Very disappointed. We were the second table seated on the patio tonight at the same time several staff were moving tables to prepare for a band. After watching other tables seated and given drinks and appetizers, we sat without any greeting from staff at all. Two tables each with a different server and no one acknowledged us at all. After about 20 minutes without any service we left. We like the food and the atmosphere but this is SUPER disappointing. We arrived when there was only one table on the patio. There is no reason for this level of service!

We had lunch here yesterday. Immediately after walking in you were hit with the smell of the bathroom cleaner, that smell lingered in the dining room, I almost turned right back around to go elsewhere to eat but my family was looking forward to their meal here. There was only one server for the entire restaurant + outdoor seating which meant drinks were left unfilled, took forever to be able to place our order, food came out cold and we weren't checked on to see how our meal was or if we needed anything else. The food was not good. Not sure how you mess up buttered noodles but my sons buttered noodles were inedible. The CBR wrap and Burger were nothing special and lacked flavor. Lastly it was so loud. Hard to enjoy a meal with your family when you can't even hear them over everyone else in the restaurant. Definitely the worst Vintage of the ones I've been too and truly believe this location really needs to pick it up if they expect to stay in business.

Update 9/27:after a long day of moving, we decided to try this location again. It was night and day from our previous visit. We both got cbr wrap, my bf got fries and i got a side salad. Wraps were packed, fresh, and delicious! His fries were crispy and warm. My salad was crispy, croutons were delicious, and the Caesar dressing was delightful! I forgot to take a picture cause we were so hungry and ate the second we got it home.

Update: 9/6- its been a while since we stopped here. I feel like this place has gone down hill a bit. We got wraps again, I got a side caesar salad and bf got sidewinders. My side salad didn't have any croutons in it like it was supposed to, so that was disappointing. The dressing was very watery but tasted okay. My bfs fries were crispy but it seemed like he got the bottom of the basket, lots of small pieces. I ordered an extra ranch and Sriracha ranch, the host informed me they didnt do the Sriracha ranch anymore, which is fine, couldve just given me another ranch. But instead i didnt get either ranch that i paid extra for. This trip was quite disappointing. There was 4 people in the restaurant so its not like they were busy or rushed. Hoping it was just a fluke? Will update if we go back.

Original review: We always go to the west side location, decided to give this location a try after a hike. It was the perfect day to sit outside. They weren't busy when we got there, our waitress was clearly new but she was doing her best! Two Vintage employees were sitting outside "helping" her but seemed like they were more annoyed and giving her attitude on how to do certain things. I felt bad for her as she was clearly trying!
The food.....It did not disappoint! Wraps were absolutely delicious, I got the ranch wrap with blackened chicken and my bf got it with crispy chicken. Both were seasoned and filled perfectly. The sidewinder fries were fried to perfection. Their ranch (along with all other locations) is probably the best ranch in this area!! I want to say thank you for consistently producing the best food at all your locations!

I placed an order online for pick up at peak dinner time, and not only was it ready and hot, I had asked for two speciality changes (no beans on the nachos and to make the chicken wrap buffalo style) and they didn’t miss either one! Impressed as always!

They seemed a bit understaffed this morning. The host/waiter did not bother to greet us as we entered, he was just serving food.

I started wandering around looking for someone to seat us. There was nobody at the front or at the bar until the initial hoat came back.

I had Chilaquiles. There was NO salsa of any kind on the tortillas. They were damp, but there was nothing there but the eggs, radish, and feta. (Since when is feta cheese Mexican?) Just a mess of flavorless damp tortilla chips.

Some kind of sauce would have been nice. Besides the eggs it was an inedible mess.

My friend had the chorizo and eggs. While he got peppers & onions (separate from the eggs) there was no salsa.

Wow! What a wonderful experience I had recently at the Cross Plains Vintage Brewing! Zach the manager was amazing and attentive and checked in on our table and was super hospitable!

We reserved the Stable Room at Vintage Brewing in Cross Plains for my daughter's bridal shower. It was a lovely celebration.
Michele was a pleasure to work with and made the planning so easy. Everyone was also very accommodating and careful with specific food sensitivities/allergies.
On the day of the event, the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and made it a special day. Jared was our main server during the event. He did an exceptional job. He was very friendly, attentive, accommodating, and helpful.

We hosted a graduation party at the Vintage in Cross Plains. From start to finish, the event was perfect!

Our server went above and beyond and always made sure everyone had drinks and the food was always stocked. He was so friendly and helpful whenever anyone needed something. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy our time with the guests and not have to worry about anything else.

The food was outstanding - beautifully presented and delicious! Throughout the event, the food was always fresh. We had so many people comment how great the food was, especially the California Chicken sliders which are now my daughter's favorite sandwich.

