Big place that can handle a lot of people. Event space galore, indoor and outdoor seating. small covered outdoor bar is very popular when open. I have been to a ton of fundraiser events here for local sports teams and organizations. Food is good and quick. Known for their pizza, wings and cocktails/beer selection. They have quite a few taps. Have been here when there were hundreds of people here and have never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. Staff is always courteous and quick.

We stopped dining here many years ago as the food was just not good. We talked to a few people who said there was a new chef there, and the food was amazing. We went last night, and that was not the case at all. When we walked in, the place wreaked of oil. I get it, it was a Friday fish fry, but our friends already ordered drinks, otherwise we would have left. We ordered burgers, and I asked the waiter if they are cooked to order. He said no, but they always come out medium, pink in the middle. When the two burgers came out, they were way overcooked and gray throughout. Mine had little to no bacon horseradish sauce, and was bland. As for the service, it was a bit slow considering the small amount of people there. We may give it another chance as the smell and food may have just been off that night.

We were here for a family party on 2/22/25. We had a reserved section for our large group, they knew we were coming. My mother in law had called weeks prior. It seemed there were only 3 people working in front but we had no waitperson we could see or get anyone's attention. We had a group of 15 people eventually deciding what they wanted and going up to the bar to struggle to get the bartender's attention to order food and drinks. The food was great when we did get it, no complaints there. But there are so many other places also with a neat mix of flavors that I know I will get actual service at. I understand it's hard to staff people, but the people who were there didn't even seem like they cared. After I tried to get the bartender's attention for 10 minutes for a refill my husband and I decided to just go.

We went to Townline with another family for dinner. After checking on the wait time (no wait), we were immediately seated and drink orders taken. Right before our appetizers were brought to the table, our server informed us that our apps would be coming, but it would be a 45-60 minute wait for our actual meal! When I questioned her on why that was the case, I was told that "that's what the manager said". We had small children with us who never got dinner, and we ended up going elsewhere so our kids could eat. Extremely disappointing experience.

We had our wedding at Townline and our severs were amazing!! Laurie was so great. Our bar tender was fabulous and Jim was extremely helpful and nice as well. The food was great. It was absolutely beautiful!! I would highly recommend it. From the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner to the wedding ceremony and reception it was absolutely perfect! Thank you Dave.

We live nearby, but don't visit often. Now, we remember why.

We walked in, and seated ourselves. We did not see a staff member anywhere, but before long, a server materialized with menus.

We ordered (grilled chicken salad and a med rate steak), and waited. And waited. And waited. Eventually, the server came put to tell us she wasn't sure why there was a hold-up.

About 10 minutes after she checked in, and about 30 minutes of total wait time, she brought out my salad. She mentioned that it had been sitting a while. I don't know how long it sat, but the lettuce was warm and wilted, and the chicken lukewarm at best. In other words, this was a potential food safely issue! But, my husband's steak was still MIA. He went into the kitchen to tell them we were leaving, and that serving a salad like that is a problem.

Used to be a spot I would go to all the time. The food is good, I cannot complain about the food but the treatment I received last time from the staff was so out of line that I felt compelled to write something. This is also not concerning the staff in general but rather one disturbed individual. His name is Todd, he said he had been working there for 13 years but during his rant, he lied to me about being a manager, blamed me for my order being wrong and the thing is, I order the same thing every time. I have never had a staff member at an establishment yell at me before, create a scene, this weirdo was beyond rude, I thought the guy was going to try to fight, for real he is crazy. This all happened because of a screwed up order, and I get it, mistakes happen, I used to work in a restaurant, so I know how it goes. I do not blame them for the mistake and again their food is good, but this guy absolutely lost it during a non busy lunch hour. If I worked there, I would be ashamed of him his actions were beyond unreasonable, that individual needs some help and should not be allowed to interact with the public. Please someone who works here call me when Todd is no longer allowed on the premises...

I feel Townline has lost my business… We used to frequently get take out but last 4-5 times when I call (multiple times waiting a few minutes between) no one answers. Maybe only one of those times someone answered. I never get a busy signal, it just keeps ringing. This last time no one answered I thought maybe it was because they didn’t have a delivery person (even though I was planning to pick it up) and then I was out getting take out from somewhere else and on way home the Townline delivery person was driving right in front of me. Just very disappointing.

My Gluten Free Flatbread pizza was great! You get to pick 2 toppings, (pay for more if u want them). My husband said his calzone was Wonderful. Again, pick 2 topping(inside it).
The place was nice! Service was slim(2 people working the floor)but they did their best on St Patricks Day with a craft sale going on. It was busy.

