Corporate policy you are to be greeting people when they come in or leave, also no sitting on ledges of drive-through window. Just cause it was 810pm not busy is no excuse. You have enough time be giggles with laughter there plenty time for you act like you care.

Was excited to try out for the first time. Food was great but the window lady was horrible. When asked if she can please repeat my order because there isn't a screen to see it, she threw up her hands and read it so fast with attitude. Couldn't help but just stare at her like wow really? She asked if thats everything and I told her 'I have no idea since you read it so fast and rudely Im caught off guard!' Got food and left. Sorry for asking about my order.

Went through the drive through to only order a smoothie then me and my fiancé decided on lunch aswell, as we were ordering could hear people in the background bad mouth us or following up with sarcastic comments. Also heard one of them “should I flatten this with my hand instead of the spatula because it sticks to the spatula” don’t reccomend

I spoke with Megan over the intercom. Apparently the lady with the purple hair in other negative reviews. I asked for yogurt in my smoothie she informed me “we don’t do that” I was confused and taken aback as she came off extremely rude. I was starting to ask if there was any other yogurts and she started talking over me and stated “we don’t do that here but since I’m not busy I guess I’ll do it” I was honestly shocked since I typically love going here and getting a smoothie. I couldn’t figure out why she told me no and then told me yes? When I pulled up to the window I asked if she was the one I just spoke with and she stated”why is there a problem” I said I was confused because I normally get yogurt in my smoothie everytime and was wondering if there policy changed. She did not answer for a bit of it was her I asked her for her first name and she said uh I guess Megan and I thanked her for explaining it she then half smiled and slammed the window. She did not say they removed it from there menu or anything.
Is this something new that they don’t do yogurt or did this woman just want to be overtly rude to me?
Honestly so disappointed with this experience.

Lady with colorful hair behind the counter was a rude, disrespectful person who clearly shouldn’t be out in public around people. Walked in through their door and went up to counter to order and she rudely told me the lobby is closed and drive thru only. I don’t know why it was allegedly closed, but I told her my car was being serviced next door so I can’t drive thru… sorry can’t help she said and went about her business. Maybe lock your lobby door if it’s closed and go get a job where they don’t let you talk to people!

The last three smoothies have been disappointing. Two of them were complete full of ice that wasn’t blended well and the last one was super running; it didn’t have the texture of a smoothie at all. The worker said, “oops sorry I put too much water in it.”

Clean store with friendly employees who both took and brought out my order. The pesto flatbread was hot and soft with a good balance of flavors. The detox smoothie was a yummy low cal option, tasted good and was huge! The sweet potatoes as a side were good too.

Excellent customer service and tasty healthy food, a great alternative to burgers and fries or subs. I have been there several times and have consistently gotten friendly and efficient service along with a great lunch experience. Of course they were very busy when they first opened, definitely a challenging time and not an accurate representation of their business. I highly recommend this place!

10/10, I don't understand the other poor reviews. Yes it takes a bit to get your stuff but this isn't a Mcdonalds. The smoothies are amazing and the food is really good! you get a fair amount for the price. The staff was really kind and would hold a conversation with you when you were waiting for your stuff which made the wait seem like nothing. Will definitely return back here frequently!!

Breakfast sandwich wasn't a sandwich at all, it was wrapped in a stiff, dry, flour tortilla. It was small and had no taste. Drive thru service staff was just ok. Drive thru was clean and new as expected. All in all we won't be back.

I placed an order online. 1 of the 3 food items ordered was made incorrectly, and the wrong chips were given. We brought back the wrap and chips. Staff behind the counter was friendly. They asked the young man who was sitting at one of the tables to remake the wrap, and then came the attitude. Sorry dude, I know being asked to do actual work while being paid is rough. Being told to fix your mistakes must be soul crushing.

The food was a huge let down. The chicken is a strange texture, like a crunchy rubber, and the pesto sauce in the flatbread has a trace of actual pesto flavor if you think long and hard about it, but is far more reminiscent of a barbecue flavor than pesto.

We were very excited to try Tropical Smoothie. Their food and smoothies were delicious way back when. Short of a Christmas miracle, we won’t be returning.

Ordered online for pickup. Got there a minute after the “promised time”. No order at the pickup station for mobile orders. Waited 10 minutes as customers came in ordered and left. Not once did an employee ask if I needed anything. Comes to find out it was placed in there delivery station. Thanks for the luke warm smoothie.

I've been a fan of this place for years and was so happy to see it open up in Green Bay! Just like any brand new establishment, there are some hiccups they are working out. However, the employees are quick to fix any errors and try their hardest to do so with a smile on their faces. My favorite smoothie is the Jetty Punch with Splenda. Super happy they offer this option!!!

The food was super good I would recommend the Chia Oatmeal Pudding. Walked in during a some-what busy time of the day I would say service was a little slow but with a line inside and a drive through line a couple cars deep I don't expect anything different. If you go make sure you have the approbate amount of time. Overall great food and great staff ! Will definitely be back.

Delicious wraps and flatbread (I've tried 3 so far) Baja Chicken wrap, Chicken Bacon Ranch and chicken Pesto flatbreads....and they were all perfectly made and not too heavy in the belly.
Had the Acai berry boost and Bahama Mama smoothies...so refreshing and satisfying (and not too sweet)