Lyndsay and Halley with Posh & Pin, did a phenomenal job in decorating the space. Ava had provided some inspo pics to them and they transformed the space into everything she wanted and more. Every detail of the space was thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed.

Finally, thank you to Michele who we communicated with from the start until the very end. Without her, this would not have been possible. She answered every question and helped facilitate everything on the backend. She was amazing to work with!

Thank you again to the Vintage! We will definitely think of the Vintage for future events and make sure everyone knows how amazing they are to work with.

I’d like to start by saying we are fans of vintage. Visited all the sites many times. Is was our first visit to Cross Plains location. Food, as always was excellent. However, the service was not up to vintage standards. Our waitress was very nice, but very overwhelmed. She didn’t know the specials at all, didn’t know what NA beers they had and brought the na beer out in a can and placed it on the table. We asked for a chilled glass and she told us they didn’t chill their glasses and did bring a glass out. The patio was lovely and dog friendly. Not sure we will be back at this location

This was our first visit to this location. Jacob was our excellent server, guiding us very knowledgably in our selections of drink and food. The Twisted Fashions were very good. The Tomato Bisque was amazingly good. My companion loved the Blackened Salmon Salad, and I had a modified Smash Burger that I couldn't stop eating until it was gone. We are going back soon, as there are a lot of other items we want to try.

This comes a month or so late. We ordered food and it came out at a decent pace, except for one of our meals. Little weird but it didn’t bother us, as we were catching up having a good time.

The manager came over after a bit longer and deeply apologized. Offering us free appetizers, a comped meal and dessert. He admitted to his mistakes and took full ownership for his staff. Food was outstanding, but the personal experience is what really stuck out. He wanted to make it right. Can’t remember his name, but kuddos.

Im not too impressed. The patio is very nice for outdoor dining. The food is average. Ive been there for the last 3 days in a row. First I went for brunch and out table was only given lunch menus so we missed the eggs/brunch that we came for. We didn't realize eggs were an option until after we ordered and saw everyone else being served egg dishes. While there, they advertised Monday night bingo. The next day I went just for drinks and an app, and it was ok, but they were out of the appetizer we ordered. While we were there they again advertised Monday night bingo. The next day we came in for Monday night bingo and they said they weren't hosting it because they did not feel they had enough customers. False advertising to bring clients in is not cool.

Went here on Mother’s Day and it was a disaster. Extremely slow service and below average food. I ordered a veggie burger and it came out as a black bean patty which the menu did not specify. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had know it was black bean. My daughter didn’t even eat her Rip chicken because it was soggy and bad. All the fried food tasted like fish. We had to get our own ketchup and silverware. And the bathrooms are all gender and disgusting. That is the last thing I want to deal with is men’s pee everywhere. I don’t feel sorry for restaurants anymore that are short staffed and unorganized. We won’t be back.

Sunday evening, was told it was a 20 minute wait. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes before a bartender asked what we wanted. Ordered drinks, 20 minutes passed, ordered cheese curds, not the best curds ever but decent, at 35 minutes asked about our wait time as the app said 0 minutes wait time, was told 10 more minutes, decided to order at the bar, they were out of what we wanted. Came here the day before my bday to treat myself on my way home from work. The bartender was attentive and nice and the food was delicious. Had a Johnny Walker red label old fashioned and a VBC Pretzel. It was SOOOOO good. Definitely what I was craving after a long day.

Service was good.. never asked me if I wanted something to drink, my chili was extremely salty and warm, I asked if I could have it heated up, they told me no, as she understood u cant heat up food after people touched it.... the waitress apologized and said she COULD heat it up later.... but it was half gone at that time.... burgers were pretty good.... would we go back? Probably? Prices were reasonably priced..... 4 adults, a beer and 3 children 115 buc$..... I still gave her a 25 dollar tip...

The star of the blackened salmon salad was the cashews. The salmon was extremely over done and the green goddess dressing had absolutely no flavor. Overall!: very bland. We ordered takeout online at 4:45 pm through their app "Toast" to be ready at 5:30 pm. We received a text at 5:07 that our order was ready. This was too early for our guests arriving at 5:30. My friend and I stopped on Friday night. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and the Cubano Panini - shared them both. They were absolutely delicious!! Hot, flavorful and moist! Our waiter Jacob was awesome - told us all about the menu items and offered things we hadn't thought of - like dessert and some very unique items. They slow-roast their pork for many hours and boy it pays off in flavor and texture. So good.

Town local, want to love this place but not a good start. Website showed $1 single rails which isn’t unheard of in this town if you live here (this initially lured me in) I explained how to correct it in HTML and asked for them to honor one (false adv.) but just got a scoff. Had about 10 flys land on me. I hope my next time back isn’t my last because I frequent Sauk location and was ecstatic of there one coming to my hometown. Flatbread was amazing!
