I’m in charge of organizing the staff luncheon at Appleton East High School on the last day of school. We usually need about 100 personalized meals, and I always try to support locally-owned businesses. This year, Corbin reached out offering his amazing culinary skills for this purpose. He put together a personalized menu with GF and vegetarian wrap options, included a fresh baked cookie, and a bag of chips. His price was comparable to others, but the taste was on another level. Everyone was raving about how good everything was. Corbin made this whole experience very easy, with simple pick-up or delivery options. From start to finish, this was truly one of the best dining experiences of our lives. Each dish was not only delicious but clearly curated with deep knowledge and intention. Our five courses were enhanced even further by perfectly paired wines that complemented each dish beautifully, highlighting the flavors and making the meal feel even more special.
The atmosphere tied everything together — a beautiful, welcoming setting accompanied by perfectly chosen music and a gracious and warm host in Corbin.
