We love going to the stillery! The food is always delicious. Their shrimp pasta is one of the best I’ve ever had. The Southwest rolls are a great app. Their jerk dry rub wings are super good. We often order take out. The wait for dine in on the weekends is usually long because everything is that good so get there early! The kids food is good too. Ours love the burger and chicken strips and the stillery fries!

The Stillery Grafton, Wisconsin is the perfect place to enjoy a Sunday evening meal. Being from out of town I was surprised at the eclectic crowd. There were TVs showing Brewers baseball as well as NFL football games.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff member. Being in Wisconsin I decided to order a beer. Others enjoyed a special house drink and a glass of wine. We explained that we needed a little extra time to peruse the large menu both for food and drinks. When the waitress returned we asked her for some suggestions and she was very helpful in steering us to a number of their specialties. We started with some Wisconsin spicy cheese curds. They had a nice batter that was light and had a good mouth feel. Dipping sauces were on the side. For mains we ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, Stillery Burger, and the Stillery Chicken Burger. The waitress was also nice enough to bring over a taste of the garlic shrimp. Everything was excellent. The burger and the chicken were cooked to perfection.

The noise level was loud as we got to our table, but quickly reduced to a conversation level after about 15 minutes. Pride in the food and quality of service was noticed by our table. We had people both from the East Coast and the West Coast who were both impressed with the Stillery.

Some parking is available on the street with a short walk, depending on the time of day.

I look forward to coming back when in town and enjoying other items on their great menu.

Stopped in to the Stillery Grafton today for lunch. Have been to the one in Richfield before. Grafton location is awesome. Great atmosphere and plenty of windows to enjoy the nice downtown atmosphere as well. Chicken parm melt on special for September was fantastic. Perfect amount of cheese to sauce to patty to bun ratio. I highly recommend. Service was timely and friendly!

Nice vibe and outdoor patio. We were sat outside at our request. The hostess was very sweet. The tables on both sides of us were being waited on… one of which was seated after us, and three waitresses walked past us and never acknowledged our existence. After waiting 10 minutes, we got up and left.
We went to another restaurant where the waitress greeted us, took our drink order, came back and brought us waters, then came back again with our drinks and took our orders all within 7 minutes.

Got carry out. The grilled chicken sandwich was missing the lettuce, tomato and onion. The requested side of chipolte ranch was missing. It was a VERY dry sandwich. The artichoke dip was extremely gummy and rubbery - I threw it out. I heard good reviews from friends, but I had an awful experience.

While Ive been to Stillery a few times and taken out several more, this was my first in-store dining. Sadly, it was a rough day for the staff.

First of all, the food has always been pretty good. Won't blow you away but much above avg and more or less bar food+

This last visit, Monday Aug 11, was rough. Our server was really pleasant and mostly attentive but overall everything was slowwwwww. Overheard, a dasher and a Stillery staff go at it a bit and the staff member shouted to the Dasher quite rudely... about kitchen is an hour behind! Heard by all outside. While our food was not an hour it was a very very long wait and the quality was less than usual. Pasta was so over cooked it was mushy and glue like, shrimp was burnt, not blackened, and tough. Burger was asked for medium rare and was more well, cheese on burger wasn't even melted where 2nd piece was actually cold like was slapped on at the last second.

If this had been our 1st experience it would have been our last it was that bad.

While quality of the food itself is pretty good, there seems to be a disconnect between the servers and the kitchen. As long as you order exactly off the menu, you're likely to get what you order, but any variation makes it a lot more miss than hit. My wife and I have been there a number of times since they opened and each time what came to the table wasn't what was ordered. Grilled chicken, no onions shouldn't create a problem ... but apparently it did and does. The server who took the order should check the plates before they reach the table ... but they don't and didn't.

