Fantastic burgers, amazing fries, and truly exceptional service!

This little burger spot inside the food hall is an absolute gem. The burgers are perfectly juicy and flavorful, and the fries are everything you want them to be- crispy on the outside, soft and potato-y inside. It’s the kind of simple, done-right food that reminds you how good a great burger and fries can be.

What really makes this place shine, though, is the service. The team at the Chippewa Falls location went above and beyond for me. I accidentally placed an online order through the Eau Claire location (learn from my mistake!), but the staff here were so patient and kind about it. They handled everything with such understanding and good humor- I can't thank the team enough!

Pro tip: If you’re ordering from the Chippewa Falls spot, call ahead instead of ordering online- online orders go to Eau Claire.

Food is a 10 out of 10 at the staff make it easy to want to support this fantastic place!

I received a gift card for my birthday, so was excited to check it out. There were only a couple of people in the restaurant, so I felt we could have had a little more attention from the server. I got up to get my own ketchup, salt and cutlery. The burgers were good, a bit greasy, but to be expected from a smash burger. My fries were overdone so did not eat most of them. The valley sauce and dill ranch were both good. As a burger joint, I was surprised to have an $85 bill for two people; I understand from previous comments that you are using better ingredients. Overall it was fine, but my boyfriend and I both agreed it wouldn't be a place we would revisit. I do wish them well; I think the overall Atmosphere of the building is something new to the area!

Service was great and burgers were delicious BUT beware that they are $16 burgers that come with no sides or drinks... so way too overpriced imo. We paid $50 for burgers, fries, and waters which was probably not worth it, also considering the environment was more like a fast food place.

We came by accident after getting coffee in the market next door. This place was amazing! The girl who took the order (Anna E) was friendly and even brought our food to our table in the main area. The food quality was FANTASTIC. Fries were fried in beef tallow and the bacon was thick cut and perfectly cooked. Just overall a high quality product for a fair price. We will for sure be coming back.

The food was fantastic, just as good as the original spot in Eau Claire! We were so lucky to snag a table in the afternoon on a Friday, and it was just us. The service was super fast, and the server was incredibly attentive and helpful. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The atmosphere is awesome and relaxing. Food was delicious and the service was spot on! Three of us, We all had a cocktail, one of us had 2 cocktails, we all had the same Burger and a side, fries, brussel sprouts, and cauliflower.
Total bill was over $120! Cocktails were almost $20 a piece. A little spendy for cocktails but I would definitely spend the money on the burgers and food!! Very delicious 😋

Valley Burger is situated in Wisconsin Farmers Union building. I grabbed the OB, with fries and the brussel sprouts for sides. My burger was a little greasy but it was so so delicious. I literally inhaled it. The fries were crispy and the valley sauce they come with is a tomato based sauce of goodness. The brussel sprouts were interesting. Pickled onions and bleu cheese came on them which I thought was different. They were still very tasty though. They have seating within their space and table service. I will definitely be back.

Tried to find a place for Father's Day. The first place we went to had an hour wait. We noticed that Valley Burger had a location in Chippewa Falls so we decided to go there.

Great decision. Our burgers were fantastic. We've eaten a lot of burgers in the Midwest but these were easily in the top five of all time. French fries were awesome.

The staff was really busy. We had to wait for our appetizer so they didn't charge us.

They also gave us a free round of drinks. That's great customer service. Going above and beyond what they needed to do.

We'll definitely be back. Fantastic food. Incredible customer service.

The homemade lemonade was delicious! The burgers were great! But the fries were WAY over done, didn't think to take a pic. Our waitress got us new fries that were much better, but it took her so long to check on us that we had eaten our burgers and didn't get to eat the good fries until we were ready to go. Google estimated $10-$20 per person. My daughter and I each got a burger and lemonade and we split an order of fries. Our total was $48 something, just as a heads up.

I have eaten at thousands of burger places in my life and I have to say the burger fry’s and sauce I received today was the best darn food I have had in a very long time! I know that some people love greasy food, but these burgers are just WAY too greasy. I also had a side of brussel sprouts that were dripping with grease.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed. This is an expensive burger joint. For the price paid, the main flavor profile should be more than just cooking oil.

This was an expensive stomach ache. And I mean that literally. My stomach actually hurt the rest of the day.

I truly enjoyed this place. The burgers were obviously freshly made with quality ingredients. The fries were even better. Hand cut, nice and crispy, and good amount of salt. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey. Not massively so when you think about the quality, but still something to consider. We ordered 2 mushroom swiss burgers, 1 Wisconsin whiz burger, 3 bottled sodas, and 2 orders of fries. My total was almost $75 not including tip.

I had tried calling multiple times for a takeout order, but there was no answer for about 20 minutes. I went to place in person and found that they were extremely busy! Once i told them I had tried calling before coming in, the cook was very apologetic and offered free beverages for those orders I brought in. I told him it wasn't necessary, but he still made it right by throwing in an extra burger. Bye the bye, their cauliflower is outstanding! I highly recommend trying it. And the sparkling water is terrific. We will definitely order again!

Always a treat to go to Valley Burger! So happy they opened a CF location. This one is much more open and spacious with a super welcoming environment, kind staff, and great location on the river. Got our food super quick! Get the Wisco Wiz… best burger in the CV area!