Fried cheese curds were amazing. Price was a little steep for the amount we got, but they were almost worth it. The calzones were humongous, my husband's was a overcooked near burnt ontop of his and the marinara sauce they give you was more like salsa which we didn't like. But the overall flavor of the calories we pretty decent. Could use a different sauce option. Atmosphere was a little loud but not terrible. Lots of tvs showing different channels. Not sure what happened to this place.....we usually come at least one Friday a month. Smothered sirloin was not cooked to order and very bland. Seafood platter was great...all with tartar sauce....What kind of a shrimp plate ( seafood platter) doesn't come with cocktail sauce???? Did I miss something ? Came here shortly after 6pm as the rush was leaving. Servers seem all over the place with unassigned sections. First "bad" experience here and hopefully the last. Server seemed overwhelmed. 🤷

I came to visit recently with another adult and two kids. We ordered the soup and were told they didn't have enough for all of us for the kind we picked. We chose a different kind for one of them and all of them came out cold. My son's burger came out dripping with to much mustard and another one of our plates was the perch and twice baked potato. The perch was on the colder side and the twice baked potato looked like it was road kill. We had to ask for our drinks to be filled up..I would understand if it was really busy in there but it wasn't busy at all. In fact it has a feeling like the place might go out of business so they don't care to make customers feel good for choosing there to eat. We won't come back.

Came in for fish fry - bartender very attentive and friendly. Ordered drinks - very “light” on the alcohol. Switched to a very good stout. Food came out and was good. Wife had shrimp and there was a lot. She said it was very good. I had the cod fish fry. Only 2 pieces and they were both the exact shape so probably frozen. The thing that we both laughed at was the twice baked potato. About the size of a red potato and we each only got half a potato. About two spoonfuls. Probably also frozen. I gave 4 stars because of the service. They really need to work on their menu with fresh not frozen food.

If I could have rated this place zero stars I would have.
We were there for a banquet event 6/25/23 there were not enough chairs and tables so we had to eat standing up at the bar area… the manager was rude to my wife then when I showed up he said he would find a table and chairs for us and never did. We had to ask for bar stools and they said we could move them from another bar area, we did not then they finally brought stools for us but not the other adults that were in the same situation.
The food was sub par and they could not keep up with the demand of the people at the banquet. The pizza was bad. The chicken was not great…

I will never come back here between the extremely poor service and the sun pat food.

The response to this review from Town Line is what I expected. Not taking ownership of the experience a customer had, actually turning it back on the customer and making excuses for services provided. This is the type of management that demonstrates the customer is not the priority.

After posting my first review, the owner reached out directly to me and was deeply apologetic and asked us to give them another try. We agreed and showed up randomly and grabbed dinner tonight. I was very happily surprised, it was just like the Townline I remember.

Our waitress was an older gal who was amazing at her craft. She was fun, attentive, joked around with my kids, and was just overall a pleasure to be around. Our food was delicious and hot, the only downside was that the kitchen forgot my side so that's the only reason for 4/5 stars.

This is one of those reviews I hate to write. My family and I used to be regulars at Townline for years until we moved out of the area. Prior to 2018, I would have consistently rated Townline 5/5 stars.

Unfortunately, something has gone very wrong at Townline since then. Stopped in today at 4:30pm with my family to grab dinner. Our order was put in at 4:45pm. We noticed the place was dead - only about three other tables seated and all the other seating areas were closed off with signs. We had never seen the place so empty before, especially on a weekend.

Kids started getting antsy around 5:30pm when we noticed that three other tables that came after us had started receiving their food. By 5:45pm, I was pretty upset when a fourth table that arrived at 5:15pm received their meal and we still had not received anything nor had anyone even talked to us. At 6:10pm I was finally fed up and asked to speak to the manager so we could pay for our drink tickets and leave.

No Manager ever came out, but the food arrived at 6:15pm. I guess I should have expected things to be wrong. My mothers Chili was cold, my burger was luke-warm and the bun was stale and burnt, my wife's BLT literally fell apart in her hands - they had buttered but not toasted it, my daughter's chicken tenders were undercooked and chewy. The entire meal was a disaster. The bill was nearly $100 and I regret every penny of it.

Truly a pathetic and miserable experience. I now see why Anduzzi's, Culver's, Zesty's, and the other restaurants in the area were packed but Townline was empty.

My husband stopped in today around 11:15 for lunch. He got a pizza which he said was good. I got the 2pc broasted chicken with fries. The coleslaw was very watery, the dinner roll was very dry, didn’t come with butter and didn’t seem fresh and the worst part was that one of the pieces of chicken was raw on the inside. When I told our server about it, her response was ‘I’ll get your check.’ But when she returned, she did offer an apology for the chicken.

I can't believe this place is still in business! We ordered a chicken dinner for delivery and when it showed up the whole order was wrong. We called to get it corrected and when the showed up it was wrong again. So, we ended up calling back and they sent out another driver. Driver never showed up.
