It was the worst service I've had in years. The drinks were not great. We asked for mushrooms and olives in our martinis and were brought a plate with sliced raw mushrooms on the side. The server said that the bartender was confused by our request. We sent back the raw mushrooms...lol!! Later we discovered that the bartender was also the restaurant manager. oh geez. Apps were very good. The courses were rushed so we were shuffling plates to fit things on the table. The server never prebussed a single dish from the table (which we we stacking to make room.) Thae manager came to ou

First time here as a walk in. Not busy at all here but could be just how the economy is too! . No one at the hostess station we waited about 4-5 mins and then I had to go find a staff to seat us. But the staff came right after to asst in seating and serving!!! Restaurant had an old styled charm to it!!! Cozy and inviting.
We both orders filet mignons and they were out of the appetizer we both really wanted. So that was kind of disappointing.
Received our steaks and they both were ordered med potato’s and well everything was ok but the steaks were awful!
Idk what it was if they’re were aged!? They Alamo’s were like Porkchops white in color and even tasted very very dry and no flavor but a pork salty flavor but not like mignon should be.
We didn’t complain about it just because it seems to start getting busy and the waitress was very busy running around it was kind of a long wait for the meals about 30-40 mins! Glad my husband and i had lots to talk about! But we won’t try this again. It just wasn’t that good as for these steaks they were very unusual tasting. Old? I have 3 starts for the service was decent and the waitress tried as well as the best item I received was the veggies.! The mushrooms were from a can not sautéed at all they
Were very rubbery pre sliced from a can? But again the steaks had a very weird smell to them rancid? I can’t pinpoint it but for an over 150.00 for two meals this was just under average. I’m not sure of how the other entrees are here but id have been happier at the outback steak house after this steak issue. I read the reviews now and see others talking about these steaks as well. Is it the company they buy them from? Or how they cook them!? They have a very funny smell to them! Be careful of food poisoning these days u never know! But otherwise it was a decent visit!!!

This is the first time we've been seated at a restaurant and left without being served. There were a handful of cars in the parking lot, with some people in the bar and 3 tables occupied in the dining room. We were seated without the host saying a word, then ignored for 15 minutes, not even offered a glass of water, so we left.

Food was on the same level as Golden Corral for mother's day gross ego waffles and messy buffet areas fo $40 a person.
I remember when this place was actually good and good looking we sat in this strange booth that looked like it was out of the movie Beetlegeise. 90's type abstract art darkly haunts the walls. I remember when they had a waffle and omelette chef with fresh berries and made to order eggs was so impressive and delicious back in the day. Won't ever go to another brunch here unless I hear that they make it great again. Boo.

Came for Mother's day brunch and left underwhelmed and disappointed. I booked the first time slot for Mother's day brunch and after entering right on time, we still had to wait to be seated (~10 min). The staff seemed frantic as they were still setting up. After we were seated we ordered drinks and went to get food, but most of the food wasn't even out until 30 minutes after our reservation time (they also remembered to turn on the ambiance music at this time as well). The food that was out on time on hot/warming plates was somehow cold or just barley warm. Everything seemed like it was just reheated frozen food which tasted bland and reminded me of a cheap complimentary hotel breakfast. The service was mediocre. I have been here in the past and been happy with the visits, but whatever they are doing for brunch buffets needs to change.

Decided to try the Easter Brunch this year for $40 per person. The layout of the buffet made it extremely difficult to get food. The food selection was broad but was all pre-processed aside from the scrambled eggs. The food was bad. Really bad. It was a huge disappointment for all of us. We will not be returning. On a positive note, the service was good.

Service was absolutely terrible. Went with a group of eight on a Monday evening. Aside from our group there was a table of two and a table of one. Plates were never cleared between apps and dinner. Server never returned after serving apps to take additional drink orders. Salads that came with our meals were never brought out. Asparagus was mushy and steaks were over done. Do not recommend.

Experience and mediocre.
I had a "lobster bisque" and a New York strip. A lobster bisque is supposed to be think and creamy, but theirs had the consistency soup. Costco makes a better lobster bisque!!! The stake was acceptable but Texas road house is better and cost less.
The staff was rudely talking about a client they had the night before. This should be done in private and not in front of the customers.
For $60 the meal I had was completely unacceptable!!!!

