Our family enjoys the smoothies, we only go as a special treat as it is a little pricey. They have a few kid-size options. Our kids like the banana strawberry smoothie. The staff so far has been nice and the place looks clean. It's worth a shot if you like smoothies.

First of all, the smoothie was deee-licious!!! Secondly, the employees are some of the kindest, coolest people! My car quit working in the drive through and about 3-4 employees came out to help jump my car without me asking and even gave me advice to ensure I drove it around to recharge the battery. I was happy to pay for the smoothie but they even comped it despite actually having to do MORE work. Thank you guys so much! I hope you see this - you made my day and I will be back (with a different car!) Haha

Usually have had good experiences but 5/11 i walked in. Female workers laughed at me right away, a nice gentleman helped me and the girls continued to look at me, laugh, and then whisper to each other. I always have amazing experiences here but this one lowered my expectations a lot. Everytime I come I get the same thing and it taste different everytime.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I got a “hello” when I came in but nothing else. There was one woman in front of me for the first 3 minutes. She ordered and stepped to the side, then I was ignored.
There were 2 smaller orders on the ordering board (2 or less smoothies), and 4 orders on the food side (each less than 3 items).

There was one group of 3 at a table who received their order, and two girls at the bar seating who had food and drinks.
There were 4 visible employees working. Not a single one of them could even give me brief eye contact, much less a “be right with you.”
I used to manage a TSC, and I would be mortified if my staff showed this lack of even minimal effort at customer service.

The service and cleanliness were excellent but the quality of the food was extremely lacking. I ordered an Acai bowl. It looked great but the taste was bad

The Blueberries on the bowl were either very bad or had been frozen, and the granola was bland and in pretty big chunks, it almost tasted like someone broke a nature valley granola bar into pieces. The acai base itself was probably the worst I've ever had in an acai bowl. Once again it mostly tasted like frozen blueberries.

This bowl cost a little under 12 dollars and for that price point all the fruit should be fresh. I've heard other food items are good but I would never buy another Acai bowl from here

I have been to this place 3 times and each time I’ve had a terrible experience and the workers have a terrible customer service. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with light romaine lettuce today and it was filled with absolutely nothing but 3 pieces of chicken and all lettuce. The workers have a terrible attitude and when I told them what was wrong with it she was laughing at me the entire time didn’t answer questions and it was a very childish interaction and someone who acts that way towards customers in a situation should not be working in the service industry and when I asked for a refund they told me they couldn’t give me a refund and said they would remake it but the I could tell their intentions were not right so I just said I wanted a refund and were still laughing and smiling at me the entire time even when I told them to get their manager on the phone and while I was on the phone with their manager they continued. Even after I got off the phone with their manager she proceeded to raise her voice at me. And they forgot my chips. The manager was the only was who apologized in the situation. Absolutely sad when you can’t trust your employees to uphold your brand reputation.

The food and smoothies are fantastic. However, the customer service is absolutely horrible. Out of the many dozens of times I’ve stopped in to pick up or place an order, there’s only been one or two times I’ve left not feeling frustrated. The fact the ladies couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge a paying customer, say anything in return when saying I say thank you or even simply respond back after I say “have a good day,” is disappointing. There’s one lady on the weekend, who isn’t a rude teenager, who actually provides great customer service. But I’ve only seen her twice.
I honestly wouldn’t have previously returned because this place is one of the few in the area that offers healthy options. However, today may have been the last due to today’s experience topping the list as being the worst. Working in customer service for many years previously, I understand how there can be one-off days. But the “rude, snotty valley girl” culture is the norm for this location.

The servers were polite, the restaurant was clean and my smoothie was fantastic, but my Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla didn't have the black beans and cilantro (or parsley, not sure) that it usually has in it. It also was filled only about half way; there were many bites that were just tortilla. I wouldve stayed home and not spent $20 on a meal if I'd known I would've just gotten a half-filled chicken and cheese quesadilla

I love the food and drinks! I would give a 4 but decided to give a 3 stars, especially towards the customer services. A worker with a nose pierced doesn’t seem like she wants to work today. She didn’t even say “Hello, how may I help you?” I was waiting for her to say something, which made it a very awkward moment so I had to speak it out. At least be polite and respectful. Whatever you’re having at home or in your personal life, at least know how to control it rather than throwing it at a customer for no reason. 💀🙄

I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and it ended up having the jerk sauce on it. My husband went back to get the wrap that was supposed to be made correctly but again it was made with jerk sauce so I called up and the chick on the phone said "yeah that keeps happening" without much offer of a solution except to text the manager who was out of town. I understand this is not the fault of the manager - since its a chain but...Im wondering who owns this establishment and why they are not concerned?

SYROFOAM was banned in California back in 1988 and even in Europe!

Polystyrene foam contains the chemical styrene, which has been linked to cancer, vision and hearing loss, impaired memory and concentration, and nervous system effects…the list goes on.

Chronic exposure (meaning DRINKING out of a Styrofoam cup or eating out of a Styrofoam container on a regular basis) results in severe headaches, fatigue, hearing loss, and disrupted kidney function. UHHH!

My information was gathered from - The U.S National Toxicology Program available line to anyone that care about their health and chooses to educate themselves!! Knowledge is POWER - just sayin!

In Short - why cant this company simply use "recycled" paper containers and cups???? I DO CARE about my health!

I put in an order online as soon as the website order opened up for 1230 pick up so 1.5 hrs knowing that it would take time to make the 10 meals, no substitutes nothing complicated and 3 smoothies we ordered for work. At 1245 this young kid named sam walks out hands me my order as I'm reaching in my pocket to give him the 15 I brought from the office for tip he tells me next time call it in. I said I did online as soon as it opened for orders and put it out to 1230. Hoping it would give you time he said ya next time call it in said aga8n would you like to see the email I ordered before you even opened not sureow to call it in that early. It was a to much of an order for him apparently he informed me well it took me 37 mins to make. Coming from someone who worked in multiple food maybe multitasking should be something Tom learns since it was only 3 different sandwiches just multiple of them. This was my 3rd time at this location. Two orders were done online. The first and this one. My first time was amazing. Raved about it to my husband. I had ordered the Caesar. I liked it so much my husband wanted to try it. He went into the store and ordered two salads. He should have checked but didn’t. My salad ended up being a wrap. So thought I’d give them one more try. Ordered the same salad with extra dressing and a smoothie. Got home and the salad was no where near as good as my first. There was less, no croutons and no extra dressing. Barely any dressing at all. Guess I’ll try a different location and see how that works out. So disappointed.

Absolutely delicious! My husband and I were so excited to see a new TSC location! What started at Target ended with a delicious dinner at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. The best part was the scrumptious Chicken Pesto Panini. I highly recommend! It was hot, soft and packed full of flavor. I found them from a Facebook ad or post on a community page. I've been wanting to eat healthier for a while and thought I'd try them out. Let me tell you I was not expecting anything special but the smoothie was delicious and the staff was kind and courteous! I got the strawberry banana with Energizer and Fat burning. (can't remember the name) I don't know about the weight loss part but about 15 minutes after drinking some I stopped yawning and was jamming out in my car like a high schooler again! I will 100% be going back and recommending this place to everyone!! My name and what I ordered was on the cup too, so it's like the Starbucks of smoothies, except there's no drive through... And the drinks actually taste good 😂
