The decor is beautiful and our food came out so quickly, the soup came immediately, the appetizer barely five minutes later, and our entree only 5 after that! For dessert get the Summerberry, you will NOT regret it.
And our server Rachel Odu was so friendly, checked in regularly on us and came quickly when my drink needed a refill before I even thought to ask, and had a genuine friendly smile, whatever she's getting paid it's not nearly enough.^^

For decades this has been our families favorite place to go out for a nice dinner. The food is so amazing that it is hard to believe the staff and owners are even better. They deserve 100s of 5 star ratings for the years of memories and great food out family has shared... high school prom, children's birthdays, anniversary dinners, and more. I always recommend Victoria's to our friends from out of town and recently I had Scotty Austin (former mbr Saving Abel, Full Devil Jacket and more) and his band in town and the first thing they asked is if I we were getting Victoria's Lasagna again. With most Italian places, the portions are going to be either really big, or really good.

Wasn't the BEST, everything was kind of under salted, but the portions were huge. Wish I would have read the reviews before I came so we could have ordered less 😆

I really liked the home made Italian salad dressing. The gnocchi did seem home made as well, just kinda big and would have liked them a little more firm. Could probably skip the bread basket they bring out.
The Alfredo sauce was also pretty good. Chicken on top was bland. Almost boiled bland.

What happened to this place? We have gone there for over 20 years. The last few times haven't been good, and this last time was it. We will not be back. Sadly. This was our wedding anniversary place to go with family and friends every year. No one needed to ask, just be at Victoria's at 5pm. This last time, the waiter was not only rude, but he never checked on us, not during the appetizer, someone else brought our salads and soups, and the entrees. We did see him leave and have a cigarette outside. Our food was watery, and spicy, not like our normal experience. We always have the cioppionno. It's been our favorite forever. It was not good. The clams that our daughter had, had a strange smell, and she took most of it home. And told us later she threw it away. As did we. If this were a one-time thing, okay. But the third time in as many months, well, we will have wonderful memories before it went downhill. Won't be back.

The portions are massive here. My friend got a calzone which was the biggest one I’ve seen. I got the Ravioli Emilani, which was delicious. I added a sausage to mine which was two whole sausages. Our server was very sweet and attentive and checked up on us often. The building is a little old and could use some updating, but besides that everything was great.

Came to Appleton on a business trip and decided to stop here because I've heard many good things. I definitely was not disappointed. Had a great meal with a good drink. The bartender was awesome and recommended the Palermo pasta which ended up being very delicious and a nice delicate lemon and wine sauce. I added sausage and chicken as the protein which elevated the dish immensely. The portion sizes are huge so bring your appetite when coming here and make sure to try the chocolate cake!! Everyone should try this place at least once if you are ever in Appleton, WI!! I will be back and will be bringing my family next time! Thanks for the great food and awesome atmosphere!

We went here for lunch/supper on July 5th. One of the few places that was open for the holiday weekend other than fast food. We both ordered the baked ravioli, his with meatballs, mine without. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated right away. Our waters ans garlic bread were on the table less than a minute later. We both ordered salads with our ravioli and the salads were fresh and delicious. When the main dishes were brought out they were piping hot and absolutely full! The ravioli themselves were fantastic and the meat sauce was to die for! Fantastic wait service topped everything off and we left happily with our to-go boxes because neither of us could finish the large portions. Highly recommend!

Welcoming staff and wholesome food, I'm never disappointed when I get the privilege of having victorias. I usually order a Togo order and its fast, hot even with a 20 minute drive home and I get so much food I have lunch and dinner for tomorrow. I might as well get this out of the way: I love this place. Have been here a handful of times while visiting some friends in WI, and we always make sure to hit this place at least once since I'm not local.

The menu and options are extensive, and each dish I've had has been fantastic. The portions are also massive, so I'm pleased I always have some left for later. Staff were friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. If there is one nitpick, it would be that the garlic bread is just "ok". Serves it's purpose, but doesn't stand up to everything else you'll be having there.

On one hand I lament that I don't have a Victoria's of my own nearby and only get to partake once per year, but on the other hand I'm kind of glad because I would be there all the time and end up über-fat.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, the place had a very musty smell to it, our waitress, Hope, acted like she was not happy to be there, very unpleasant feeling for us and as a first time customer not not the atmosphere you want to have. Amazing Calamari, huge portions and they gave me free garlic bread, free soup and a bunch a of marinara with my pick up of calamari and Sicilian bruschetta. Sooo good! I can’t say this is the best Italian spot I’ve ever had, but they do it justice. The portions are MASSIVE. You can easily split an appetizer and entree between 2-4 people depending on how much you want to eat. I ordered the classic rigatoni, opted for the minestrone soup, and ordered an appetizer of broccoli. Way too much food for just lil old me, but I’ll have plenty to dig into later. This was our second time being served by Victoria's and is easily my favorite restaurant. We ordered the Fussili Mille Gusti, Lasagna, Tortellini, and Rigatoni all with a side of either sausages or meatballs. So good!!! Don't let all the ingredients scare you in the Fussili: It's AMAZING!!!
We left with family sized portions, but saved room for Tiramisu, Carrot Cake, and the Peanut butter Fudge Slide. And to top it off, our server Noah was exponentially attentive and kept us so taken care of. We will absolutely be coming back regularly.

