I used to really enjoy eating here. The last time I was here about a month ago was so off putting that I don't think I will be back. I normally bring my dog here onto their patio, and then would order food for myself and something from the dog menu.
The service has never been extremely fast, but I was okay with it. I didn't end up ordering from the dog menu this time. The waitress came out with the menu and water bowl, asked if I knew what I wanted, I said I needed another minute, and it was another 15 minutes before she came back. I hadn't realized I didn't have silverware when she dropped off the food, and when I picked up my burger, hot grease started dripping onto and coating my hands. It was very hot and painful at a point, I was wearing shorts so I didn't have pants to wipe my hands on, not that that should be the necessity. Again, maybe I should've noticed I didn't have silverware. Even if I had, I didn't even see my waitress for another 15 minutes. At that point I was just annoyed. I had tried calling over to the busser but he either didn't hear or ignored me. After the grease cooled off my dog licked my hands, I had taken one bite of the burger at one point, but couldn't wipe my face so gave up on that. I had my dog with me so I couldn't go inside to try to find someone. It got to the point where I got up and left without paying. My burger was getting cold, I had no silverware, and the waitress was not bothering to stop by. No one came into the restaurant when I was there, one table that had been outside was getting the check when I got there. There appeared to not be a lot of people inside when I was there. Service has always been slow on the patio, I try to be understanding of that, but this was ridiculous.

The burgers and fries are good, the dog menu is fun, my mom has told me the brisket was very dry when she had it.

I did try calling once I got home, I'm pretty sure my waitress was the one who answered (could be mistaken) but when I asked for the manager I was told she wasn't there and I just said okay and hung up.

Alright I promised to revise my review only because the owner took the initiative and refunded all my money back to me. I’ve worked in the hospitality business for a very long time. Come on you guys aren’t busy and I’m sorry if you knew it was parade night why not staff? I appreciate the refund but what I don’t like is the snarky sharpe attitude . Talking about me while I wait for the owner is a terrible way to fix issues. You can blame being busy all you want but maybe check your menu and your cooks. The foods cooked well done and your I’ve priced bar drinks have no taste. I for sure will stay clear of your restaurant so don’t worry you won’t have to deal with me again. FYI word on the street about your restaurant isn’t great and this was before I decided to try your place.

We randomly stopped in to see what this place was about. Such an amazing atmosphere. People are very nice. Food is fantastically priced and the amount and quality of food you get was unexpected but truly appreciated. Drinks were great- Nat, the owner, has gone the extra mile. Came for dinner while visiting. Waitress nice but not knowledgeable about the bar selections. Maybe she was new. She suggested I get up and ask the bartender myself, which I did. Ordered a gin & tonic with lots of lime from our waitress. The bartender brought my drink to the table- lemons, no lime. I explained I asked for lime(typical for a gin & tonic) & the bartender said " the waitress told her lemons". I repeated that I asked for lots of lime, the bartender repeated that the server said lemons & walked away. The bartender brought 4 half slices of lime in a cup with no communication & lots of attitude! Instead of taking the drink back with a nice " sorry, let me fix this for you" I got attitude. From other reviews I read, seems your bartender could use lessons in customer service. Also, no paper towels in the restroom, had to dry my hands with toilet paper.

The food was good and the service was good, but when we got our bill, they didn't honor their happy hour prices because we sat outside. The bartender could have advised us of the happy hour rules. We received the bill and paid it, and then we were issued a revised bill without the happy hour discount. The owner expects us to read all the signage in the bar that states the happy hour rules. The business must be poorly run because there is no one in the bar except for us during happy hour. Whatever the rules are, we don't need to come back.

The Two20 Taphouse - offers for appetizers 4 delicious jalapeño poppers wrapped with - we think, phillo dough - deep fried filled with brisket & cream cheese served with a side of ranch dressing. The peppers are supple, the brisket tender & cream cheese cools it all down. Then I tried the delicious special Garlic Baked Potato soup it is chunky, hearty & perfectly spiced. I had the brisket tacos for my main course, I had asked for added romaine lettuce & tomatoes, but somehow no pickled onions or slaw was on it - so it was very dry. I used the remaining ranch dressing to moisten the tacos. My spouse had a bourbon burger w TapHouse fries. He enjoyed his meal thoroughly. Mom had a mushroom burger without bun & sweet potato fries. She was dabbing the burger on a napkin to eliminate some of the excess grease, but she loved her fries.

