Would have loved to eat at Tiki but were told that the health department wouldn’t allow our dog on the patio because they serve food. SO…drove 1/2 mile up the road to McJuggers where she was not just allowed but made very welcome. Tiki has every right to not allow pets but please own up to it being your policy, don’t blame it on the Health Department. Considering the amount of tourists who travel with pets in the summer, it’s too bad that a business would turn customers to their competitors

I recently booked a stay in the cabins for a bachelorette party, and everything went absolutely amazing! Jodi went absolutely above and beyond for us and did more than we could’ve ever asked for! The cabins were the perfect size to decorate and fit all of us girls in. We also booked the guided pontoon ride with Jodi and she is an amazing captain! Couldn’t recommend it enough! We had the best weekend getaway! This place is truly amazing—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect escape.

The restaurant and bar bartenders were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Food and drinks were amazing!

Special shoutout to Jodi—she truly went above and beyond for us during our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we were taken care of. Since our cabin was ready and she knew we were already on-site, she checked us in early without us even having to ask.

Throughout the weekend, she regularly checked in to see if we needed anything and even helped us fix a broken fishing rod! She brought us worms, gave us amazing fishing tips, and just made the whole experience so memorable.

On checkout day, she even offered us a late check-out since no one was renting the spot after us. Her kindness, attentiveness, and thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed. Jodi, you’re the best!

I actually discovered this place about four years ago during a scenic view road trip, and I’ve been coming back every year since. Can’t recommend it enough. If you’re thinking about booking—do it. You won’t regret it!

I found this place by chance since I had to cancel my camping location at long lake campgrounds, rented a cabin to stay for a few days very affordable if you ask me about 75 ish the cabins are very well planned plenty of room the one I stayed had room for about 4 people comfortably one queen/full size bed and 2 individual beds on the top part of the cabin ,they have AC/heat ,smart tv , mini fridge,microwave, picnic table a fire ring and wood available for purchase on location and WiFi as well The only thing not in the cabins are bathrooms or shower those are separate just a short walk away from the cabins .The booking process is all online and really easy .
I got there right before the 4 of July so the beach wasn't in the best of shape the bar wasn't open either not a big deal for me personally just my observation, the host /owner? Jodi is a very kind and extremely helpful person always looking to see if we were comfortable or needed anything all in all I would recommend this place much better than other similar places around the area at a much better price too,I'll probably be back next year.

We stayed 2 nights in the cabins and absolutely had the best time! Jodi was more than accommodating and went the extra mile for our little one's bday. We had a little snafu at check-in, but Jodi and staff were attentive accommodating in rectifying. Everything was just as pictured. The cabins provided an exceptional glamping experience for our family. The beach was clean and the additional amenities were great! Everyone enjoyed the variety of watersport activities. We did not eat onsight as we enjoyed cooking over the fire at the cabins, but several other guests were dining on the beach and seemed to enjoy. There is really something for every age for an unbeatable price. Well done Jodi and family. We are praying blessings over your new venture!
Pro tip... Order the cinnamon rolls from Robert "the cinnamon roll guy" to be delivered to the campsite.

Today my family went to tiki beach and my husband has health issues and is currently unable to walk without a walker or wheelchair. Jodi introduced herself the moment we arrived and immediately offered my husband and a ride down to our cabana on a golf cart so he did not have to walk through the sand with a walker. She gave me her personal number and told me to let her know when he needed bathroom or anything else and she would come give him a ride and she did exactly that! She checked on us frequently and was so attentive to our needs. We can never thank her enough. And even though it has been reported that there has been swimmers itching there, they had soap and an area to rise off after being in the lake to prevent it and clean ourselves. Today was beautiful and the service was fantastic. Thank you so much Jodi!

We had a great time during our stay at the Tiki Beach cabins! Jodi went above and beyond to make our time there worthwhile. I would stay there again with my family, hands down.
The cabin was very clean and a spacious set-up for four of us.
There were kayaks available for rent.... the beach is super clean.... the water crystal clear.
Dundee is literally a mile up the road for breakfast in the morning. If you don't feel like leaving, fresh baked cinnamon rolls will be delivered to your cabin!
Firewood can be purchased on-site.
Looking forward to staying there in the future!!!

