trips with food and condiments. We were there to hear the awesome band, which was great. Beautiful setting, fun crowd.

We tried their fish fry a few weeks ago and WOW..just WOW!! Delicious!! 😋 We’ve gotten it for 3 weeks straight on Fridays & will continue. We order to go but the 2nd time I called they can’t take to go orders for Fish fry’s if they are too busy. I explained we tried it last week for the first time and it was AMAZING! She said thank you and I’ll go ask the cook if he could squeeze us in and they did. That’s good customer service also. We were SO thankful!! Can’t wait to try the burgers and other menu items.

Had the bacon cheddar chutney burger, for the second time, and it didn't disappoint. I'm sure I'll have it again, but there are so many other things to try. Love this menu.

Excellent location, fun golf course & friendly staff! Lots of high end up grades. Haven't tried food yet but will definitely be back.