We dined in and were waited on in a reasonably amount of time. I ordered a tap beer and everyone else got soft drinks. The bartender forgot about my beer. After we got our appetizers the waitress recognized I didn’t have my drink and went to see what was going on. It took another several minutes to have the bartender bring it over to the table. Then we waited a while to be asked if we were ready to order. Which we were before the appetizers even came out. Once we got the food it was good. My wife got coleslaw and loved it. She’s picky about slaw so that’s a big plus. I got the Carolina burger which was good but the brisket on it was over done and tough. Tasted good though. The fries were fantastic and the curled steak fries are a notable novelty I enjoyed. Overall the food was good but not great. The place was clean and had a very nice atmosphere. After getting our check the waitress apologized for the delays we had. The staff were very kind and friendly. I would say they could use more experience. Initially I was unhappy but over time I chilled out about things. We had a good time.

This was the first time I've ever eaten here. The service was pretty average they ultimately were very nice so I did tip the Waitress. Atmosphere seemed great loved the overall look of the place. The food was less than Satisfactory unfortunately. I ordered the Brisket Jalapeno Poppers. They were very original untraditionally take on a Jalapeno Popper which I loved the experience, however when I indulge on Jalapeno Poppers the two biggest things I look for are the Cream Cheese and the Spice from the Jalapeno and in my opinion both were lacking I didnt have any spice whatsoever the Wanton wrapper also held in some oil from the fryer which overall kinda made the appetizer messy. If it weren't for the Ranch I wouldn't have eaten anymore past the first one. As for the burger I got it was the Texas Burger which was 1/3 Pound Burger with some Brisket Smoked Pepper Jack Cheese Jalapeno's & some Onion Rings on a Pretzel Bun. The brisket and the burger was cooked to perfection very juicy and a nice helping of both on the sandwich, however both lumps of meat were lacking the flavor/seasoning. I did get some what of a spice from one of the Jalapeno's on the burger which made the inquiry slightly better. There was alot going on with the sandwich with the different combinations, but I think with a better flavor profile the sandwich would've been a home run. Overall I do give this more of a lower rating due to the food, but as for the establishment and the staff is what really kept me from placing this lower on my list.

Nice place with beautiful outdoor patio. Lots of seating available. Our server was friendly and prompt. Large choice of beers and the Moscato was very good. We had the sliders with the two20 fries...all excellent. Food came out quickly and was reasonably priced. The dessert, a chocolate peanut butter pie was divine😋! Only thing I had an issue with was the bartender. Not very friendly when we walked in and not engaging at all when we paid our bill! No "how was your meal" or " have a good nite"! This is Wisconsin and we all enjoy our outings with a friendly, engaging bartender! Good thing I didn't come to just drink... that would change this review quite a bit!

Went their with my family on our vacation. Seven adults went their today, no one sitting at the bar, so we decided to sit at the bar. Mentioned to the bar tender the bar was dirty no response Just stood their, pointed out that the bar needed to be wiped off again.
Bar tender ran a rag across the bar had no idea how to wipe the bar off. Still food on the bar. My family got all bent out of shape because I wanted a clean bar top to sit at. We left without ordering anything. Keeping a clean bar . To bad young people just don't care about the business they are employed at.

Our night out with a group of friends ended weird! The server presented a group bill, even though we had asked for individual bills. We ask her to divide it, she said she couldn’t. So we broke it down and wanted to pay individually. She said we couldn’t do that and then had a meltdown and walked away crying. Then the manager came out and accused us of yelling at the server, instead of addressing the problem (we were trying to pay the bill that was totally messed up. It’s clear that the server wasn’t trained to handle the billing properly and she should have asked her manager for help before she became overwhelmed. Nobody yelled at her, she simply didn’t know what to do. Then to make matters worse, the manager turned that on us, that we made her cry! You are in a service business! We asked for separate checks from the start, that isn’t unusual. What is unusual is how the manager reacted. Not a “let’s get this resolved” attitude, by breaking down the bill. Instead, we, the customer, had caused her server to cry. Train your staff properly and support them when they need help, instead of defending them after they meltdown.

We have been to trivia night several times and the food is always very good and trivia is always fun. The service is always very slow and we always hear the same thing from the staff " So sorry for being so slow" Unfortunately the table of 8 people near us left halfway through trivia night as they were not happy with the slow service. We try to look past this as we enjoy the environment. We always come with a large group and we always ask to have our bill split up as most restaurants have zero issues with this as this is very common. For some reason our waitress last night said that at the end she would figure it out. Unfortunately when we got our bill she told us to figure it out ourselves. We then passed the bill around and did our best to figure out drinks and food. When we finally wanted to pay, we then were told that he could not pay individually? We asked why and was told by the waitress, that the cooks would get mad and this is too confusing. I told her that last time when we where there we had individual bills and it was no issue at all. The waitress then got stressed out and told us that she was done with us and that we needed to talk to the manager. She then rudely walked away and left us all trying to figure out how we were going to pay the bill. Then the manager Natalie came over and was extremely rude. She told us that it was our fault that we yelled at the waitress and made her cry. When we tried to explain to the manager exactly what happened she did not even care, she still just wanted to blame us for making the waitress cry. She told us that we were yelling at her. We never yelled at her, we just wanted to pay our bill and asked before we ordered that we wanted our bill split up. Unfortunately, we were really taken back on how the manager handled this situation and will not be coming back to trivia night. We will also communicate how poorly this was handled to everyone on our lake.