Rented one of the cabins for the night, definitely will be coming back again next year! The owner Jodi is great. The cabins are very nice, awesome views of the beach, and included a mini fridge + microwave. Bathrooms are just a short walk away from the cabins. The beach has a bar that you can order food from as well. Lots of rental options at the beach - cabanas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.

This place is beautiful. It is very obvious that a lot of thought was put into everything that goes into it. There is a play area for kids (on the beach), a spot to wash off your feet after you're done, a Hammock to lounge in, some tiki tables, and some beach chairs on the shore. We will definitely be going back. Our son loved it. We got very fortunate and Dan, the owner, was around to check their food items for egg allergies. As it turns out, at least the fish and the fries were egg free. He makes sure to use a separate fryer for the cod/fish also. The drinks were a good/normal price at $3 a beer. They had Sprite (no starry). Personally, I hate starry. I think it's just watered down Sierra mist. Our son had fun on the beach, in the water, and he loved eating. It's not always a win with food for us. It was nice to have a win on all fronts. They also do weddings and events here and the hall is beautiful. They put a lot of thought into their fixtures, flooring, and paint. It all blends beautifully. The wood in the banquet hall is uneven, just be careful.

Spent the night in the rental cabins. This was after labor day so technically season was over. There was only one bartender/worker on staff and watch a few patrons come and go because the bartender was taking care of another responsibility on the grounds for a long time. Other than that, the bartender was courteous and attentive. The cabins were great, very clean, nice decor and had a spectacular view of the sunset. We had the entire beach court to ourselves at dusk. It was a great time.

So a few years ago we thought about spending a day on the beach here but we didn't think the cover charge, even for kids was warranted, especially because this is a no carry-in venue. I'm happy to buy drinks and food here but I don't want to pay to do that... Aka the cover charge. Great news! New management got rid of the cover charge. Why don't they advertise this all over the place, like those coupon magazines at all the gas stations? We enjoyed drinks and live music in the outdoor patio cover charge free, just like other venues! Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was just like a far away exotic beach resort, complete with swings at the bar, palm trees and a volleyball court! We will be back next year!

Place definitely is not what the pictures show it to be. Says restaurant/bar is open until sunset which was 750pm and were told at 6 on a Friday night that they were closing and wouldn't serve us. Super rude management.

The bartender told us that they could stay open but no one is here. I wonder why. Please read the reviews and save the headache. This is just 1 of the several problems we had with the place this weekend.

New owners, no food- had to go to Hamburger Haus to eat. There were no floating rafts in the water like there use to be. No blender so no blended Margaritas 😞 One bartender (long wait times) and she constantly complained about how much she hated her job. There were bees everywhere and they constantly got in our drinks. We only stayed an hour (wanted to spend the day) Nothing like it use to be. Won't return.

The only reason I am minusing one star is that they closed early without posting it anywhere on the actual premises. They're prepping for a band which makes sense but I think without any signage that you're closing early, it's a bit weird. Circumstances happen of course.
The drinks were really good and the bartender was great! She was very informative, poured drinks well, and was super cool. She was the one to let us know that they're closing early and why they were. The chairs are okay - the one I grabbed had a broken back but it still worked. The water is crystal clear. The parking seems plentiful and they have a flow over lot. The swim/beach area is smaller than I expected, however maybe it was smaller today because it was a Wednesday. All in all, I would like to come back another day when we have time to hang out. I hope the band coming Friday rocks!

We recently all took off work to have a 5 year reunion of the Tiki fun we experienced in 2018. While the beach was lovely, everything else was disappointing - restrooms had dried feces all over it, restaurant closed (but we didn’t bring food because they explicitly said NO carry-in food or drinks allowed), and the 1 staff member was so overworked she told us she was calling out the next day. No activities, two different mediocre radio stations playing simultaneously over each other all day, broken chairs, and a feeling of an abandoned business. Since we all took off work and weee starving a few hours in, we left and grabbed food at a local hamburger place and drove the hour home. Still a lovely beach area, I hope new management can make it a good business again.

