Family likes ordering from here...but my only issue is that some crew members do not know the difference between ground beef and sausage. I don't have a problem but when you have people that do not eat pork...then it may become an issue? It's not the first time this has happened.

Ordered online several hours in advance for a specific time. Went to the restaurant at that time, food wasn't ready. Was told it would be a 5 minute wait. I had ordered two small pizzas and it was a Tuesday night. I waited 20 minutes for my food. What's the point of an online ordering system with set times if that's not going to be honored? On top of that, pizza was just OK, tasted pretty bland.

Disappointed in the customer service today. Ordered and paid online. Husband went and picked it up in store, and forgot to grab the soda that I had ordered and paid for. Realized when he got home (15 minute drive), called the store to ask if they could refund the soda since we didn’t take it. Told us no. Asked if we could have a credit for the next time we order. Told us no. Manager basically told us “too bad so sad”. I understand it’s his fault for not grabbing the soda, but their staff also didn’t remind him there was a soda on the order. And no customer service AT ALL to rectify the issue. Terrible.

Finally decided to give Theos a chance and bot am I glad I dud! Can't comment on the building or service as I got a delivery order, but the food got to me nice and quick, and my driver was fast and friendly! The food I git was unexpectedly REALLY good and reasonably priced! Pizza, cheese sticks, garlic sauce, I was really impressed with the quality and taste of what I got! Definitely gonna order from Theos again sometime, and if you want some good cheap pizza? Give them a go!

My go to place for pizza. It’s the cheapest baked pizza with ok quality in town. Could use more ingredients we ask for at times. Example, a back pizza should be covering at least 75% of the pizza? I still think it’s better than Little Cesar and it’s baked fresh and cheaper to buy than P P apa John’s. I only wish they deliver. Also if you’re ordering here and want a great pizza, ask to make your pizza “Seasoned Crust”. It’s not on the menu I don’t think but it makes the pizza a little greasier. Would I eat here again? Yes.

Love your idea: offering your pizzas frozen! We can have them anytime we want.
Also when serving them for company I can time them to be ready when my guests are. That helps take away the worry of serving them cold.

We love the pizza here. There are several crust options, and with the variety of toppings, combinations are pretty much endless. We use the online ordering function, and that has eliminated some problems we had in the past with ordering… good help can be hard to find. But all in all, the pizzas are good and service is much improved.

Theos pizza is cheap, that's why people around this city like it. The majority of Sheboyganites like it because the majority of Sheboyganites would vote an all-you-can-eat-buffet-for-$9 restaurant "Best in the City". People here are cheap and don't care about cheap ingredients, hence the high rating for Theo's Pizza. Our company ordered a bunch of pizzas for a summer celebration type thing, and more than a few pizzas were not even cooked properly, the dough was still raw in places. Quite a few people who ate the pizza complained the next day of the "backdoor trots", to put it lightly. Not eating this pizza again.

Ordered online. My order was never made after I was told to wait an half hour as I ordered online I got there and it was even made. I sat for 10 more minutes cause that's what he said that's how long it takes for him to make it. This place is different, in a good way. It just happened to be the best place we could find open on a Saturday around lunch time. The taco pizza tastes like tacos and the BLT pizza tastes remarkably like a BLT sandwich. It's an overall better option to pay ~$1 extra for the big cup of marinara sauce and not run out of sauce. Maybe next time, I'll try something different, like a more traditional pizza. Theo's is best consumed immediately. It's not too bad the next day or two, but I think I'll avoid leftovers next time.

I used to love Theos during my college years 15 years ago. It was always delicious and cheap. It is still very cheap but the quality has gone down hill. Sauce and crust lacked the flavor it used to and could have got a very similar pizza from little Caesar’s.

I gave theos a 1 star because we order once a week and every time we order the pizzas are wrong or they are cold because they tell us a certain time for how long it will be and by the time we get there our pizzas have been sitting getting cold. It would be nice if for just one time our order would be correct. It can’t just be us though I’m sure others have this same problem. Also when we call to order the employees act like they have never taken an order before or that we are wasting their time. I’ve managed pizza places for over ten years and I would be embarrassed to work here. I really hate complaining but I would be lying if I gave this restaurant more than a one star. Just get customers orders right! Put a fake smile on when speaking to customers and learn how to take an order. Also, when we have to repeat ourselves several times and the employees also repeat our order back- then how do they get it wrong every single time? Horrible experiences
