Feel really bad saying it like this but, I ordered a medium rare steak got it well done, my wife's order was completely wrong, the wait time was over 20 minutes. It takes 12 to 15 minutes in a restaurant like that one to get your meal delivered to your table. I understand they probably just finished the lunch rush when we were there and probably tired, but our server seem to be distracted by something else other than her job and will I go back? Maybe but not likely. Also have to add they did give me a $2 discount for the inconvenience. They're lucky my wife didn't bite their heads off lol

Ordered a taco salad, came out in a tortilla bowl.. tried mixing everything together to eat it and I noticed there was carrots and cabbage in my taco salad.. they used bag salad instead of lettuce 🤦🏽‍♀️ nasty nasty nasty.. I no longer like it here..

Only several other tables when we stopped. Server was attentive until we received our food. We were almost done eating before she came back to check on us. If it would have been busy I would have understood the delay. But with 2 servers and only several tables I am not sure what happened. Also never received our bill. Had to ask for it. Whiich was unfortunate because my son wanted another cup of soup and we all wanted desert. Realized our server stepped outside to take a break. She could have easily gave us our bill before taking a break.

The hot turkey sandwich, mushroom Swiss burger and liver and onions were good.

The 2 stars are for the pleasant young woman who took my order.
I was going to treat myself to some delicious smelt, what I received was a cup of clam less chowder, burnt smelt and fries that tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The tarter was Mayo with a few pieces of pickle.
I showed the burnt smelt to my server, she did ask if I wanted different ones, I turned that option down.
Left a full plate of inedible food behind and got a bill for the full amount.

We were traveling back home to Iowa from NW Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and stopped and had one of the best family meals ever. The service was superb, the food was hot & delicious and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all.

Got a burrito with French fries inside, no eggs in the burrito, called, Got told I was wrong and that's not what I ordered. Diner/home-style food. The Rueben wrap was just okay(it might have been a preference issue rather than the quality of the wrap itself) but the french fries were delicious. They were very lightly battered and hot, fresh and crispy. Portions were ample and service was fast. We also had the hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. Tons of turkey and the gravy was tasty enough. The mashed potatoes weren’t special but overall the entire meal was good. Our server was excellent. For the price, it was a nice meal.

Enjoyed their anytime breakfast on my evening visit. The Denver omelet was very fluffy, filled with generous amounts of diced ham, green peppers and chopped onions. It was paired with perfectly prepared American fries and pancakes instead of toast. A very good meal for about 14 bucks, including tip.

My experience here has been the best by far!!!
The staff all had a smile on their face and made me and my group of people feel like family.
The food was absolutely beautiful! Every ingredient was fresh and cooked to perfection! It was very refreshing to get fresh instead of canned or frozen food and we all loved our meal which is rare when you travel in groups. Even my elderly travel companion enjoyed her food and that's saying something!
Prices are low considering the large amounts.
Parking was easy as well.
I will return for sure and recommend you to EVERYONE!

Have ate here multiple times and they were very accommodating to special dietary need. Visited last week and again requested either a cold slaw or additional side vegetable in place of potatoe and they would not exchange. We had fish Fry's and were very disappointed. The waitress brought our salads, which were dripping with soggy wet lettuce, out late and then brought our fish fry's immediately after. So by the time we ate our salads, our food was cold. Being a repeat customer for several years, don't think we will visit again!
