The staff are very friendly, but I received the worst smoothie I've ever had. The ice wasn't blended just small chunks, the bananas were in chunks that couldn't get through the straw, I really couldn't even drink it.

Great combination of ingredients, friendly service and a nice bar space to sit and enjoy your choices. However, the smoothie was made with so much ice, it diluted the other flavors. While the bowl tasted ok, the presentation wasn't fantastic. Too, the yogurt base was not blended with peanut butter and honey as advertised. These were all separate and thrown together a bit haphazardly. Great concept store, but just too much of a fast food feel for me.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is awesome! They have a young crowd that works there and they are so nice, sweet and friendly! Whenever I go in, they know exactly how I like my stuff. Shout-out to Niya who always takes care of me. Now there are several other young ladies that take care of me also, but I don't know their names. They are all amazing and they do a great job. So refreshing to see young people being respectful and professional! Keep up the good work!

My mother came to pick up an order, just to wait 25 minutes to get it. The workers didn’t say anything to acknowledge her when she walked in, but the young ladies made sure to talk to other customers. Overall, the drinks were good, but you shouldn’t have to wait so long for terrible service!

Extremely disappointed with our first experience at this location. We placed a simple in-store order (just one food item and a smoothie) and waited over 20 minutes, only to discover it had been sitting on the mobile order rack the whole time. No one called our name or let us know it was ready.

When we finally got our food, it was soaked and dripping in oil, making it completely unappetizing. To top it off, the employee preparing the food wasn’t wearing gloves, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness.

Out of the five employees, only one seemed to be doing any actual work. The rest were standing around, and shockingly, the manager started yelling at coworkers and nearly getting into a fight over who got to work the register. The entire situation was chaotic and incredibly unprofessional. Definitely not coming back. This location needs serious oversight and retraining.

The food is good but the service is horrible. They are always closing the store 1-2 hours before they are suppose to. They won’t complete the orders if it’s 1-2 hours before closing. We did an online order and was not able to get a refund because they closed early. Not worth the trouble go somewhere else if you can. They honestly need to close the store indefinitely and hopefully a new company will come that actually wants to be open and conduct business.

Not just a smoothie place! They have bowls, wraps, sandwiches, and salads. Most smoothies are around $8.50, but if you buy a food item, you can add a smoothie for 5.99. A friend got a yogurt bowl, it cost around $10. She said it was yummy, but not worth that much $$. The place was packed at 3pm. Servers weren’t interested in being nice or friendly, but straightforward and got things going.
Bathroom really needed some maintenance.
Taste wasn’t necessarily impressive, though I appreciate the variety.

First time eating in 4 months and sad to see the decline at Tropical smoothie. I wish I’d seen all the recent negative reviews before I ordered. The restaurant had 6 members of staff and somehow no one was getting their order. Staff was wiping down smoothies that were dripping because no one was attempting to get customers their order. After 45 minutes I decided to eat elsewhere.

I visited for the first time at lunchtime and ordered an Acai Nutella Bowl.

At first, it was a bit frozen, but it became easier to eat and more delicious as time passed. The sweetness of the Nutella and the tartness of the blueberries were just right. I would like to visit again.

This place is AMAZING! The cashier was naturally nice and warm. She came from behind the register to hand me my smoothie face to face. I decided to go the day of my birthday(I'm sure she wasn't aware) and I felt so special. Look out Starbucks.! A healthier option with great customer service that can't be beat! I have been to this location many times in person and I have never had one bad thing to say until now. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean, if you have time to go outside and smoke a blunt and FaceTime someone around the corner of the building and not help the people that are trying to come into your store that’s a problem.
I was about to go in when I noticed the employee was around the corner outside of the building, smoking a blunt and face timing someone. When you go to work you work, not to be on your phone and not to be hiding.

Been going to this location since the beginning of the year and enjoyed my visit and items every time. I went today expecting to see one of my favorite workers that knows how to hold a conversation and has great customer service and he wasn't there. So I just had one of the most god-awful experiences of my life in this restaurant. I had some issues with my debit card unfortunately and I did not have my cell phone with me so I had to go home and fix my debit card issues that were no fault of my own. I then ordered online and paid for it there. Once I got back I picked up my food as I always do and this young man ran out to my car and ask me was the food paid for when I paid for it online and left a $4 plus tip because the allowed me to use their phone and I appreciate that.🙄 He also snatched the receipt from me with a sarcastic thank you. Mind you I am a business/home owner that has never stolen anything in my life especially $14 worth of food. The color of my skin which many people have should not consider me a thief. Especially when my food was already paid for online. Needless to say, I'll never return. They may want consider what needs to be done regarding discrimination because they should have checked before they automatically assume that I stole something that I paid for. That's discrimination. It's problem and I expect to hear from someone.

God I love Tropical Smoothie. The owners, Jim and Maria are a joy to be around and I can just tell they’re wonderful people just by the few interactions I’ve had with them. I’ve come here everyday since open so far, and I gladly hand my money over every time. I could go broke dining here, it really is amazing. The staff here is amazing too. One time I went in, a very nice young man offered to help me take a big order into my car, and even closed my car door! I’m so glad they finally opened a TSC near where I live.
