Food was phenomenal, I had the lobster Mac n cheese and the serving was huge. Easily two people could’ve eaten out of it and still take leftovers. The service was a bit slow, especially when it was time to get the check. 30+ mins to get it. Let’s just say that he was lucky a gratuity was added to the bill. Food was great, but it was a one and done experience for me and I’m sure for the rest of the party on that table.

A group of 10 of us traveled out from MN for a bachelor party weekend. This was our nice night out dinner and every one was very excited.
The vibes are top notch for a steakhouse and a football fan. The bartender was amazing and very friendly.
We got seated at our table and thats when the fun stopped. Our server Debbie was very passive aggressive right out of the gate. She seemed very annoyed to have to serve us, even tho the restaurant was near empty. Debbie treater our table as if we were all ordering waters and sharing cheap apps. She gave vibes that she hates her job.
Before we even got our food, she was asking how we wanted checks and was giving a lot of attitude about how long it was going to take her to split checks. It was a total vibe killer with her attitude.
Again, excellent food. Granted it took 2 hours start to finish, but Debbie killed the experience for our entire group.

I wanted to like this place and my family but Debbie ruined it for us. She was passive aggressive towards our table. (If we did anything wrong please let us know) wish our family woulda got Chase or Heidi. Saw great reviews about them.. The 1.5 hour long wait time for food didn’t really bother me to much because the food decent. Just Debbie was a pretty big buzz kill of our table. (Burnt out server) I will recommend food to other people but I will be telling other people to specifically ask for another server than Debbie.i am in the service industry so it does suck writing this kinda review.. just wanted to let the owner know about her because if she worked at the restaurant I work at she wouldn’t have had a job with the way she was treating us..

Beautiful scenery for a very plain gastronomic experience. We were so excited when we sat down. The atmosphere was exceptional and unique, being like in one of those British clubs, jazz in the background, and Gregorio our waiter very friendly and fun. The menu presented amazing food options but we ended up waiting too long for the food that showed up and was like frozen food quality. Served cool not entirely hot and fresh and some plates really lacked substance. The wine not excellent but for the price ($90) on twist tap bottles. In general plain food and wine at outrageous prices in a superb atmosphere is what you’ll find here.

I wanted to come here for my birthday dinner and everything was absolutely fantastic! Delicious bourbon, old-fashioned cocktails to start. Four of us got the filet mignon and all of us thought they were a great flavor and melt in your mouth tender, the other two enjoyed a ribeye steak and the brick chicken - also amazing. Broccolini was our favorite, asparagus, the potato sides, all absolutely fantastic! Our server was very knowledgeable, the atmosphere and ambience so unique. I don’t understand any bad review of this place, yes, it’s expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for. We were all highly impressed with our experience and I can’t wait to come back.

I reserved a table for my fiancé’s birthday for 7:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were indirectly greeted and eventually seated after about 10 minutes. While our server was nice, she was clearly over-tasked and we didn’t get our drinks until 7:25. The appetizers and salads were ok, but nothing special. My fiancé ordered the “Kansas City Strip” with a lobster tail, which was cooked a perfect medium rare. Mine, the special of the night, was a 26 oz dry-aged, bone-in ribeye was overcooked and, for the price, a poor selection of cut. I’ve had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse. Since it was a special occasion, I opted not to make a scene and simply informed the server at the end of the meal. We were also brought an extra side that we did not order, but the server was kind enough to remove it from our bill. Overall, this was not the experience I would expect from a fine-dining establishment. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the local supper clubs: better food for a third of the cost.

If I could give this place 10/10 stars, I would. I am in town for the axe & knife throwing championship and just tried this place today for the first time. The peppercorn crust filet was the best steak I have ever ate in my life. The lobster bisque soup is good, the mushroom and potatoe sides are yummy. I had a lobster tail with my steak which also added to it being a masterpiece dish. If you haven't been here yet, you need to come down and eat now! A must have!!!!!

Want to see a sad steak? A 55 dollar filet mignon, the horseradish topping slapped on was an extra charge, Otherwise it would have been just a sad lonely steak. No presentation, greens, the plate was served with dried blood on the side. I had high expectations but was truly disappointed.

This was a disappointing evening that was long awaited to celebrate my birthday. After arriving we waited 10-15 minutes for someone to greet us and take us to our table. We had reserved the Coaches room. The wine list is non-existent, as after making 2 separate selections, non were available. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we did not get served our main entree till between 8-8:30. The food was very good along with the atmosphere, but obviously the staff and chef were in chaos. Chase, our server was courteous and apologetic about the wait and seating, and tried to make up for the short-comings, but I would expect a much better dinner service for having a $300 bill. We will not recommend unfortunately as the name did not live up to the billing.

What an experience, my boyfriend got us reservations for our anniversary thinking we would have as great of a time as last year, but we were wrong. The only good part was that we were seated earlier than our reservation and the drinks were great. I don't understand how it takes 2+ hours for a burnt appetizer, decent steak and sides that i can make better at home. The service was terrible, took forever to not only take but get our order for both food and drinks all while we saw the drinks sitting at the bar for 10 minutes. No apologies or acknowledgement
for the slow service , if we are spending $200+ for a nice dinner it has to be better. Don't waste your time and just go across the street for more than half the price. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning next year... sorry Vince.

I hate to do this in the house of Vince but that was a very underwhelming performance like the packers postseason performance in the last 10 years. The service was poor and no apologies for an hour and a half wait. I’ve had better salad and Brussels sprouts from Walmart. It is Valentine’s Day , and the black eyed peas said it best “where is the love?” Absolutely abismal service and no sympathy for the lack of friendliness. Just went there on Saturday Feb 8th and everything was good until our meal came. Soups and salad and appetizers were good. Our steaks came and were all over cooked. One was ordered medium rare and was almost well done with very little pink. The other filet was well done and the ny strip looked like a pork chop it was so over done. Both of these were ordered medium. We told the waitress and she offered to have them remade, which we didn’t have time for so told her that’s ok. She said she’d get us some drinks instead. After a few minutes she came back n said she could only give us 1 drink to share. Asked if we wanted the manager said sure and she came over and asked what the issue was and we explained it and she said it’s not our policy to offer free drinks I don’t know why she said that , we can’t do that. Asked if she offered to have them remade n we said yes, but we don’t have time. She said well I can get you 1 dessert to share and that’s it, in a very bitchy like tone. We said no thanks we’ll just take the check. When I’m paying almost $300 for a meal and all steaks were over cooked and then to get an attitude like that, it’s very disappointing and don’t think we will go back.

We had Sarah as our server and she was outstanding along with the food. The highlight was Sarah’s knowledge of speciality drinks and wine selection. Last, our Lava Cake desert selection was spectacular!
Only downside was the hostess, who was not very welcoming and seemed to be watching tv when we arrived. When interrupting the show, she was a little put out. Also, the first table she gave was by, what appeared to be, the bathroom.

The bartender Sarah was phenomenal. She was very attentive. She asked us questions about drinks/flavors we liked and get spot in drink suggestions. I would highly recommend her and this bar. We will be back anytime we are in the area.
