I tried to call Tilley's at least 20 times all anyone would say was please hold each and every time, therefore I just went to the business when I got there the people at the counter were doing nothing, well one was standing there eating the other just wiping a counter and 3 people were dining in eating, so they just ignored the calls and kept leaving me on hold, not appreciated at all and not good business, if this is the standard I will pass too many other places really do want and need the business.

I'm not sure if management or ownership has changed but it was definitely not the food I remember. Got 2 burgers that weren't that great. The bun was falling apart so it was old. The sides were like 7 pieces of onion rings and or cheese curds for 5.50 to 6.50 something, all thrown in a brown bag. The breaded mushrooms were greasy and mushy. I will not be going there again.

Atmosphere is lovely and the staff was very nice. I ordered a large half and half pizza. I’ve only had Tilley’s one other time and it was probably 20 years ago. I do not care for the sauce. I was discussing with people I was with( who are from Beloit) that you literally have to be from Beloit to love this pizza. The prices were lower than most places. I wouldn’t drive there again unless we were meeting family from Beloit. Personally the sauce just has too much fennel seed for my liking.

We loved our food. Only thing we wished for was wishing our fries were salted after pulling out of the oil so it sticks to it better, and our lemonade and raspberry tea a little sweeter. First time here so the two different doors (one to a area with booths and tables, and the other a bar with booths) and no workers were in the booth/table area, and there were no signs to direct people so they know, so it confused us so we didn't know which area we were supposed to go in to be seated until a worker in the bar told us and then when the waitress came she let us know we could sit wherever. We enjoyed the quiet seating area. We recommend the Prime rib sandwich(if you ask for the cheese from the poor boy sandwich to be added to it, it would be even better, also recommend the grilled cheese sandwich. The server was very nice and friendly. I do wish there were photos of the food in the menu though. We are both autistic and are visual processors so photos help us alot with choosing meals because new places, and not knowing what the food looks like can be overwhelming, and dealing with restrictive food intake disorder (RFID) it's hard to just pick foods we can't see and have never tried there because every place cooks theirs different.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon and it was nice a place. The population who were present was mostly older but that didn’t bother me. The waitress was very friendly and the place was clean, which I appreciated.

I decided to get a “thick” crust pizza and it was just okay. Nothing memorable if I’m being honest. I also ordered cheese curds as an appetizer and they were fine. Standard cheese curds again. I wasn’t a huge fan of the marinara sauce. The rating of the place really comes down to if I would want to eat there again, and it truly was not memorable enough to go back with what I had ordered.

Tried this place for the first time. Pizza was basic thin crust, nothing I will return for. Fries were overcooked, on the soggy side, and lacked flavor. Wife had an Italian beef sandwich she said was really good.

Atmosphere: The place is clean, but overall pretty bland. When you first enter, there are two doors to choose from and you're not really sure which to go in. Choose either and there is no one to greet you, so you need to wander around and find someone to seat you.

Staff: They were great and friendly ladies. Attentive to your needs and made sure drinks were refilled without asking. This was the best part of this place.

I’ve never in my life have been disrespected as bad as this establishment. BEFORE they decided to “flag” my address for delivery, my mother called and asked where her food was because it was over an hour and she is a school bus driver and ALL she wanted was an estimated time in case she needs to eat something else before picking up her kids.. the manager hops on the phone REALLY rude stating to not call again asking for a time that it will be out. I personally called and wanted answers for that incident and the manager only stated to me that it was out now.. MONTHS LATER here we are I personally decide to order for my autistic son and I.. 2 HOURS LATER? Absolutely nothing. Not even a notification claiming my order was cancelled.. I called and the manager tells me that he will no longer deliver to my address (WITHOUT ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT) because of my mother and that “apps send you notifications so that’s personal and not our issue if you didn’t receive our cancellation”. I hope people don’t waste their time at an establishment that hires miserable bitter people asking SIMPLE customer questions.