Good luck finding the lasagna swimming in the slop. Missed the clue this would a bad choice based off the nasty ceilings.

Victoria’s has always been a gold standard for Italian. But it seems to not be what it used to be. The restaurant was not busy but we waited for a long time for our food and drinks . Once we got it, the orders were not right. Food not all that good. My husband and I shared a pasta dish that had no sauce or cheese whatsoever, just kind of slimy vegetables and pasta. A lot of the neighboring tables were dirty. The room we were in had broken light fixtures. We were with a group of nine so could that be why we had this experience. It seemed to us that they were doing a ton of take out and we were last. We were going to have my cake and ice cream drinks but decided to leave and make them at my home. I have to say, the staff seemed friendly but rushed.

The service was excellent (Alexis), but the staff all gathered around at the kitchen entrance and were inconsiderate and obnoxious!!!! Very loud with no consideration for the people eating in the dining room.
The carpet is filthy and there was food smashed between the menu pages. Everything looked very unkept.
The garlic bread was stone cold and under toasted.
The linguine was drowning in sauce!!!! Swimming!!! So much that is was impossible to keep any on my fork!!
We remember when Victoria's was a very classy, upscale, high standard restaurant.

We went to Appleton for Victoria's on Saturday to celebrate 2 Birthdays. Of course....the abundance of food is over the top. We had an amazing waitress. She was on top of her game and down to earth (regret not getting her name:( BUT to get her credit that is well deserved....if management actually reads this....she did attend years ago UWGB and waitressed at the GB location). A few things set me back from our great visit. I am completely open to High Schoolers and their Homecoming...BUT a suggestion to Victoria's (and I have alot of restaurant/supper club working experience) is to (as you know ahead of time your High School Calendar of events) is to if possible save a seating section for those students celebrating to sit in a separate section. The much ongoing young girl traffic back and forth was just too much. That was just a bonus as I do understand the excitement of young girls and am very much ok with.
I want to give the positives first as there were many.
My concerns to write the review: I ordered Sauvignon Blanc. Waitress came back saying they were out of it. Ok, I am flexible so I will take a different choice-not a problem.
My husband ordered blue cheese crumbled (not a problem we pay extra)...BUT they were out of readily available and waitress had to go 'downstairs' to get some....ok my husband waited...but by that time.....let's just say the salad was wilted by then. I ordered my sauce with angel hair instead of fettuccine noodles as I have a hard time swallowing drier/starchier/thicker items...(I paid extra not a problem). When the dishes came, I lifted and turned the pasta and it was (of course) a large amount and underneath was not sauced so the entire plate needed more sauce so not to be so dry and sticky. I requested a cup of the sauce to add to the pasta to make it 'wetter' so to swallow it with ease instead of dryness and choking. In the mean time I had ordered another glass of wine. SO the bill comes....not only am I charged for the sauce which should have just been on to begin with...but ..... ok.....BUT the wine?? I was charged for what they did not have (a higher price) than what I received as again they were out...(and second glass was rang up as to what i did receive and was cheaper than what I requested-that is how I even knew)..
I, with great experience, tipped waitress very good....just seemed petty for me to want to tell her to redo the bill, charge accordingly, and your tip would more (seeing I was charged for items I did not receive and/or was charged for items I shouldn't have been).
4 meals, deserts, and cocktails.......do not get to Appleton often but look forward to Victoria's again (will be a bit on top of my game next time)

I had the worst pizza EVER......taste like a freezer burned pre made dough shell very little sauce ..when I Grabbed a slice all the cheese came off the entire pizza like a paper plate ...crust chewy and doughy . even the cheese low budget .. not crisp crust ..and the most tasteless pizza I have ever had..a frozen supermarket would have been better. I’d say it tasted like a Marie calendars frozen meal, but that would be disrespectful to Marie calendars. I had a garlic broccoli sauce with chicken I believe. The chicken was 100% frozen and either microwaved or thawed in water then thrown on the plate, which costed 5$ more. It was pale white, tasteless and mushy. The sauce was flavorless, and the noodles tasted frozen as well.
My wife got a ravioli, and those tasted freezer burnt, and were a bit hard.

Quick lunch with a friend. Food was as expected, as portions were large and hot. Server was somewhat dismissive and non connected, however we didn't mind as she was young. Great place for a cheaper meal that is just as expected. Nothing fancy. On a side note, the soda lines need to be cleaned. The Coke products have an "off" flavor.

I did not know what to expect because this was my first time visiting Victoria's. Victoria's was great! There are many choices on the menu and everyone in our group of nine loved the meal, service and atmosphere. This is now my favorite Italian restaurant in NE Wisconsin. I'll definitely be back for more great food with portions that are large enough to have a second meal at home.

