The food was good. Service was just meh. Waitress took our order, never came back to check on us. And, was filling dressing containers at the counter while our food was waiting to be brought to our table. I'm hoping this was just a bad night.

A comfortable shiney new eatery. The food was uncomplicated and delicious. The staff were mostly local teens and young adults. They were well spoken and appeared to appreciate having a nice place to work. We enjoyed chatting with the kids since it was slow while we were there, between lunch and early dinner time.

The service was slow. We went around 2pm on a Saturday there were about maybe 6 tables of people when we got there and we waited about 45-50 min for our food to come out. We certainly weren't expecting the long wait time especially for a hot dog, burger and grilled cheese. Our waitress you could tell was not having a good day/not very friendly and I dont recall her visiting the table other than for our drinks in the wait for our food. A few other customers complained about the wait while we were there too.
All in all I understand they are still fairly new and they may have some things to work through they are worth giving another shot. Just maybe expect a little wait time, consider it a place to slow down, enjoy the atmosphere and converse with the company you have.

Not a very large menu. Ordered a smash burger, though it was not a typical "smash" burger. It was thick, smaller than the bun and had no flavor. Fries were good, but small portion. Was not impressed here. Will not return.

4 out of 5 stars because the food was and always is great. We didn't have to wait as long this time for our food and the service was great. My only complaint is that the portions aren't very big. There great for older folks with a smaller appetite. I do think that maybe a 2 or 3 lumberjack meal options added to the menu would be great for those packing and appetite. Our kids loved there meals as well. I would love to see a few larger portion menu options.

We came to The Spot on a Wednesday night, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow—even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The waitress was polite but not particularly friendly, and the girl bussing tables and making sundaes had a noticeable attitude.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae, which turned out to be a scoop of melted vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup drizzled on top—definitely not worth $7.50. The people we were with ordered chili dogs, and those took over 30 minutes to come out. We eventually had to ask for them to-go. In total, we spent an hour waiting for just two chili dogs, mozzarella sticks, and a sundae.

On top of that, the wrapped silverware they brought us was dirty, which is never a good sign. This restaurant has been open long enough that they should really be more efficient and focused on putting the customer first.

My family and enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Spot. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the food came out piping hot and tasty. We ordered the chicken tenders and the fried bologna sandwich and both were delicious. My family and I will be back next time we are in the area.

Had a double smashburger with cheese, with two quarter-pound patties. It was delicious and great value, only costing $10 or $11 with fries. It was seasoned nicely. The worst thing I could say is with all that meat, it could have used an extra slice of cheese. The fries were an adequate amount but not an overly generous amount. I was very pleased with my visit. The restaurant was well lit and looked nice.