Well we really try to make the best of it but in the end we were very unhappy with our stay. The pros are the beach is very cute and clean and the tiki bar on the beach is convenient and has fun hammock swings. The cons are if you rent a cabin you don't get what you think you're getting. For $125 a night it is a terrible value as the TV and Wi-Fi didn't work. There were dead bugs in all the windowsills and we had to sweep the floor which wasn't the biggest deal. The shower facilities are not clean; there is a ton of sand I'm on the floor in all three units and they were not cleaned during our entire stay so it wasn't just the result of a busy weekend. I asked for help with the Wi-Fi anr TV four different times and nobody ever came to take care of it or help us over two days. They just kept telling me that they had texted the manager. Honestly it feels like the cabin guests are completely overlooked. The restaurant was closed but I didn't see anywhere where that was clearly advertised. The musical act never showed up on the first day of our stay which was a bummer as well. I do understand that that might be out of their control. Too many little things went wrong and very little effort was made at customer service or customer satisfaction.
Update: It's been over a week and I have not received a response to my email to management. They do not answer their phone.

July 22, 2023 reunion – The Tiki bar may have had good management and one-time but our experience in April, May, June and July 2023 has been terrible. They don't answer emails, they don't answer phone calls, they don't return messages. We rented an area on the beach for a family reunion. The tables were supposed to be marked as "reserved" but they weren't. We had paid $300 for these tables and other people were sitting there. We were told we could not bring in food, all food had to be purchased from the restaurant. When we got there, the restaurant was closed. The reunion was a disaster with 35 people and no food. We would like our $300 returned. Great location, terrible management.

I recently had the most horrendous experience at Tiki Beach Resort - Bar and Restaurant in Campbellsport, Wisconsin. It baffles me how this establishment is still in operation, considering the awful service and appalling conditions I witnessed.

First of all, the staff at Tiki Beach Resort seemed completely disinterested in providing any sort of quality service. They were unfriendly, rude, and downright neglectful. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a menu, let alone place an order. The servers lacked basic knowledge of the menu and seemed utterly clueless about the dishes they were supposedly serving.

Speaking of the menu, it was extremely limited and lacked any creativity or originality. The options were generic and uninspiring, with nothing that stood out as remotely appealing. The food itself was absolutely abysmal. Everything that was brought to our table was either overcooked, undercooked, or simply tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The presentation was sloppy and unappetizing, and the quality of ingredients was questionable at best.

The hygiene and cleanliness of Tiki Beach Resort were also major concerns. The entire place looked like it hadn't been properly maintained in years. The floors and tables were sticky and dirty, and there were noticeable stains on the chairs and walls. The restroom was absolutely filthy, with no soap or paper towels available. It was clear that the management had no regard for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for their customers.

To top it all off, the prices at Tiki Beach Resort were exorbitant for the appalling quality of everything we experienced. It felt like we were being scammed, paying top dollar for what should have been a catastrophe of a meal. I have had better food and service at fast food chains, which says a lot about the abysmal state of this establishment.

I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at Tiki Beach Resort - Bar and Restaurant in Campbellsport, Wisconsin, to steer clear. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and find a different restaurant that actually cares about their customers and puts effort into providing a quality dining experience.

The managers were extremely disrespectful to my family. The rooms were very dirty. The beach was disgusting and poorly kept with a very weedy water area. The tiki bar is outlandishly expensive for its lack of food quality and closed too early. The DJ was inappropriate and I had to take my family elsewhere during the day. I had made reservations for a cabin last Sunday, staying thru Tuesday morning, I was really looking forward to staying there for a little getaway, as I look after my mom who lives with me now and has dementia, I have caregivers every other week that come and look after her so I can get a little rest and relaxation, well the weather last weekend up in that area was not good, a lot of rain clouds and thunderstorms, not much anyone could do about that , however, I decided to call 24 hours before to try and cancel and reschedule my reservation, due to weather , no one answered the phone , I called several times and left voicemails, no response, I also emailed them , again no response..🤔🤔🤔🤔🙄 I was feeling frustrated, that there was no one getting back to me, finally Sunday afternoon the bartender called me and said are you coming up to the resort? We see you reserved a cabin , I said no I called and canceled the day before, she said well we are closing down the bar and restaurant now anyways due to weather, she said the owner would be back on Monday and would give me a call as the bartender doesn’t handle reservations, I thought ok , I’ll look forward to hearing from her, 😞😞😞today is Thursday and still NOTHING, no phone call, no email , no return call , all I wanted to do was talk to someone so I can reschedule and come another time, they already charged my credit card, and you would think they would understand and agree that especially with there bar and restaurant closed Sunday what would I have done if I went there and wasn’t able to enjoy myself, no food or beverages available? Sit in my cabin while it’s pouring rain ☔️? I called again Monday of this week left another message and still I am being ignored, how unprofessional.. poor customer service, I have been in sales and hospitality for most of my career and if I ever ignored a client or a guest that would be absolutely unacceptable.. there’s something very wrong 😑 here, I guess they don’t want my business, and I am of no value to them .. I understand being short staffed and all, but management or whoever does the reservations should have returned my calls and emails by now. To ignore a guest/guests is just so rude...