Came here with friends who been here before and I couldn’t agree with them more. I did love the service, it was fast surprisingly for a Saturday. I got the bake ravioli and it was delicious! The portion, I definitely got my moneys worth. And the end price for both my husband and I wasn’t bad at all. When we looked at the check and it was less than we thought so we were surprised but more happy about it. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back. Also this place is special because I never leave reviews unless you get my attention like this.

Very nice Italian restaurant in Appleton. My husband and I visited for a convention. Great food, service and ambiance.Meat alls were tender, tomato sauce was fresh. Loved artichokes in Marsala wine. Enjoyed the libations as well. Our server Autumn was caring and welcoming!

This was my first time going to Victorias and I was completely blown away by how wonderful the food was. The atmosphere was incredible as well, we didn’t feel as though we were sitting on top of other diners and the booths were comfortable. Service was great as well! Had a pickup and when I walked in I was greeted right away. I waited while my order was ready and finally an older lady with glasses and not wearing the same outfit everyone else was wearing, maybe the owner or manager? asked me if I had been helped. I said I had and gave her the name on the order. With an attitude she said "it's right here" as she pointed at the counter. I stated that nobody had told me that my order was ready (thinking the individual who helped earlier would've told me my order was ready) and she replied with more attitude "I just walked in here" I said "I was helped earlier...I was interrupted with a patronizing "awesome" as if she was speaking to a child. This was my first and last experience at this restaurant. It was the initial attitude that deterred me from wanting to ever come back.

Party of 8, and allergies to mushrooms, and plate came with a ton . So waiter caught it. But same food broke out all night because they didn't care about directions, nothing as close to as the way things were before. Sad to see Italian restaurant falling apart in the front of our eyes 👀☹️, my husband's dish was too winey and was drunk 🙄🤣 even though a light weight. Well next day we both got drunk on his leftovers ☹️🤣, noodles were mushy. Sorry to put a lower than expectations but stating the truth. Yesterday, on the 12 hour drive home from Tennessee my wife and I were craving a good home cooked meal. We decided on Victoria's by the time we hit Milwaukee. We had only eaten here once before, but everything we did eat was simply amazing.

She called in a simple order of the crab alfredo with garden salad and some french dressing for pickup. I arrived to pick it up just as we hit Appleton shortly after 6PM. To my surprise, not only was there our Alfredo, salad, and dressing, but also a cup of their minestrone soup, 3 half's of their amazing garlic bread, and even a dessert! We were simply shocked. We never asked for anything extra, but they gave it to us anyways.

The food was perfect once we arrived home, and we were simply blown away by their service and generosity.

I can't wait to eat at Victoria's for many years to come. This will probably be the only place we'll ever eat Italian.

Don't hesitate. Eat at Victoria's.

The atmosphere here is authentic old style italian. The wait staff was great, and the portion sizes are tremendous! You always go home with leftovers to eat. I think I will be eating this for 3 days. The ravioli were not over cooked and there was plenty of cheese on the plate, you didn't need to ask for any parmesan. The meatballs were flavorful and not over cooked.

The food was really good but the service was terrible! The waitress made us feel like we shouldn't be there. all the time running in a hurry! I wanted to take our order the minute I had the menu in my hand then he left and came back in another minute! He took away the cheese, he forced us to order appetizers and he gave us dessert in a box to go, I had to ask for a spoon to eat my poor at my table in a paper box! I felt pressured all the time, and very uncomfortable! It was my anniversary dinner and I couldn't enjoy it! I will never return and I will recommend not doing so.

Had a party of 13 for a birthday. They ignored the party waiting at the bar the entire time. Over 30 minutes and half the group no bar service. We canceled our reservation and left.

Be ready for one of the absolute worst bar service you can get in town. Absolute trash. Many in our group are in service industry and their bar service was pathetic at best. I encourage takeout only.

Showed up with a group for 13 and were put on a waiting list since they dont take reservations that large-totally fine. Went to the bar for cocktails and the bartender purposefully served everyone close to us and not us. Not even a hello. Waited 30 minutes for a drink before going to the other side of bar where the bartender running the wheel was awesome! Other bartender, not so much. Went to the host stand to tell them we going to go somewhere else and they said ok. Told them nicely the bar might need some help and I was stared at. Not a word said. This place is an absolute dump! Bare plywood bench for seating and grossly stained carpet that hasn't been changed in 20 plus years. Tons of clutter behind the cashier/hostess area. Dirty silverware. This place is a disgrace compared to what it used to be.
I can't believe people eat here yet. It's been 7 years since I was here and won't be back anytime soon.

My dad suffers from a head injury and we live together. I said something last night about wanting shrimp Alfredo and he decided to surprise me and order Victorias, we both LOVE all the food. He brought it back to our house as take out and realized he ordered shrimp parmesan instead of Alfredo. I told him to call and see if they would be kind enough to swap it and they said as long as it was unopened that was no problem. I drove over for him because he was tired, when I walked in the door I was greeted by 4-5 staff with smiles on there faces, I gave the dish and they had mine ready right away, on top of the shrimp Alfredo they literally gave us a FREE CHEESECAKE. Me and my dad watched “sound of freedom” at home and the food was the best I’ve had in the past two years, you could tell it was made with love. Thank you Victorias for being awesome! 💕
