I've eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants in and around Milwaukee and Green Bay. This is by far my favorite! We had take-out (so I cannot speak to the service) and bought a lot to try on our first time here and bite after bite was just so darn yummy! We asked for some heat and we got it, yes! I would drive the hour back for more in a heartbeat. It's worth it!

This might have been the worst service experience I've had in Green Bay. The older blonde waitress took over 10 minutes after giving me a menu and drink menu proceeded to go sweep an area around two tables until another group of two showed up she brought them menus grab their waters while ignoring me 5 ft away. So I couldn't order a drink. I didn't want to bother her because service is having someone come to you. This was at about the 5-minute mark of me waiting as I watched her grab their dinner orders and disappear. Mind you there was only one other table sat with food and two other people waiting at the bar for to-go orders. I did not leave a digital tip. Keep in mind, I prefer to tip in cash because I don't know how digital tips are split at some restaurants and I heard her proceed to say to another co-worker. Nice tip, which in any instance should not be said in public whether it was from another table or mine. But the $5 I did leave the blonde old waitress was pity because you suck at your job. Can't wait to try all the other Indian places in Green Bay before I ever come back. Also having to listen to a video slot machine ding for the entire 10 minutes might have caused my aggression because I would have rather listen to any music instead of dinging for the 30 minutes I was there.

We were in the area and stopped at this restaurant because of the high rating and are happy to be adding to it! We were immediately greeted by a clean restaurant with great smells. Even the bathroom was tastefully decorated!

Now the food. Amazing. All of us were so pleased with our meal in regards to the flavor. We also appreciated the waiter asking us the spice level so we were not overwhelmed with spices. I had the chicken tikka masala and the chicken itself was cooked wonderfully- probably the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life! Perfect amount of moistness- it almost melted in my mouth.

The service was adequate. I think there was a misunderstanding because I asked for my chicken tikka masala to be medium but there was genuinely no spice to it at all but at the end of the day it was still delicious so I wasn’t worried about it. It took a little while to get the check but we just assumed that the server was trying not to rush us. The food itself came out quickly so that makes up for it :)

Multiple people in our party had never had Indian/Nepalese food before so this place was a GREAT introduction. Would love to come back if we ever find ourselves in the area!

You pay Indian Bhavan prices for sub par food.
Not sure what spices are used but they could definitely ask Bhavan how to do it. Portions were nice, naan was good but the lack of flavor and extremely dry rice was not worth the price or wait. I don't mind waiting for good food,but that was a waste of money.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Spice Restaurant, a hidden gem serving authentic Indian and Nepali cuisine. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming ambiance. The interior is tastefully decorated, cozy yet spacious, making it a perfect spot for both casual dining and special nights out.

I ordered the Mutton Curry with Garlic Naan and Chicken Chowmein, and every bite was spot on! The mutton curry was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, with tender pieces of meat that melted in my mouth. The garlic naan was freshly baked, soft, and aromatic – the perfect companion to soak up the delicious curry. The chicken chowmein was equally impressive – a generous portion, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, capturing that signature Indo-Nepali street-style taste.

Service was excellent – our server was attentive, polite, and very knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our meal.

Another big plus is the ample parking available, which made the visit hassle-free.

Overall, Spice Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way – amazing food, great service, pleasant ambiance, and convenient location. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Indian and Nepali flavors! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Our family was excited to see there was a restaurant offering Indian food on the East side of Green Bay. We tried Spices and found the food to be most excellent! We ordered paneer korma, paneer butter masala and the classic gringo standby, chicken tikka masala. We were able to select our preferred spice heat level with each dish. Absolutely the worst service. The server and bar tender struggles to understand the drink order, literally a vodka seltzer with a lime in a tub. Neither understood what a tub was. 20 minutes later the drinks came, it was just a glass of vodka. No seltzer, no lime. The mango lemonade wasn’t lemonade, just some thick orange sugary liquid. One sip turned my stomach. Didn’t stay and even attempted to order food. If the server couldn’t take a drink order than definitely didn’t have any expectations that she would get the food order right. Big disappointed, I was really excited to try this place.

We stopped in for the buffet and it was excellent. The food was all really good and made-to-order, like a sushi buffet, so it was fresh instead of sitting for hours.

Price was affordable, especially for adventurous kids like my 11 year old who loved all of it for under $10.

When my ma and I went (little after 5pm on a Saturday) it was quiet and the music playing was at a nice level. The food was fantastic and the portion sizes were solid (almost filled up on Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Pakoda before the main dish came out).

Highly recommend the Chicken Fried Rice, Green Chicken Korma, and Mango Lemonade. We will absolutely be back and trying more.
