This place is great. I get up to Shawano for work and today was my second time eating Tirado. The first time, right after they opened and before they even had a liquor license, it was pretty good, but today it was amazing. Some of the best carnitas I've had in a long while. Full of flavor and great texture. The cabeza was really good too. My coworkers also enjoyed the al pastor and asada.

It's really nice to have a delicious, authentic taquería in Shawano.

Absolutely diabolical to sell one taco for 4.50 and then rice for 4 and also bean for 4. Anywhere else a dinner with 3 tacos and rice and beans are about 10-15. Here it's running you 23 plus tax with out drink. Decent food. Terrible price. Never again.

I absolutely love the food from Diablos! I was kind of bummed that I paid almost $5 for salsa and it was like 1/3 cup though, especially because the chips were the same price. So around $10. Don't get me wrong, it was good but I'll never order chips and salsa for delivery again. That was crazy and I have half a bag of chips and no salsa.

Great place to grab some delicious Mexican food! With all sorts of food options and all sorts of unique protein options there worth the stop, as well as they have a salsa bar with lots of different choices of salsa! Me personally I love there Diablo nachos which are large enough to feed the largest of men and are very good with lots of toppings, they also have great margaritas if you're looking to get a bit buzzed by the end of the meal 😆 either way I definitely look forward to stopping in again someday!

First of all, I ordered online through doordash. Nowhere on their menu does it mention they serve their food with refried beans. All the food they served was with refried beans which I do not eat and had to be returned. I've ordered food in the past, such as the Diablo burrito and it didn't have refried beans. Ruined an entire evening family meal. I will consider to rerate this restaurant if they actually post the ingredients they put into their food, such as beans.

My friend and I were out for a walk and decided it was time to try this place, so we put in an order for a carnitas (pork) burrito and an al pastor (marinated pork) burrito, both Mexican style with a side of rice and refried beans. When I say this is the BEST Mexican food I've had in years!!!
The burritos were bursting with flavor, add on the red salsa or the green salsa and it's perfection. The red salsa is a little spicy with a delicious smokey flavor, the green lighter and fresh. The rice was perfectly seasoned and the refried beans are oh so savory. Forget El Tequila, Diablos Taqueria is the one! We will definitely be back, and if you haven't tried it yet, TRY IT! They also have lengua, chorizo, birria... for any tastes. And of course, you can order chips if you like those. 😃

The food was above average for not being Mexico or a border state. What got me was that they wanted a whole dollar for a glass to get water, and they think I'm going to pay 2-3$ higher per menu item than anywhere else. Customer service was so so about average at best. I've eaten in 3 times and taken out twice. Average order was $55-65. Inside is shoddy overall and could use at least a cheap $600 remodel, the place is usually torn up a little, and cleanness would be below average due to lack of regular trash emptying, food staying on tables for an hour while employees talk.
The cheap 20cent Styrofoam glass of water for a buck and disrespectful attitude just wraps up this place for me.

I stopped here and tried a tamale and we each had a margarita. The atmosphere is comfortable and the service is good. Im from the Milwaukee area and really love and miss El Rey tamales! So I thought I'd try one here and hopefully buy a pack of them.
I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the tamales was. It was the BEST one I ever had! Yes I'm saying it. Better than El Rey tamales!!! They've been number one for years!
If the rest of their food is as good as the tamale then I'll be a regular.

I'd give them 5 stars for the food but the blended margarita was one of the worst I've had :(. I asked for sugar around the rim and she used salt yuk!! It tasted like it came from a can.

They'd be too notch if they could make their blended margaritas from scratch. JS

I drive to work from De Pere but I usually don’t drive thru Shawano until they closed the airport bridge. Luckily they did cuz I got a new taco joint now! I gave it two stars because I did really like the atmosphere. It was such a cute place. I REALLY wanted to like it. But the food was absolutely terrible. I got scrambled eggs that were clearly those kind that you buy that come in those pourable cartons. And they were very undercooked as well. The bacon was burnt and pretty inedible. My boyfriend got the biscuits and gravy. Which tasted like they used Italian sausage with the breakfast sausage to make. And the biscuits tasted like I was eating baking soda. I was very shocked because I had read such great reviews about this place. Maybe they lost their cook and had someone inexperienced in the kitchen? I know everywhere is hurting for employees right now. Hopefully they get someone good into that kitchen cuz it really is a cute place. And PLEASE, get rid of the carton eggs and use real eggs. That's just lazy and a horrible thing to serve people. Take a lil pride in what you do.

Found this restaurant through a local search while camping. The outside didn't make me think yum but once inside the atmosphere is like a 70s Diner and beautiful. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Too my surprise they had a Taco Tuesday $1 tacos special! The carnita tacos were excellent! Justify and tender! Our waitresses DeAndra was super nice and paid good attention to us and her other customers! My wife and son had pancakes, American fries, sausage and bacon. They said everything was delicious. I saw there have a Friday Fish Fry special so we already reserved our spot for that! So if your a local or visiting you have to stop by here! The food is fresh so there is a little wait but goodness isn't fast! Love it absolutely loved it!

Great food and atmosphere. We showed up with a group of 9, sounded like a group of 20 they were very accommodating. Half of us got the fish. Those who got fish had nothing but good things to say. The kids got breakfast, great pancakes. Breakfast is served all day. They make great burgers, I got the cowboy burger, it was very good. They make a burger called the monster burger, 1lb beef pattie. Didn't get it but wanted to. All the prices are very fair. We finished off with dessert, they offer sundaes, 3$ banana 🍌 splits, pies, shakes and malts. On top of it all a very cool throwback diner aesthetic.