Abysmally slow service, and we were there close to open on a Saturday night, so they were definitely not busy. Took forever to be greeted at the door, which was understandable since it was close to opening time. Cocktails took so long to arrive. His brandy old-fashioned tasted watery. I did enjoy my Candied Heart cocktail. My husband's ribs were ridiculously dry. The prime rib was cooked well, and I liked the garlic mashed potatoes, but that was all I could say positively. Waited forever for the server to come back to ask for a box and a check. Didn't get a second cocktail because they never even gave me a chance to ask.
It was very disappointing since the reviews all looked positive. Will not return.

I understand New Year's is a busy night. But 35 minutes and all we got was bread and water. Listening to the other tables around us. That seemed to be a theme. I would have been more patient with a cocktail.
From the incompetent hostess who had no idea where to seat us to the server who did not know what a crostini was. Which was the only food we were able to order.
We all know it is hard to find and keep good staff. I do believe these are also training issues.
Good luck in the future.

New years..Arrived at 6 for a 630 resv. Sat at 715 saw a waitress at 735 ordered everything. Had first drink at 750. Food came 820 missing things. The steak was tough to chew chicken cream sauce came broken. Bill was split took another 20 min. Not busy, they made it so. 4-5 servers 2 hostess. 15 tables. Only person actually busy was bartender who had to deal with everyone. Left at 910. No owner. No manager. Free desert. For 3 hrs and disappointing food. Sad.

Three of us went to Christmas dinner. Two had filets. They were very good. The salad, bread and garlic pototoes were also good. I had the prime rib. It had a huge piece of fat attached to it. It was barely warm. The taste was okay. The aujus was very salty. I would get the filet next time. We will go back.

Went for the Thanksgiving buffet and was very disappointed, white turkey seemed processed, and the stuffing (my favorite) had way too much sage in it. Yuck. I was expecting better from the summit, which is normally high class. Wish I had taken a photo, but I didn't, and the squash soup, terrible as well. Will be staying home from now on, this was out 1st time going out for the holiday.

Server was very nice. Lobster bisque bland with cold chewy lobster pieces. French onion soup tasted like too many bouillon cubes and bread in soup was off-tasting. Warm bread likely from frozen dough.
King filet way overcooked and Queen filet undercooked. Meat tasted like in the fridge a few too many days...Canned mushroom.
We always try to support local business, especially when their mission on website states quality. This did not meet expectations. We left food on plate and did not wish to bring leftovers home.

Called in a to-go order. That process went well. What I ordered on the other hand, notsomuch. "The Best Steak Sandwich" wasn't. I have had it before and have been very satisfied. This time there was a paltry amount of meat and barely any of the boursin cheese that is supposed to be on it. For $22 I expect some meat!!

Let me start with the FOOD! It’s great! The back of the house obviously works hard and takes great pride in their work. Everything we had was fantastic.
The front of the house leaves more to be desired, it took 2 hours for the entire meal(there was a small wedding party). Missing items, missing whole meals, forgotten drinks never made it to the table but sure managed to get on the check! Which gratuity was already added 21% by the way.

Very disappointing. Very overpriced. Lobster bisque was bland while the chicken and potato soup was overly salty and inedible. I had ordered the chicken parmesan which they were out of and had to settle for a caesar salad. Very strange taste as well as many pieces of lettuce that had gone bad. The steak my partner got was not cooked to the temperature he had asked and the baked potato was extremely dry. Overall disappointing for the price.

Went with a groups of 36 people with a reserved space. Seated at 6:50 pm. Entrees did not come out until 9:00pm. Drink orders took over 10 minutes to fulfill. When they initially brought out bread, they brought 1 quarter-full basket of bread for a table of 12 people to share. It was gone in seconds, obviously.
I asked one of the servers if they could bring more bread, specifically 3 or 4 baskets since we have a large and hungry table, and they said they would “ask the kitchen if they can make some more.” 20 minutes later, the same table of 12 received 1 additional basket of bread.
When the entrees finally came out it was bland, under-seasoned, and boring. I had chicken Parmesan. The noodles were bland, and I had to dump salt on it. There was no marinara aside from what was on the chicken. The key lime pie was delicious however.
Overall the service was incredibly slow, and the food was underwhelming and stingy. I would not go back.

Very disappointed for a non-busy Monday. The hot fresh bread & French onion soup was good; everything else was average or below. No excuse not to have attention to details when 90% of tables were open. The ribs were disappointing. If you served steak knives with ribs… you didn’t make them right. Pasta & shrimp? No flavor just salty buttered noodles. The tuna steak was over cooked so bad we had to send it back. Consider changing to a casual restaurant and drop the prices. There’s better spots in Racine.

