Food was top notch & the event space was large and beautiful!!!!!! However, whoever the event planner is needs to be more realistic when scheduling events. There was a 3-4 hour gap between the ceremony & dinner. The main bar area was not big enough to accommodate the guests & were actually told to leave the property until dinner service.

This place is surprisingly big inside! We had to wait about 15 minutes & it was definitely worth the wait. They have a variety of fish platters. I got the sampler with the cod, walleye , and perch!!! Definitely one of the best fish fits I've had in Wisconsin.

I haven't always had great experiences at the Tin Can, but when I do, they knock it out of the park. Their corn beef St. Patties dinner with Ruben rolls was the beat I've ever had. I look for Corn Beef dinners every year for St. Patrick's Day and this year Tin Can delivered like no one that has come before them. Thank you for the great food!

Didn’t realize it was a bar…we got there at 3 for dinner and were told to wait 5-10 minutes 😳 so we almost left but stood around uncomfortably with 5 of us in our party in the tiny entryway…. Then they take us back to a huge banquet hall that was empty with another bar…and I’m thinking why did we wait and why didn’t they tell us we could come back here to wait….. no one was impressed with the fish fry but we enjoyed the ribs. Service was good at the table.

Was driving by and seen the parking lot was empty. Always wanted to try this place. I have a Truck and trailer. Anyways, we pull in and I situate myself I took the truck into the corner out-of-the-way Some lady comes out and tells us we have to move To the back of the building mind you there’s no cars in the parking lot and it’s -10 out with the windchill You would think an establishment like this would be grateful when people would show up to try instead of Telling them they need to move and walk a mile just to get some food. Don’t eat here. Don’t support these people.

We were in need of a venue to host our mother's memorial luncheon that could accommodate about 100 guests. We reached out to Tina and Candi and with less than a weeks notice they graciously met and exceeded all our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. We were able to spend time and share memories with family and friends making a difficult time a little easier. This was the venue of out dreams. They were so well with us. Put our interests first over their own which is extremely rare in a venue. I will not need them for a wedding again but let me tell you. Arrived right before dinner rush and was directed to sit at a dirty table. Asked the waitress to please clean the table. While waiting 5 minutes for her to return uses with a rag, we were berated by the bartender for not waiting to be sat by the hostess. We explained we were waiting for someone to clean the table and she didn't even apologize for her rude comment. The bartenders attitude needs an adjustment. Then came the food. We ordered fish fry blue gill and cod. My fish was rubber, like it sat after being fried for way too long. The cod had a terrible aftertaste. I will not be returning due to the way we were treated by the staff and the food quality was not worth the money.

Saturday lunch. My man got the rib eye steak and shrimp special. Veggies were undercooked. Potatoes were bland, and the rib eye was the smallest 14 oz cut I've ever seen. There was at least 7oz of fat. He was not happy. If we come back, it won't be for the steak.

It's $2.50 more but you get two pieces each of perch and bluegill in addition to the walleye. Well worth the $. Friday fish fry food/plate prep is being done in view of dining guests and is unappetizing. Baked fish is not baked fresh and is rubbery, mixed vegetables were under cooked and over cooked. The food was very good but the service was horrible. The waitress seemed put out by simple requests, with no smiles. The owner brought our food over but we never were checked on for more drinks, napkins, or how the food, was nothing. Sat for more than 20 minutes before the waitress came around after receiving our food. By then my drink was empty, my hands were full of food and my fries were too cold to request the side of Mayo I asked for. With very little options the regulars get the attention and those that stop in infrequently feel it in the environment. The dominos delivery guy could teach that waitress how to treat customers.

Great wedding venue! The owners were very communicative and asked after things I may overlooked all the way up to the day, and the staff willing to help wherever they could. Many guests made it a point to compliment the food. One of the most affordable venue spaces in the area, with onsite catering and a private bar for the venue. This day went seamlessly. We stopped in this place recommended for one of the farmers and the neighborhood and we like it because they have a classic American joining and my first day order. It was a chicken wings with buffalo grill, chicken wings finish and the fryer it was delicious was a salad and my wife order patty melt. It was delicious and definitely, it was a little inconvenience with my chicken wings but not a big deal at all. The manager handle it very well and my very cool cooks the Mexican crew they have it over there. They have everything under control and definitely enjoy it and I’m definitely coming back.

I travel for a living. I enjoy visiting unique places to eat. I do my best to give honest reviews good and bad. The TinCAN could be better. I ordered the tenderloin MR steak dinner on a Sunday afternoon. The steak was tough, chewy and had about 1 sauteed sliced mushroom on top. Hardly smothered. Probably not a tenderloin either. Sirloin tip or chuck was my guess. The steamed vegetables were nearly raw. The garlic mashed were just ok. The cheddar cheesy broccoli soup was delicious. The waitress was friendly. Maybe I just ordered the wrong item? This place could be better. Good Luck to them.
