We used to love this place — great vibes and their takeout specials were always a hit. Unfortunately, our last couple of experiences have completely changed how we feel about it.

A month ago, I ordered takeout and something was really off — the food honestly tasted like chemicals, and my wife wouldn’t even eat her lasagna. I called the restaurant not to complain, but just to give them a heads up. The woman I spoke with was very kind and appreciative, and she told me to mention her name next time I ordered.

Fast forward to tonight: I called in, and the guy who answered was immediately rude. When I mentioned the employee’s name, instead of checking with someone else, he got even more dismissive and essentially called me an idiot for saying it. At that point, I just told him to cancel my order.

It’s disappointing because we genuinely liked this place, but between the drop in food quality and the rude service, I’d rather spend my money on overpriced Italian somewhere else where the staff treats customers with respect.

I would’ve given Vino Cap a pass and simply not returned had it not been for the subpar service and the extremely unprofessional way an issue with our bill was handled. I am only reviewing based on takeout/delivery food.
For the style of pizza that is to MY personal taste, this hits every mark with a perfect 10/10. The crust is perfectly 👌 thin but also fluffy and dense all at once. The cheese is of high quality and has both flavor and texture.
The pepperoni is quality meat and is over 1.5" in width but not too thick, overpowering the other flavors.
And last, the sauce balanced everything.
So in my opinion, this is great pizza.
I will definitely order again and I would definitely recomend trying.
Also, in comparison, the 16" at under $20 for this quality is amazing. All together, I paid a little over $36 for pizza, cheesy garlic bread +sauce (for 2-4 adults) AND a slice of chocolate mouse cake (for 1-2) for a little over $36. In my opinion, this is an amazing dinner.

Vino Cappuccino is one of my favorite places to go whether I am wanting a full meal, light snack, or a few drinks after a long day. The food has always been outstanding no matter what I have ordered. I have my favorites of course, but I’ve never made a bad choice.

If you are fortunate enough to have Aram or Alex serve you, then your experience will be even better. They are both attentive to your needs and your preferences and are also a joy to engage with during your time there.

Vino is one of my favorite places to go, not only for the food but for the staff. They really do take care of their customers, and I can't say enough positive things about them, especially Aram. He takes the time to really learn preferences and remembers them without prompting, and it always feels like coming in and hanging out with friends.

The food is great! It isn't classic Italian but a blend that represents the diversity of the owner and his team. That's really what sets it apart. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, usually quiet enough that you can have a comfortable conversation. Some of the music nights get a little loud, but that's to be expected.

We came with some friends who had dined here once before having had pizza which they enjoyed. We came this time for a Sunday afternoon lunch. I hardly ever leave a review unless it's something exceptional. Anything else I just chalk it up and never return. Unfortunately I feel compelled to write this review for the worst plate of food my wife and I have ever been served. The chicken parmesan we both ordered was burnt all around the edges. The large "ball of spaghetti" that was placed on the plate, tasted like we were eating sugar. The dark red sauce had NO tomato flavor what so ever, just an awful sweet sugary flavor permeated it. The pasta stayed in that ball shape the entire time, even after taking our first and only fork fulls. That sickening sweet flavor seemed to find it's way over to the chicken somehow as well.
Our friends said their dishes were fine. One was salmon and the other rigatoni with a vodka sauce. If we were by ourselves, we would have complained and sent ours back but since our friends meals were ok we politely ate some of the chicken but couldn't eat anymore of the pasta after the first bite. Our salads, particularly the cesar salad my wife ordered tasted little like a cesar should. Only 2 small, thin pieces of barely garlic toast was served with the chicken parm. We asked if they had and soft bread or rolls but were told no.
We were asked if we were done and we said yes and that's when I told the very inexperienced waiter how unpleased we were with our meals. He came back with an offer for a free dessert or a limoncello which we declined.
We came on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend. I can only hope that the head chef took the day off

The restaurant is very nicely decorated, romantic like, but the RED marinara sauce was just AWAFUL, I am sorry to report.