Wow! What a great place to go to relax and listen to some live music! Staff was super friendly and even willing to make up a quick shot for my friends and I since we were celebrating a birthday; the blue moon shot was amazing!! We stayed for the reggae band which was great, between the music and the vibes this beach bar definitely didn’t feel like I was in Wisconsin anymore. Can’t wait to check out other bands this bar has coming in the rest of the summer!

Had heard good things about this place pre-COVID but was a little disappointed. It's actually a smaller beach area then I was expecting. The water inflatables were gone and would have been nice for something more to do. The place is understaffed. They have a kids play area with basketball and baseball throw but its falling apart and not well maintained. The main building exterior is dirty and looks abandoned. Probably won't go back. We went during the week and crowds were light. Wouldn't want to be there on a crowded weekend. The only positive is it's free to get in.

We spent two nights in one of the cabins and it was such a great experience. The cabins are very comfortable - AC worked great and the beds were comfortable. I liked that the cabin area was roped off and we had easy access to the beach area. The staff was so fun and friendly. We felt very welcome. Like many places right now, it felt that the place was a bit understaffed but it didn't impact my experience - everyone was attentive just had to wait a little longer for drinks at peak times. Some of the common areas looked like they needed some care and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The showers are great - well maintained and very nice. We definitely plan to come back.

I heard good things about this place but was extremely underwhelmed. Completely understaffed, twenty minute wait for drinks, worse for food, no bathrooms, amenities were not taken care of at all. The beach is nothing special at four feet the ground becomes muck. It could be nice if managed properly but I would never go back they are totally phoning it in and living on a past reputation. Many better options for a day at the beach less than ten minutes from this place.

Very disappointing stay. No one picked up garbage. The inflatable play area was gone, no one said anything when we reserved the cabin. Port-a-potty was gone. Midnight trips to the main building are awful. Cabin had some big infestation. Beautiful scenery. But, the stay was not as enjoyable as in the past.

We had my sons wedding reception out there, the bartender Bryana was absolutely amazing andvworked very hard, id give it more stars but we were constantly kicking beachgoers out of the reception, the bathrooms weren't working by the bar so people were coming into the reception to use those bathrooms and in leaving grabbing food, I know it's a public place but no respect for a private party.

It is a nice place to visit the beach, but drinks and service was not good. Ordered a margarita from the bar and got a cup with ice with all margarita syrup mix for $7. It was so bad we couldn't finish them. Also ordered another drink off their drink menu and the bartender never heard of it before. At least it is free to get in.

We have been to the beach before but this year was different. No inflatables (cus “the water is less than 9ft and we’d face a $12K fine” is what the manager said as she practically spat at me) there is no kids menu anymore (“well our kitchen can try to make something”) the showers are only for cabin guests (“they always have been”… “um it was never posted and there were never keypad locks on the door”… “we installed those Monday”) and the playground is gone (“there never was one”…. “I have pics of my kids on it from last year”… “sooo?”) Definitely not as family friendly as it used to be. Very sad to see.

MUST READ!!! I have been going to the tiki bar for over 6 years. Lived on the lake for 3 years. I took the kids to swim and the gate fee is new and rediculous. I can understand a cover if live music is performing but no one was. We ordered chicken strips, fries, and nachos around 1pm Sunday. My whole family has been at the hospital 5 hours today already with ecoli poisoning including my wife who is 7 months pregnant and our 8 year old. Be prepared to pay for drinks as well… think this ruined it for us and we won’t be going back

Very disappointed to make the hour plus drive there to get there and find out they no longer have the inflatables in the water due to low water levels. We were told they don't think they will put them back in the water. The swimming area is very small and the two 13 year olds with us were not going to be kept busy with nothing to do. They were nice about it and refunded our entry fees. They need to remove the inflatable water park as a feature from their website. It's still listed there as I'm typing this.

I was there a couple of months ago and they charged me and my daughter who is 6 $6 a piece to use half a lake and they took the swingsets out I was very disappointed and only stayed there 30 minutes and left it was a waste of money and I will not return