We are a large group of regulars at trivia night, and we won’t be going back again. We ordered tons of food and drinks and our server said at the end she would be able to split our bill. But when the bill came she couldn’t split the bill and asked if we could. So after we split our own bill we went up to pay and then we were told we couldn’t individually pay. Been wanting to come to this Bar/restaurant for a longtime and I'm glad we did. Hands down the best burger I've had besides In N' Out on the West coast. We came in late, about 15 minutes prior to the grill closing which wasn't our plan. Needless to say the Chef served us up a delicious burger. FYI parking is behind the bar with access through the alley. Plenty of pool tables and dining for families if you don't want to eat in the bar area. 5 stars for sure and the food won't disappoint.

Stopped in on recommendation. Menu is full of interesting twists on familiar favorites like Brisket Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers and Mozzarella sticks wrapped in an egg roll skin and fried (much lighter taste!). Great assortment of local craft tap beers. Tried a great Cream Ale with a nice vanilla finish that was good enough to pickup a growler for home. Burnt Brisket Ends were very large chunks of super tender, juicy brisket that made me want a whole platter of! Shrimp Rangoon were very large and crispy. Just wish there were small shrimp in there to improve the texture. Staff was a little standoffish on our last visit. Fantastic looking Friday fish fry too! Several very tame baby bunnies in their courtyard.

**Horrible management**

I want to like this place, but it’s kind of hard after my last experience. Six of us visited on 3/17/23. When my food arrived, the waitress went to set it on the table, and when doing this, she tilted the plate too much. This resulted in a bunch of my plate dumping directly on my lap (I didn’t bump or touch it). This includes an entire cup of tarter sauce and an entire cup of katsup. The waitress did apologize and brought some extra napkins to soak up the katsup I was covered in.

I understand accidents happen (well, maybe not if you are a bit more careful), but what I don’t get is the fact that they did nothing to try to make it right. I thought maybe a manager or supervisor would come talk to me, but no one did. I thought maybe they would at least comp my meal, but it was full price. They didn’t even offer me a free tap beer (which I was drinking). So I got a full price bill and a pair of jeans now ruined from katsup stains. This was my third time here, and the other trips were fine. But a little mad with getting food dumped on me plus them making zero effort to make it right. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be.

***Update*** I recently found out that my mother (who was present during this incident) called the owner shortly after this incident since there was no owner or manager present the night of. Apparently that didn’t go well. He complained to her that my online (3 star) review cost him $3,000 in business. I have no clue how he came up with that number, and three stars isn’t even that bad. Pretty sure he made that up. He also stated he was going to go after me for slander. Not sure how me telling a story about getting ketchup dumped on me is slander, but you go ahead. Maybe I’ll go after you for the cost of a new pair of jeans. I get it, accidents happen. If the owner would of at least offered to make things right, I probably would of moved it up to 4 stars. But since he wants to be a jerk, I’m now dropping it down to two stars. Good luck buddy, you seriously need a lesson on customer service.

Stopped here for a quick snack and a drink, a mini date on a Sunday afternoon. Too hot to sit outside on the patio but what a nice space it was. We sat at the bar, watched a little football, ordered drinks and shared appetizers. We ordered brisket bites and the nachos with pork. Both were really good, decent portions for the price and great for sharing. Our bartender’s timing for checking on us was perfect, and so was the margarita on the rocks. My mother and I were looking for a place in between our destinations and settled on Two20 Taphouse & Grill, not knowing what to expect. Immediately we were greeted by a hospitable staff who was more than welcome to accommodate our request to eat outside on their patio on a chilly afternoon with our pup. Always a fun place for lunch or dinner date! Great selection of beers. Outdoor seating is beautiful and comfortable. We went to trivia for the first time last night and it was a blast. Staff is friendly, fun, and easy to talk to! Nacho appetizer with pulled pork is huge and delicious.