My daughter and her group of eight friends made reservations for prom to eat here. I heard great reviews about this place and was happy they chose this location. They were treated like second rate guests. The waiter rolled his eyes each time they requested something, it took more than an hour and a half for their food (when multiple tables of 4 and 6 were being served that were seated after them) so they had to request to just box their food as they were now late for their event, and they asked up front if they could pay separately, which they were told yes, but when it came time for the bill, they were denied the request. And again, were provided with rolled eyes each step of the dining process as the group was a burden on their night. Nobody should be treated like this when everyone pays the same price and management should be ensuring all guests have a positive experience. The parents of these friends all informed their children to tip well, which they still did despite the terrible service. I’m very disappointed they did not get to experience what the other positive reviews did because of an incredibly rude server.

The server was very friendly, but it would have been a little better if he had checked on us since more than once since it took more than 45 minutes before receiving our dishes. Still, while we arrived about 5pm, and there were only two other tables to wait on, the dining room filled quite quickly, so I can't fault him too much.

The food was very good. I ordered the two pork chops on the menu for today's special. Was very tasty and juicy, although I expected larger portions.

The lentil soup, which I've ordered before, was excellent.

But due to a baby shower that was being held in one of the large dining rooms, our wait was extended. We had lunch with another couple at Vino Cappuccino today. While the food and outdoor covered patio atmosphere were both excellent, the overall experience was spoiled by the service and pacing of our meal. Let me begin by saying the restaurant was NOT busy. On the patio where we were seated, there was our table of 4, a table of 2, and toward the end of our meal, another table of 2. Inside there were perhaps a half dozen occupied tables, all with small groups of 2 and 4. We arrived at 11:30 and were promptly seated by the man who would be our server, Silkie. He offered a bare-bones greeting, dropped off menus, and disappeared for 10 minutes before coming back to ask us for our drink order. 10 minutes later, our 4 iced teas arrived at the table and he asked us what we wanted to order: 3 salads and the avocado toast special. 30 minutes later, our food finally arrived at our table. In all fairness, it was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented (see attached images of two of the salads - a Caesar with grilled salmon and a pear salad). We had been there for 50 minutes at this point and were done eating in another 20 minutes. It's now 12:40. Silkie asked us if we would like to check out and subsequently brought us our bill, which sat on our table for another 10 minutes before he came back to collect our cards and run the bill. The final timestamp on our receipt for this was 12:57. An hour and a half for a lunch experience consisting of iced teas, salads and avocado toast is completely unacceptable. Luckily, we were dining with friends we hadn't seen in quite a while, so we had plenty to catch up on to occupy the dead space. If that were not the case, we would have canceled our orders and left. Please encourage all of your staff to provide a welcoming, engaging and efficient experience for your guests. With higher prices for eating out these days come higher expectations from your customers. The food quality does not disappoint in the slightest. Don't let lackluster service detract from that. Thank you!

I do not understand how this place has 4.4* reviews. Perhaps we were there on an off night or our pallet is not that of the diners who have reviewed this establishment in the past. I cannot help to wonder if the folks who live in the area have lost their sense of taste for fresh food. For starters we had Bruschetta that was loaded with onions and soaked with an overly sweet thick balsamic glaze served on cold stale bread slices.

I ordered a build your own 12" pizza with red sauce, pesto, fresh tomatoes and asiago cheese. The asiago (I was told after I ordered) was a blend, and I could tell it had fillers since it was heavy, gritty & very salty. I ate less then 1/2.

My husband ordered Spaghetti con Aragosta, described as lobster tail over spaghetti with a tomato, wine and garlic sauce. What he got was Argosta that did not bring Spain and Italy together. The lobster was tough and chewy and presumed microwaved to order. The sauce was thick, bland and tasteless with the undertone taste of Campbell's Tomato Soup.

Not one thing we ate at Vino contained fresh ingredients aside from a salad. The $100. meal was not worth the belly ache we woke up with in the morning. Sorry I will not be back.