Asked if burgers are cooked to order, i.e. "very rare." With an affirmative response ordered a very rare burger, with the admonition, "if it's not exactly as requested, it will be sent back. Please let's not waste food!" With the assurance the order would be duplicated exactly, also requested only lettuce and tomato with cheese, and "no salt or seasoning on the fries, please!" The burger arrived "medium," and the fries were heavily salted. Burger was returned for correctly cooked. When the rare burger arrived, there was no lettuce or tomato. And, now the salted fries were cold (could have at least warmed them up, if not replaced with freshly made!). Other foods for family were adequately prepared. The service was pleasant if not exacting.
Having worked in many restaurants as a teen and during university, I always wrote the client's orders down. Fewer foulups. This server did not and the result was inevitable: incorrect order details. We'll still be back... the second burger was quite good.

I've never been to The Stillery before today, and it was quite impressive! Food was top notch, from the flavor and texture, to appearance, all phinominal. The service was exemplary as well, Brad the bartender, was on on top of everything. He didn't waste any time with our table and the rest of the bar as well, so attentive. This spot deserves an honest 5 stars, and a visit from anyone considering.

5 stars to Bartender Brad and the wait staff—especially Brad. The man brings energy, humor, and actual engagement. The rest? Friendly, but it’s more of a “serve and vanish” situation.

My husband and I just moved here and love supporting local spots, but this place feels surprisingly... corporate. Imagine a soul in khakis. Weird, considering it’s privately owned. Hoping the owners lean into a more genuine, local vibe—because in this economy, people want heart, not hotel lobby energy.

Food? Solid. Staff? Sweet. Brad? A gem. We’ll be back, mostly for him, and to see if the bar vibe finally wakes up and lives up to its potential. This place could absolutely rock—with the right spark behind the scenes.

The Grafton location is in a modern building in the middle of the city, whereas the Richfield location is in an old building in the middle of the country. I ordered carry out tonight and the food was awful. I showed up a few minutes early to get my order, and it was still cold and soggy. I got food for the whole family and all of it ended up in the trash.

I understand they were pretty busy and it's probably hard to time the carry out orders right , so I'd give them another shot dining in. The staff was really polite and they had a nice atmosphere.

I’m giving this rating primarily on the attitude of the owner, or whomever first greeted at the door. My mother in law showed up first for our party of 6, on Mother’s Day, for a confirmed reservation (I have the texts and emails). They were unable to locate our reservation for her, even with first and last names spelled out, party size and times. Then after about 10 seconds this man barked “I have 6 reservations all for 5:30, I don’t have time to look this up”. She was bothered by the rudeness of this dismissive employee or owner and sat down until I arrived, after parking the car, 2-3 minutes later. I spoke to a different host and magically the reservation was found and we were seated.

The food is good, but not transcendent. The other host staff and wait staff were friendly. One of them even apologized to my wife after she called out his behavior, saying “I’m sorry; he just gets like this”. I remind the reader this was MOTHER’S DAY.

There are a million places to bring your money for food of this style around here. If this employee or owner can’t step us his service game I can’t imagine people will be enthusiastic to keep coming. We certainly have no reason to.

We went on a Friday. The crowd was not too bad and the staff treated everyone well. We split a special “fish fry” dish: bluegill pan fried with capers and spinach with rice. It was twice as large as I expected and very delicious! John was our server - he was terrific!

One of the best burgers in Grafton! Have it with a Ginger Ale and the pub fries and you'll need a nap!!! It's a good 1/2 lbs burger made fresh and grilled to your temperature. You'll be kicking your feet under the table like a little kid at the Thanksgiving table! I had the Classic Build your own so I could get a burger without cheese! I'm a purist! Don't want cheese flubbing my great burger!!!! It was fabulous! I'll definitely have it again! They were even nice enough to accommodate my Service Dog and sit me along the wall so I could enjoy my meal without worrying about his safety!!! Thank you!!!!! Amazing place my Burger was best i have had in ages. I always hassle waiter's and John was fantastic and had a great sense of humor and acceptance. Bourbon selection is phenomenal I'd had a Stagg jr . Highly recommend this if you are in the area. As a matter of fact our experience was so good we came back a second night and requested John again. Once again magnificent service and food was as amazing and consistent as night before. Had a Wellers full proof from the amazing bourbon selection. My first time ever being in Grafton looking forward to a visit in the summer season. And will definitely stop in the Stillery !!!