Nice patio outside and definitely a nice bar for the area. Wait staff great. Wide range of beers and cocktails. Very simple and manageable menus with excellent culinary twists that exceed expectations. A hidden gem. Don’t let the ridiculous off Main Street parking deter you. Plenty of parking behind the building and worth the stop.

Food was dry with no flavor, drinks were awful. Didn’t see the waitress once after we received our food. They ran out of fries and told us to substitute, waitress asked if we wanted tater tots or loaded tater tots, not telling us the loaded tater tots were an up charge of 9 dollars. When we brought it up when we got the bill all she said was “I’m sorry I should’ve said something about that.” I was open minded with it being a new restaurant, but way too many flaws for my family to ever return. Our bill was $90 for 3 adults and 1 kids meal.

This place has good food. The service is like most places that are hurting for help. The atmosphere is great. The clientele is normal tourists from the big city (SE Wisco or Northern Illinois). We hope they straighten out the bumps and do their best. They are not far off.

We have had two20 mains food the past two Friday evenings. Absolutely delicious food! The Lake Erie Walleye dinner, scrupulously prepared, as was the Shrimp Thai Salad and the Coconut Shrimp dinner. We think we have found a new hangout! They also have a great tap selection if that’s your fancy with a good meal. Come and check them out!

The waitress was very friendly, but also forget to bring us several things so had to walk back and forth a lot (forgot various things like bringing us silverware, napkins, drinks, side sauce). The food was very average, and we ordered 4 meals. The Berliner was a lot of bread and quite dry with just a sprinkling of pickled red onion and the whole sandwich just didn’t have a lot of flavor. The brisket in the tacos was incredibly dry. We all tried it and it tasted like it had been microwaved. The chicken wrap had good flavor but hardly any chicken in it. The Philly wrap was good, but honestly both wraps were small. The mozzarella logs were buy one get one free and those were good. The drinks were delicious. If I were to go back, I would only go for drinks. Their drink menu is extensive and really creative. The only other downfall is there isn’t a kids menu, and we brought our child and there were other kids there and in my opinion there’s not a lot of options for meals that kids would like on their menu. Wouldn’t go back for food. Loved their patio though and good all around atmosphere.

On our way home from up North, found this place and super glad we did!! Wow and wow!! One of the best burgers I've had in a long time! Pink, juicy, fried onions, melted cheddar, bacon. Husband had their brisket...tender, juicy with peppers and cheese. Appetizer jalapeno poppers fabulous 😍 AND waitstaff Brianna is so attentive and sweet! I would definitely drive from oconomowoc back here just to have another burger!!😋😋😋😋😋😋🙂🙂

I come here with my family all the time and I've never had a bad experience. The waitstaff is always so kind and they are great at there jobs! The food always come out fast and hot! First time going to the bar/restaurant. atmosphere is nice, rather on the loud side, but not to the point that i wouldn't go again. They do have outside seating if you choose. We had the bourbon burger, very good, not spicy, but you must like blue cheese, which i do, but it was a bit much. hubs and son had the texas burger, they both enjoyed it, son said it was a bit to much for him, hubs stated it was spicy but not to bad. we ordered to apps, cheese curds and mozz sticks(u get 5 ) and sauce with it. they do have a nice selection of wines and mixed drinks, pepsi products. Prices are fair, averaging about 10 and per plate, you do get their signature two20 fries, basically wedges, but very good and cooled perfectly. we will be back.

This is one of the only good places for a beer and burger within a half an hour from us. They usually have at least one or two IPAs/APAs available and the food is far from boring like most other pubs/bars around here. We have been here many times. My only complaint is sometimes people smoke around the patio seating.

Server was nice but food was brought cold and when we asked for water because my daughter in law was coughing from a jalapeño popper the waitress told her she’d have to wait until the bartender could get her one!!!! Also order was given to us made wrong so they took it off price. But who goes to a restaurant, to Order food to waste? Ordered burnt ends and gave us 5 one inch cube pieces of meat for ten bucks!! The brisket jalapeño poppers you cut them open and it was fat chunks. There wasn’t any meat, it was the fat chunks of the brisket. Literally I almost threw up🤬 Won’t go back

We were suggested to go here from the guys at The Nest, (across the street) We wanted gluten free options. The salads were yummy, along with the sweet potato fries (the regular plank twisted fries are breaded, but very crunchy and a meal within themselves!) What really set this place apart is that the waitress told us that the hamburgers are made with bread crumbs. She said it might take alittle longer but the chef will make a plain burger. The burger was very tasty and juicy. We were very impressed with the service and food. There was even a penny machine, which was a fun thing to see for one of party member's name was Penny. I am happy they were able to reuse the old bank building. This is something that will make Wautoma a destination.