We were very disappointed with the Easter Brunch. All of the Buffett food was cold or gone completely. Server never checked on us, we had a big group and was brought one glass container of water for refills ( which was enough to fill maybe two glasses) asked multiple times for refills to multiple people. Never got it. Was under impression there would be a carving station, was absolutely not one. Very disappointing for being a $52 meal per person. Plus they added a 18% for seating us, basically!
Would never go back! Terrible!

Extremely dissatisfied with the Easter brunch. Buffet was very confusing and clustered constantly running out of food.food was subpar. We visited on Valentine's Day this year.
When we got there, they asked us to wait in the bar. When we arrive on time for our reservation, we want to be seated immediately, but we've experienced this at other places before, so it's not a big deal. Our experience at the bar was fine, but we had to settle up at the bar before getting seated, when other places have just carried that over to the dinner bill which is better in my opinion. We both thought the drinks were decent. They were on the strong side, and maybe on the expensive side but not the worst I've seen.
The meal was really pretty bad, all things considered.
We started with bacon-wrapped water chestnuts. These were pretty tasty, but they were pushed onto these little skewers all the way to the top where you were supposed to grab them, and they were coated in this sticky glaze that was very drippy, so you couldn't help but get all sticky.
Second, we both ordered the French onion soup. This was a very large serving, which might be cool if it was good, but it was quite bad. It had a very bitter taste and was poorly seasoned, needing a lot of salt. It was absolutely loaded with an impenetrable, chewy mass of Swiss cheese. I'm talking seriously like a cup of Swiss cheese. It was, in my opinion, inedible. It also had a huge amount of rye bread in there, more bread than I've seen in any French onion soup by far. Neither of us could eat the whole thing, only about a third at most, and that was mostly out of obligation over the money we had spent on it.
For our entrees, I got a prime rib and my wife got the chateaubriand, which was a Valentine's Day special. My prime rib was a decent temperature but very flavorless. The menu boasted about "corn-fed beef" like that's something worth bragging about. To me, the meat seemed to be of quite poor quality. It came with an au jus that was also quite bland and empty-tasting, and mashed potatoes that were pretty good. My wife's steak had been sliced for her which I don't think is necessary, and then it had clearly been left to sit under a lamp or scorpion for a bit, so it became dry and looked unappetizing. It also needed salt. The bearnaise sauce it came with was "gross" according to my wife. We've had very delicious examples of bearnaise in the past, so this was particularly disappointing. Her "special" came with an uninspired selection of steamed vegetables (baby carrots out of a bag, broccoli, and cauliflower) and roasted potatoes (which were not very well-roasted). All of this also needed salt.
During the entree is when we noticed that a lot of the other patrons seemed to be having similarly poor experiences. There were a lot of unhappy faces. Another couple had some sort of extended dispute with staff about the cooks on their steaks. This led into the server insisting that the cook was correct, and then I'm guessing the manager coming by to explain that the cook was correct. By the time we were leaving, another higher manager or perhaps even the owner had come out to provide his opinion that the cook on the steak was, in fact, correct and that it was the customer who was wrong. Listen: nobody actually cares about the accuracy of the order. Once you understand what the customer wants, deliver that to them at no extra cost and get out of there. This is the only acceptable answer. Hovering over their table for half an hour or more is extremely irritating.
Overall, the service felt impersonal and rushed, despite the slow pace of the meal. We spent two hours there and just wanted to get out of there by the end. We didn't have any standout positive interactions with staff.
I suggested getting a dessert to cap the night off, but my wife didn't want to give the place any more money at that point. In short, the entire experience was far poorer than anything we've seen at a chain steakhouse, for a price 3 to 4 times higher. And it was Valentine's Day. We left feeling a bit insulted by the lack of respect for our time and money.
We've been there for Mother's Day brunch before and had a great time. This time, it was a 2/5.

We (party of 4) selected this restaurant for our New Year's Eve dinner. We have gone there before and while the food in the past was pretty decent, this time around was a different story. I ordered the chicken parmesan - the chicken was tough and appeared old with no taste, the noodles were bland. It was pretty bad and I was tempted to return it for a fresh meal but didn't want to ruin the night with friends so I just dealt with it. My wife's prime rib was not good at all - said it was very bland as well.
Our friends had lamb chops and filet mignon, both of which were very good. Service was good but it was a light crowd and the atmosphere as always was very nice. It appears something changed with the quality of food and the expected quality of preparation of said food. I have to say that I was
disappointed with their food. I've had much better for a whole lot less at other fine establishments around Racine. We already decided not to go to the Summit again. Too costly for food that is questionable at best.

