This is a local hidden gem! It has all of the great classic brands for kombucha and healthy drinks, clean products and GF options. The food is incredible..they have GF bread and a simple grilled cheese was the BEST grilled cheese I’ve ever had. The soup side was an extra and every thing was very well made. This is worth a stop even if it’s out of your way. Definitely make a stop, you won’t leave without buying something!

As a local real estate expert in the area I am everywhere!!! And never until now experienced this wonderful place. The curb appeal immediately catches your eye and makes you want to step inside. When the door opened the aroma of breakfast hit me right away and set the tone for what was coming.

I ordered the waffle and the breakfast burrito and both were outstanding. The waffle was golden and crisp with a soft inside that held the flavor perfectly. The breakfast burrito was generous and packed with a balance of eggs, cheese, and savory filling that made every bite satisfying. It is the kind of meal where you look forward to the next bite before you even finish the first.

The staff was friendly and on point which made the visit even more enjoyable. Service like that stands out and makes you want to return. If you like a little extra kick ask for the Yellow Bird Habanero or the Agave Sriracha hot sauces. They take the flavor up a notch and are worth trying.

Urbank Market Downtown Neenah is a spot I can highly recommend and one I will definitely be coming back to.

I overall LOVE! A tad bit overpriced especially when we order and remove things it would be a great to reimburse for it. Like when I say no fruit there should be money off my order. There is a young man there that is always the kindest and most helpful. The girls tend to be a bit rude or maybe it’s shy? There is one older gal that was very rude, when ordering she makes you order a certain way, and makes rude remarks. Also went one time for gluten free waffles and they said they ran out which I thought why couldn’t you just make more? The last thing I will say is I WISH SO BAD they would not put the gluten free happy bellies inside the container with the gluten filled cinnamon rolls, it contaminates them so people that have celiac can’t eat them!

We have met here twice for Bible study and loved the food, service, and atmosphere. We have sat outdoors as well as indoors. We have had the breakfast burrito, breakfast skillet, stuffed ham and cheese croissant, waffle and fruit, as well as the chocolate chip cookie. Everything we have had was delicious and served in large portion sizes. Loved the salad served with the breakfast burrito. We discovered they have Waseda eggs which we had been getting in Depere. Everyone we spoke with there is super friendly. We will be back!

What a gem Urban Market is in downtown Neenah! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive—making us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for.

We enjoyed their gluten-free and dairy-free oat milk soft serve, complete with custom toppings that were as fun as they were delicious! The owners were present during our visit and took the time to introduce themselves and personally thank us for stopping in, which meant so much.

Our son has some special needs, and bringing him into new places can sometimes be tricky—especially when he senses people are uneasy or staring. But not here. He was welcomed with open arms, treated with kindness, and even offered a couple of complimentary treats that absolutely made his day.

This place isn’t just a shop—it’s a safe, thoughtful space filled with people who truly care. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to come back. Urban Market, thank you for being such a bright light in our community!

Addison and Pam were fabulous and helped make us feel welcome, explaining all of the amazing features, drinks etc! Addison explained that she could create a charcuterie board using whatever items we selected from the natural/organic store. And it was DELICIOUS! We enjoyed flavored coffee and had a wonderful time!

I brought my 96 year old grandma here and they made every accommodation we could ask for. The owner (manager?) was personally there and even told us we could park illegally to get them closer to the door.

I stopped in for the first time the other day, not exactly sure what to expect on the market side. Everyone working was so kind and attentive while I was there. I ended up getting some guacamole to share with my 7 month old and we loved it! I am not exaggerating when I say he was eating fistfuls of it. Every time we go to Urban Market for a meal I feel transported. Today we had European drinking chocolate served in the most precious tea pot set. Everything from the pretty napkins to the gold silverware is just perfect and the chocolate today was superb. The fresh whip cream in adorable cups was also lovely. Bought coffee, black. Super bitter with each sip. I understand they use other companies' brands, but today's coffee was so bitter I couldn't finish it, and I like my coffee black.
The girls behind the counter weren't so friendly. They just stared at you, waiting. I had to ask them questions. Normally, it's the barista telling you about what they have.
Very over priced for things. If you like hallmark atmosphere this is a cute place for it but not the food and coffee.

Went here with my girlfriends for a special Christmas after hours event. They served homemade hot chocolate with whipped cream and charcuterie boards. Wine was available if desired. Urban Market Neenah is my new favorite place! I absolutely love browsing all their wonderful healthy, organic & well-researched selections! I can’t wait to buy a French perfume soon!

But today Urban Market went over the top for us! My mom, sister and I had wine “on tap” and really wanted a charcuterie board to go with it, which wasn’t on the menu. But they helped us pick some uncured sausage, a couple organic cheeses & gluten-free crackers and then spontaneously made us the most beautiful charcuterie board ever. Gorgeous cafe! Whoever designed this has great style!! Lovely people behind the counter!! And the food is delicious! The carrot cake has got to be the best in the entire state of Wisconsin. A favorite stop for us in Neenah is Urban Market. We are always greeted with a smile, and now by name. The food is delicious, my favorite is the BLT sandwich. My wife gets the chicken salad sandwich and soup. She says that is the best! One visit, my sister walked over to the market, picked up cheese, sausage, crackers, olives and our waitress made a charcuterie board for us to enjoy with our wine. It was beautiful. Food overpriced for what it is. The sourcing of ingredients is the only resounding quality. Cooked poorly with little seasoning or attention to proper cooking of each ingredient. Soggy sad vegetables in the breakfast burrito, soft overcooked potatoes, id be surprised if any salt or pepper made it into the food at any point. Waffle was fine but you're still paying $15 for little more substance than a frozen eggo waffle. If you plan to charge these prices at least have passably substantial food to back it up. Many better places to spend your money in the area.

The restaraunt itself is nice. If half the effort put into the decor, table, and plates, made it to the food it might be a decent place to eat.

Wow. everything they sell in this grocery store/cafe’ is natural, organic, and/or very healthy.
Even the wine liquor beer, and the other items are top shelf quality. I’m kind of dumbfounded that so much thought has gone into the products that are sold here. it’s not an average knock off health food store… But more of a boutique store that’s very affordable and you could actually make meals from things in this place. God, I wish come back soon.

there is even an electric car charging station to match the vibe of this place… With outdoor seating number, both sides of the building and a massive indoor seating area with a café and coffee. I’m not really sure how this place could be improved at all!

First time at Urban Market Neenah today and it was wonderful. Excellent service from start to finish. We ordered a BLT and a spring salad which were both delicious. Loved the decor and all the gold touches on the plates and silverware. I love that the market is in a separate area where you can shop the market while waiting for your order. The ONLY organic market in the area - and it’s the best! Absolutely adorable on the inside, plus a cafe coming shortly, it’s becoming a staple in my daily routine to stop-in. Not to mention the owners being some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet.