Sam was a wonderful server, appreciated her friendliness, efficiency and sense of humor. This may be my new favorite place for wings (and I've been to a lot of wing places). Enjoyed a great dinner + cocktails last evening (1/19/25). My husband had the Stillery Burger & I had the the Steak Avocado Salad...both excellent, generous portions.
Our server, Heidi, was wonderful! Very friendly, with the best smile. She made sure we were satisfied with our meal choices + drinks...checking back often. The Stillery is lucky to have such a great, experienced server.

Genuinely so happy with this place. We're still at our table, but I had to let people know how great it was. I REALLY loved the chicken pesto pasta and my husband said he's not had a burger that good in a while. The pretzel bun was his favorite. I ordered carryout and my experience was mixed. The blackened chicken salad was great, offering a perfect blend of textures and flavors. However, I was really disappointed with the steak tacos; they arrived without the accompanying sauce, which I believe would have balanced the flavor. Without it, the tacos were very, very spicy, so much so that they became unenjoyable. I think the tacos have great potential, but this oversight turned them into a missed opportunity.

The restaurant itself boasts a cool industrial gastropub atmosphere, which lends itself nicely to the experience. However, with how expensive everything is these days, I’m very careful about where I spend my money. Based on this experience, I’m on the fence about returning.

We were seated immediately, but it was a little crowded for what appeared to be two waitresses. We ordered cheese curds and our drinks as we waited our complete party of five (two more) to arrive. The cheese curds were not that warm, but warm enough. I had the Cubano sandwich and replaced the fries with coleslaw. I still received the fries, but wasn't charged. They looked good, but we had all sworn off fries for 2025. The sandwich was great and best of all was the coleslaw.....superb. my daughter had the small pizza, the meat lovers was loaded and tasted great. Very thin crust was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed it, but the servers had a hard time being attentive. Could have used a second round of drinks and the bill took a long time.

Sports bar atmosphere, we like to stop here when we're in Grafton. Fantastic chili on a brisk fall or winter afternoon, jalapenos, shredded cheese, and sour cream served on the side, their monthly specials never disappoint. Reasonably priced. Before I forget not only do they boast of having 300 whiskeys The Stillery makes the best muddled whiskey old fashioneds within a 20 mile radius, even if you don't eat without question this is the best place for an old fashioned. Tried the new Stillery with high expectations. It was pretty empty, so waiting awhile to get seated was not a good first impression. Our beverages came quickly (diet coke, water), eventually they took our order. Food came quickly from someone from the kitchen. Our server never came to check on the food, nor refilled our glasses.

After another long wait, someone asked if I wanted a box.

Another wait for the bill. We put the card on the table, and without the bill, we were asked if we wanted to settle up.

The Stillery has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat. Everything we’ve eaten has been delicious. The beer cheese with pretzel bites is a favorite as are their cheese curds. The fish fry is excellent. Try the potato pancakes-you won’t be disappointed!

Tim Goetzke and his staff catered the first annual Fundraising Gala for Mr. Bobs Under the Bridge this past Saturday evening. They did a fantastic job with both the

I haven't seen my mother in 4 months prior to a lunch visit here and our server, Megan, made the whole trip so much better. As someone working in customer service, I know the struggles of dealing with the public, but Megan was just amazing. She was really friendly and when they were out of a certain drink Megan offered to get something else, and did so remarkably quickly as well. Not only was Megan great but I saw smiles on her coworkers' faces and all I saw the entire time I was there were hard workers. Massive respect to the staff. Last note, the food we ordered was absolutely amazing, I recommend the steak tacos or one of their sandwiches. I have been "wow'd" today. It's getting harder to find employees like that these days and I'm kinda jealous to be honest. I will be coming back hopefully in the near future, that was one of the best outings at a restaurant I have ever had.