I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal service we experienced at The Summit on Christmas Eve.
Despite our group of 9, with reservations, eagerly anticipating a festive evening, we were left stranded in the back corner, waiting for a full hour with nothing but menus and a glass of water. The server graced us with her presence once, took our drink order after 20 minutes, and then vanished into thin air.
Even after seeking assistance from the manager, our drinks never arrived, and neither did any semblance of service. A Christmas debacle that left us walking out, hungry and appalled.
But at least we have each other. Merry Christmas!

Went here with a group and the drinks? Fantastic! The food? Kind of a let down. It was good but not great. I had the chicken picatta and it just has so much sauce it was over powering. A friend has the lemon basil chicken and there wasn’t basil, at first there wasn’t even any sauce, and one she got the sauce it was just bitter. It seems like the chicken parm and fries were really good though so I think it’s just a hit or miss. I’d still go again but probably more for drinks than food. Just not worth the high prices for food.

I actually did enjoy the food here when I went to a friend's intimate wedding dinner that was held here. I'm not reviewing the Summit based on that 2012 experience, but rather that of Thanksgiving 2023.
We reserved a table for 5 p.m. and arrived at 4:50. There was a huge line. We waited 40 minutes just to check in. In the meantime, they were putting walk-ins on the list ahead of us. When we eventually got up to the hostess station, the frazzled young lady told us it would be a 3-hour wait as they weren't currently seating anyone since the kitchen couldn't keep up. She also mentioned it was her first day for some reason.
There was no seating in the bar, the lobby, or anywhere. People were packed in like olives in a jar. Summit, you almost ruined our holiday, but we were lucky enough to have a fabulous and funny waiter at Denny's who served us with pride snd joy. And guess what, Summit? Don't overbook and your staff will be busy but not so busy that 75% of your tables are dressed but empty. Never going back. Disgusted.

We were drinking, having dinner and we needed a “take out” container, we couldn’t find the waitress. The restaurant was near closing and we couldn’t find anyone in the restaurant other than another table with customers. We waited for 30 minutes before I decided the call the restaurant on my cell phone. I called and the waitress comes out of nowhere. I got up to wave to her and she just keeps walking by. I chase after her only to find her sitting in the dark, in another room and she was on her phone. They had THE BEST Sunday Brunch what happened? We looked forward to it each Sunday. The "Small Plate" Options changed each weekend. Their Sunday Bruch was THE FIRST restaurant chosen to take our out-of-town visitors to. When ever the family had a celebration is was The Summit we headed to on Sunday for Brunch. We used to be "regulars" when they had their "small' chafing dishes for their weekday Lunch Buffet. Their "Fork Tender Pot Roast" was the best as were their Asian dishes. We want to come back and dine at your restaurant. We are looking for a fine Sunday Brunch. Please bring your Sunday Brunch Back.

Tried oysters for the 1st time! I prefer the Rockefeller ones. The French onion soup was DELICIOUS, most other versions I've had were too "brothy" and way over salted, NOT the case here it was DELICIOUS! My ribeye was cooked PERFECTLY & was so tasty it didn't require any sauce, which IMO is how a steak should be. Their signature Purple Passion (I think) martini was SO VERY GOOD! & The finishing touch to my overall AMAZING meal was a perfectly crunchy & creamy Creme Brule!
This is a proper STEAKHOUSE. This is reflected in both the quality/size of the food & the total of the bill. I think it was worth EVERY penny!!!!

This was our second visit to this restaurant. We returned because it was good the first time (and the first review I completed acknowledged that fact). This time was for my birthday, and we were disappointed in the food. We ordered the crostini with micro greens, beef tenderloin pieces and a bleu cheese sauce. The first time we had this, it was amazing. On this trip, it was horrible. The crostini were soggy. I had to use a fork to eat it. The beef was tiny slivers of what was supposed to be tenderloin, but it was not tender. What a big difference between the two visits. The only other issue was my main course, which was the steak and pasta bowl. It is listed as "Carmelized onions, broccolini, mushrooms, fresh herbs, gorgonzola cream sauce". That is NOT what I received. The onions were not carmelized (you'd think that's not such a big issue, but a dish doesn't work if the components are not correct), there was no broccolini and there was no gorgonzola cream sauce. Instead of the broccolini, there were broccoli florettes. Huge disappointment. I didn't say anything to the server until after the check arrived and I paid because they already removed the crostini from the bill and I didn't want them to think I was trying to get one over on them. The server told me there was a new person in the kitchen which is why there were some issues. And whether or not that is true, it's a fact that quality food must come out of that kitchen each and every meal. That didn't happen this time. My wife was sad, thinking my birthday meal was ruined, and while it wasn't the best experience, I've had worse. Unsure if we will ever return to this restaurant, but if they see this, I hope it helps correct any issues going forward.

