We have always loved Kelly's but had to wait 35 minutes for a simple appetizer and 1.25 hours for salad and wings. There was a couple with 2 children under the age of three that sat there for two hours before they got their food. They had to go get their waitress off the poker machine twice.The strange part is there was hardly anyone in there and it was a Saturday night. They have a very limited menu, but the Saturday night special is prime rib and they were out of it at 5:30. We love the wings, but can't sit there for hours hoping to get food.

The new owners are doing a great job! Everyone at the table ordered something different - wings and wedges, the fried walleye and potato pancakes, fish fry and potato pancakes, fish fry and fries. Everyone’s plates were clean. The food was excellent. We will definitely be back soon!

It pains me to write this. Kelly’s is under new ownership, and the new owners are killing it. Our lunch took an hour to get. The bacon wrap was all tomato and no lettuce or bacon. The quarter pound burger look more like a mini-meatloaf. I won’t be back. And I used to love Kelly’s! 🙁😭

The food is good. Our server forgot to put in our appetizers and one of our dinners, so 3 of the 4 of us got food while the fourth person sat there starving with no food waiting for another 15 minutes for his chicken fingers. Another 5 minutes after the last dinner came out, our appetizers finally came out. The menu is super basic and not what you see online, but the broasted chicken and the prime rib were good. Too bad our server was so horrible, and it took so long for the fourth dinner to come out. Oh, and then before we left, they asked us for a good review...

The Owner sue makes promises that she won't fulfill We were scheduled to have The Foam Fusion foam party at this business and lied to us. Completely turned us down after spending over 1000.00 for truck rentals cables hoses and other major things we needed for this show. Very bad for business. Never told the new owner we had this set. Very bad outlook on this business I suggest never book them for shows.

We were in the area for the weekend and unfamiliar with the area. Searched for places that served fish fry nearby, and Kelly's pub was close by and had good reviews. We gave it a try and so happy we did. The wings were amazing! Big on flavor and size! Fish fry options were great. I got the Cod, and my husband had the lake perch. Outstanding. Happy we found this gem and will definitely be returning there when we're in the area again!

It took an hour to get two fish fry's, and three kids chicken strips. Waitress took drink orders. I ordered for my kids, and then the waitress turned and walked away. When she came back, she completely ignored me till my wife said she had another drink order. The food wasn't bad. I saw people come in after me and get served and bills before I even got my meals.

I've already rated Kelly's, don't know where my rating went.

We went for the Friday nite fish fry. Kelly's is a great one. I've visited a half dozen in northeast IL and southeast WI and Kelly's has them all beat. The coating on the fish (I had their lake perch) is just short of perfect, potato pancakes are spot on. Nothing is greasy at all.

The Tuesday tacos are not great. They really lack a decent taco seasoning, probably scale back on the amount of ground beef the serve.

We finally tried Kelly's Pub for their fish fry. I had the fried cod. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My husband had the walley, and he said it tasted really good. We will definitely be back for the fish fry and to try some of the other menu items. Behind the bar is a little cluttered with the odds and ends they have for sale. The staff was very friendly and on top of things.
