Service was good. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a fish sandwich which is not a big deal unless your piece of fish wouldn't fill have of your sandwich 🤔. Maybe they're running out of fish or maybe the hoagie was too big 🙄. Good thing I ordered appetizer so I didn't stay hungry. Not a very good first experience.

Great rover side restaraunt. We came in by water, on our kayaks. The boat parking is right up by the land in B and C lane. It isn't obvious. We actually called to ask as we could not find one.

The food was great. My wife got the catfish poboy and I got the smoked salmon salad. Ranch was amazing. I got a mojito, which was excellent.

Service was very friendly and the view was wonderful. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

Not only was our breakfast delicious, but the staff here was exceptional! We had a large group and didn’t have to wait long to be seated or to get our food. Decided to try this again after waiting an hr for our food. Waited over a half hr this time and it wasn't even busy. Very disappointing experience. We were never acknowledged by waiting staff, even after telling the bartender that we had not been helped after 20 mins of sitting at the table. The food was terrible. The nachos we ordered as an appetizer came out after our entrees. The chips on the nachos were so overcooked that they tasted burnt, and almost no cheese. We couldn't eat it. Two of us ordered burgers, one medium rare, the other medium. Both came out beyond well done. The outsides of the patties were crunchy. Neither one of us could eat ours. My wife got a salad that she said was OK. I would have expected our server to notice that we were done with our plates after barely eating any of it and follow up. At least the atmophere outside by the marina is nice. I don't think I'll be going back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The drink I ordered was terrible; it had a bad taste and was missing ingredients. To make matters worse, the server forgot to bring forks and knives for our entire table. The food was an absolute disaster. The broccoli was completely burned and looked like a piece of charcoal. The restroom was also poorly maintained, with no paper towels available. If you're a local and this is your only option, you might think it's decent. However, as someone traveling from a town with many great dining options, I can confidently say that even one star is overrated for this place.
Avoid this restaurant if you can.

Our group was admittedly slightly obnoxious but the sweet server with the super cool cat tattoo and cat t-shirt and cat conversation with a cat-obsessed 5 yr-old was a real champ. Juicy thick chicken tenders and some fun dipping sauce selections! All of our burgers were too overcooked to eat and the side salad was kinda yucky old produce, but most of our group was perfectly satisfied.

Disgusting dirty, filthy tables...waitness slung her dirty rag around. Still sticky and now wet. I got up, found clean rag and bucket of clean soapy water, and I washed it myself. Even so, the menus still stuck to table . Bloody Mary was horrible...worst I have ever had, didn't even finish it. Decided the food would be worse, as our seats not so near kitchen included the lovely aroma of strong fish. Watched as waitress wiped off silverware with her nasty, dirty apron before wrapping it in napkins for service. Just left there....waited over an hour for our food, finally told waitress we just wanted our bill and to leave and she replies with "oh your food is on the plate, do you want me to box it up"....well if it's on the plate, why wasn't it brought out to us and that was after she told us she didn't realize her ticket never printed.....meanwhile we saw 3 other tables who got there after us get there food. Anytime I get the chance to order a peanut butter burger at a bar I've never been to I get it and am never let down. Breakfast sandwich was not as described on the menu, being that it was served on standard fare white sandwich bread instead of English muffin.
Waitress said, " that's how it comes" and we suggested looking over the menu.
No butter came with or on the French Toast or Pancakes (3 orders total),
2 egg portion (scrambled) appeared a bit on the light side.
THE WORST BLOODY MARY EVER!!!
Weak, watery tomato juice heavily laden with minced garlic and not much else. Undrinkable & returned to the bar.
Next time, we'll hit the Hardee's up the road.

Nice place on the river. Service was welcoming and friendly. This time, we had breakfast. I asked for onions with hashbrowns and it was way too much. Half onion, half hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were overcooked, "over browned," and greasy. Everything else was okay. My companion had the blueberry pancakes. The cakes were doughy and lacked any flavor. We could see from our view, that they were undercooked and runny. Even the blueberry tasted old. He won't order that again and would not recommend that item.
The breakfast server was fantastic and kept our beverages full. We always have a great time here, with good service and wonderful atmosphere!

Probably the best scalloped potatoes in the area and the pan fried haddock was perfect. Broccoli was excellent and perfectly seasoned . All at $14 for a 3 piece dinner. The other 3 in my group were also very pleased with their entrees. Great service and a nice location on the water with plenty of eagles and other birds flying past. This place is a fantastic find in French Island, WI. Ally, my server, was terrific in her recommendations and friendly. I ordered the 10 oz. Great experience while in town for a tournament. Our server was excellent which is hard to find someplaces, especially with a large group.