Walked in, thought the place was closed because nobody was there, should have been a clue. Ordered a $60 steak, one bite told me not to eat any more, tasted like chemicals. My kid orders medium well $60 steak, I'm pretty sure it was still alive when it was served to him, definitely wasn't cooked to medium well, had to send it back to kitchen to get cooked more. Server was very pleasant at least but for a $190 meal for three people and I took about one bite and puked.....I definitely would never go back

Typical Racine dining experience. Dirty dishes, dirty silverware. Almost every dish was heavy. Gluey mashed potatoes, the shrimp scampi was a few medium sized shrimp thrown into rice (cook...please google shrimp scampi), scrambled eggs were cold, salad and dressings seemed to be gas station level, everything except for the fruit was over sugared, over salted with a huge dose of fat...all for the price of $38. The "coffee bar" was coffee with flavored coffeemate creamers. They even charged me $5 for using a credit card. I will never step foot in this "restaurant " again. To anyone reading this, Racine has very low upscale dining expectations.

Wife and I went to The Summit for Valentine's Day dinner. This was our first time there. We were a bit early but were seated immediately. Service was quick. The food was very good. The crostini with steak and micro greens and bleu cheese sauce was fantastic! Wife had beef wellington and I had the ribeye. Both had excellent flavor...but the ribeye was a bit tough. I eat a Lot of beef, either choice grade or higher, and this steak's tenderness was not on point with a higher grade steak. But it tasted great! We had drinks with dinner and they were good as well. A bit pricey but it was a special night out.

Sarah, the other waitress and the host( I'm sorry I don't remember the names) did an amazing job as they had another large party also. Food was great, cooked perfectly. All in all it was a memorable night for mom. We'll definitely be back!!!!

I took someone here for a birthday dinner. And, the dinner was decent but to be honest for a fine dinning experience and a over priced menu, i dont feel like the cost vs what i received was worth it. I'll post pictures of the dishes. Our bill was for 3 meals and 4 drinks = $160 +$30 tip. So, for $200 the best thing we received was yummy homemade bread and aoil dip, and martinis that were also good. Our server and bartender was Chris and he was great. We were very pleased with him.

My family had a reunion occasion this past summer (2022). The plan was to find a restaurant where each person could order from the menu and where we could “catch up” with one another since last meeting—around six years past. The Summit accommodated us very well! We were comfortably seated, served at a comfortable pace and with individual attention to each guest. We were able to eat in comfort as we conversed. Each one of the guests at the dinner expressed pleasure and satisfaction with their Summit experience! I recommend dinner at The Summit without any hesitation.

My husband and I were looking for a place to host my son and future daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner in mid-December. The Summit was the PERFECT CHOICE!! From the initial call of inquiry, the couple of covert “test dinners”, choosing of the menu, the off menu desserts they offered to make, the private event space, the unexpected decorating help and the fantastic food, I could not have asked for a better or more personal experience!!! Justin, the GM, was so calm, accommodating, reassuring and helpful with every detail and the the serving team, Sarah, Hannah and Sydney, were friendly, attentive to guests and very fun to work with! If you have need for an event or just want a quiet dinner somewhere, try The Summit…and get the fillet!

Disappointed in our experience. Service was very slow - constantly apologizing every time she came to the table. Food was very expensive for what we got. Lemon chicken was presented with chunks of chicken (not a full breast) on 2 cups of plain white rice (substituted for pasta). Minimal sauce and definitely not worth $24!!!

We ate there for Thanksgiving and ordered the roast turkey dinner. It was horrible dry and it did not taste good at all. You got one little piece of white meat horrible tasting dark meat. I think it was the heart or liver. A small amount of very dry stuffing. I told them it was dry and they brought me cold gravy to pour over it. What ever happened to their Thanksgiving buffet? It was awesome. What a disappointment for $31.00. I won’t be returning.