Met some friends for a drink about 4:45 on Monday. The weather was beautiful so we opted to sit outside. Had to ask the server if there were any drink specials. It took her so long to get back to us with the drink menu, we missed the half price appetizers by 1 minute. She was exceedingly short and unhelpful with refills and questions. We ordered 3 appetizers - spinach artichoke dip, cuban rolls and cheese curds. They were good but nothing was amazing.

The place had a nice atmosphere! When we came it was a bit busy. Wait time was about 30mins. When we got seated, we had our server come up to us right away. She was very nice. We got our drinks and she came back shortly after so we could order our food. She was very fast and attentive, kept my Coronas coming. The food was great as well! I'll be going again!

Great assortment of food, perfect portions. Have not been disappointed with a dish. Generally get the cauliflower bites as a side. They have the perfect balance a sweet heat. Burgers, pizza, taco's you can't go wrong.
You have to have a PBJ old fashioned. Otherwise, whiskey selection is nuts!

Nice grill and bar with lots of options, tons of seating and plenty of TVs to watch whatever sport of the day is playing. I was pleasantly surprised to see their veggie, vegan and GF options, will have to give them a try sometime- the vegetarian wings looked good!
They have a fish fry on Wednesday and Friday, I recommend the cod sandwich- it's huge and very tasty. The wings were cooked perfect and crispy. They are pretty busy on fish fry days but we had no wait and the staff is super fast and friendly.

I was lucky enough to be part of a group of gals that attended the Roses and Rose event a few weeks ago. STILLERY had great vendors that they teamed up with. The vendors ran unique specials and discounts. They offered tasty appetizers, cold beverages and swag bags that well exceeded the $50 event fee. Great time....what's next? I'm there.

Arrived at 11:20 & we were seated immediately. Fifteen minutes later we had to ask to place our order. We started with a shrimp app. It took 20 min. It was tasty, bang bang shrimp. Our meals finally came out at 12:25!! I had shrimp tacos. The corn shells were horrible. Like eating sand. The inside mixture & shrimp was good. My friend had a pulled pork sandwich. He said it had zero flavor. They were very busy by the time we left at 12:55. Don't go if you only have an hr for lunch. There's too many other restaurants in that area with better food & faster service. This building has had numerous different restaurants over the years. Sadly without a lot of improvement, I don't see this one lasting long.

Server Gabi was wonderful. Ordered spinach dip app and got cheese dip app w/ pretzel bites. Still very good. Cuban wrap and bourbon chicken sandwich was wonderful. Atmosphere was clean with many TV's.

We stopped in recently for a bite and a brew or two. It wasn’t busy at the time and we were seated right away. Lots of available tables but we were put next to the restrooms? Our server arrived within 10 minutes and took our drink order. She was very friendly and accommodating. Our burgers arrived quickly so we were set. They were cooked well and there was plenty of food but they were quite bland. There was no seasoning that we could taste. Who doesn’t season their meat? Adding salt and pepper at a minimum to a burger after it is all assembled and served doesn’t get it. The onion rings had no onion flavor because they were mostly breading. The potato chips were quite good though. We will think twice before returning.

We went to The Stillery in Grafton tonight, Friday 5/31/24. I ordered the fish tacos. They were SO good! Corn tortillas provided authentic Hispanic spiciness (cumin?) and there was a substantial amount of fish in the tortillas with a fabulous slaw, avocado and sauce. My partner ordered the baked Cod and was very happy with the preparation and portion size. The fried cheese curds we ordered as an appetizer "came late" and so the owner? manager? subtracted the charge from our bill.
We highly recommend you give this business a try!