What a cute place! Some friends stopped here for drinks and we joined them. My wife loved the piano player and lounge singer, so I am sure we will be back. We didn't eat here as we were joining them after dinner, but I did love the home-made chips they served at the bar. I also found it interesting that all of the servers did their own bartending, or that is what I thought I was observing. I am sure we will be going back to try the food!

We four had a variety of soup, dishes & drinks - all very good. The ambiance & fireplace are lovely. A most deliteful detail was our server, Jackie. She had a wonderful smile, was efficient, spoke in both English & Italian - fluent in both! - & made a delicious Tiramiso martini with Espresso. - yum!

We arrived before the dinner hour and sat on the patio which was enjoyable since we had the enter room to ourselves. Our server was very attentive and the food arrived to our table hot and as ordered. I recommend the lasagna, very meaty! Parking is right out front of the restaurant.

This is a whole experience, great food, great people. The ambiance is just there. Every time family comes to visit, they want to go back. And the tiramisu, yum! A must is also the fried goat cheese balls!

We had a party of 5 reservations 5:45pm. The whole experience was awful. Server was nice but clearly overworked, it took until 7:40pm to get our food which was served cold and awful. There was a clearly drunken patron who was at the next table who was loud, obnoxious and foul mouthed dropping the F- bomb several times. When I called to complain there was no manager on duty, so I was given a phone number. Turns out that the loud "patron" was the owner. I shared my concerns and he dud ask what he could do to make it better, I said nothing as he lost at least 5 customers tonight and I expect more than several more as the whole staff was clearly embarrassed by this behavior. So, by the time we left it was a 2.5 hour dinner that was not worth $15 total.

We went on a Saturday night reservations at 5:45 did not get served till after seven sat in the dining room, where the bar is extremely loud and could barely talk to each other. The food was average. There was a group of four seater behind us I think it was the owner who was extremely drunk and yelling loudly through her whole dinner. it was very embarrassing. Wanted to go and ask him to be quiet he was just obnoxious service was slow. Food was not hot And took a very long time to come out. Not impressed at all will never return. The server did her best, but she seem to be preoccupied with other tables elsewhere.

Very disappointing. Our reservation was at 7:30 and we didn't get out of there until 10. Lots of waiting between courses. Only one server for a table of ten, and she had no help. So each course meant 4 or 5 trips to bring food to the table. And the first people served were well into their meals before the last got theirs. Several dishes were wrong or cooked poorly - burnt chicken, missing prosciutto. No parmesan offered or on the table. We were in a room just off the entrance. Bussers would come in, not make eye contact and leave. I had to flag them down to get more water or clear a dish. Very frustrating overall. The food was fine, but it's the simplest version possible. My carbonara for example was spaghetti with cheese sauce and peas and ham. Not the parm and oil and egg yolk of a traditional presentation. Whatever. I won't be back.

Excellent birthday dinner! The food was great. The Muflta sandwich was awesome. Cheese filled Tortellini with Alfredo sauce was great. Lobster Ravioli was excellent. The birthday girl received a free desert. Our waiter brought out the raspberry cheesecake with a candle and led us all in signing Happy Birthday!

Sunday 2/25 my wife and I walked in around 6pm, we were greeted and showed to the table right away. Water was also served quickly, then sat for about 10-15 minutes without anyone noticing us (in fact two servers completely avoided eye contact when I was looking for them ready to order). The table to my left was seated after us and server came up to them and took a drink order immediately, then brought them back in a few minutes completely ignoring our table right next to it. Walked by multiple times didn't even say hi. The table to my right got their bill and the other server didn't even bother to say hello when he brought it even though we were seated 4 feet away, as if we were ghosts. I understand when staff is busy not everyone can attend a table in a timely manner but these two were casually strolling through the restaurant and serving other tables mere feet away from ours and didn't even acknowledge our existence. After a while we just left, again without a soul noticing we were even there. Shame because we've visited the place multiple times and really enjoyed their food (which is why 2 stars and not 1) but won't be back.