That so bad. As in at a catastrophic level kind of bad.
We had reservations for a group of 12 on Thanksgiving at noon, they weren't ready for 20 min. People after us were waiting more than double that. The table they brought us to couldn't fit our group of 12. End up at 2 separate tables with different servers. Couldn't get more than 1 cocktail or the bottle of wine I pre-ordered because service was so unbelievably slow. Even asked the servers 3x. They forgot, then forgot which bottle, finally asked again after we finished. Couldn't get water refilled ever.
Most of us had steaks and they were all under done, in fact we had 2 entrees sent back because they were so raw. Lacked flavor or seasoning as well. Rest of us finished because we were already there nearly 2 hours. They mixed up 3 orders, and gave people the wrong steaks. Server admitted they coukdnt tell the difference between a Ribeye and a New York Strip. Had 1 entree arrive (salmon) only after everyone else was finished. All salads and soups came after our entrees as well. Sides were wrong on more than half our dishes. We had people never getting the correct one.
This was a limited menu. Can't imagine how bad it would be with a full one.
You'd think so many failures would prompt a table visit by a Manger. Nope, but she offered a free desert. Really?
Complete failure here from front of the house, to back of the house, and complete lack of any accountability by management. We weren't the only table to encounter these issues.
This used to be a special place. It is now a disaster.

As I continue to tour all of the Friday fish fry options in Racine my wife and I dined in got the beer battered cod. It comes with potato pancakes or fries, and coleslaw. My wife got the fries and I got the pancakes. Fries were pretty good, potato pancakes were decent but maybe lacking a little flavor. We also added the baked french onion soup. I loved the flavor of the soup and the contrast with the cheese. I thought the coleslaw was outstanding. As for the main reason we went, the fish was good. It is fairly heavily breaded and both of ours had extra breading that became crunchy around the corners. Depending on what you're looking for, some may really like this, my wife did not care for it. Atmosphere was clean and nice, service was very good. Also, there was delicious fresh bread served right away which I appreciated as well. Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get, but there was a small fee on my bill that I'm not sure what it's for.

My husband and I had our wedding dinner at the Summit Restaurant. Worked with Justin to coordinate the event and he was very accommodating and took the stress out of planning the dinner. On the day of our wedding, Sarah was our waitress and she was AMAZING!! She made our party of about 25 feel well taken care of. We offered our guests three menu options, Friday fish fry, BBQ Ribs and Parmesan Chicken. Each entree came with soup or salad and bread. The ribs and fish came with a choice of potato. We had two hors devours, tenderloin crostini and bacon wrapped water chestnuts. My husband and I had rib eye steaks. All of our guests raved about the food and the ribeyes were outstanding. We looked at many venues for our wedding dinner and The Summit surpassed every expectation. We had a beautiful night and the Summit played a big part in that.

What a disappointment. The modern interior was cool, but the out dated menu did not match the design. The food was terrible. Both steaks ordered medium and came out well done. They also had a weird grey color to them. The mashed potatoes had no seasoning. For some reason there was rice on my plate, which I did not order or see as part of the dinner, and was so over cooked it was almost see through. The breaded lake perch was 90% breading and tasted awful. The spring roll appetizer tasted like watery mush on the inside, served with a heaping mound of pre made sweet chili sauce which was overly sweet and hard to eat. They did “comp us” because of these issues, but the value of what we were comped didn’t even come out to the price of one of the meals.
The 2 good things I will say is our waitress was very kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care when these concerns were brought up. The table bread was also good, glad I was able to fill up on that.

We booked a group of 12 for our son's 39th birthday party. We were given a table away from general Fri patrons and that was perfect as we are not a quiet group. Our server Jr, was AMAZING! Even provided candles for our cake when he cut and served it. Our food was delicious. Highly recommend upgrading your soup to the baked onion or lobster bisque. That said, the soups of the day were chicken cous cous and clam chowder. Those that had fish fry were very happy with the breaded cod. The lamb and duck were also so good. Our son had a New York Strip which he raved about. The calamari and bacon wrapped chestnuts are good appetizers to share for a group. I was there for Mother's Day brunch and was not impressed. For it being a busy holiday, the food was not replenished as quickly as it should have been. The food was mediocre and almost everything has some kind of meat in it; definitely not worth $45 a person. The most aggravating and rude thing was when my party paid the check, the waitress stood by the table, looked at the receipt, and asked if there was a problem because there was no gratuity written down; my party used cash for gratuity.

Went there for the first time on mother’s days..to say the least not impressed whatsoever..staff was friendly..setting of restaurant was fairly neat..food was edible at best..roasted rib was extremely fatty, pork tenderloin was so dry I couldn’t even eat it, you get the picture..and I get it’s Mother’s Day and an ‘all you can eat’ buffet but $45 per adult for this quality of food was ridiculous..we won’t be back
