First time here, beautiful course but it was very backed up. Each hole there was at least 1-2 teams waiting. I waited more then 10 minutes, waited more than I did golf, felt rushed, felt impatient. No warden, not sure what the hold up was but it was like this the whole 9 holes.

Wander Springs has a beautiful course but be prepared to view it from the T box while you are waiting behind a 5 some who are in no hurry and don't know what playing through means. (On a fairly busy Saturday afternoon on Fathers Day weekend) While you wait for these 5 people to hack away, dont expect a drink, as the beverage carts are almost non existent. Saw them 3 times in 18 holes. Sub par as far as I am concerned. Very disappointed again. I waited 3 days before posting this, thinking I would cool off, but still on my mind, sorry.

check in lady was very rude, we paid for four and had six people along with us two were not golfing. She told us we were taking to long and to pick up our balls and go to the next hole.

Played a tournament here this weekend. First time at this course for me. I absolutely loved the layout. There are so many nice touches on this course that other courses in the area don't have. Greens are large and sloped. You really need to think about every shot you play on this course. A green in regulation with the ball in the wrong spot is almost an automatic three putt. Grounds weren't terribly well maintained and the bunkers are garbage. The new ownership is improving this course and it has the potential to be one of Wisconsin's premier golf destinations. Tiny men's bathroom, add a locker room!

Beautiful course and run very well. They get busy on nice weekend days but they pay attention to the course and the players. One time when we were there starting our second 9 holes, a staff member (manager??) stepped out to explain why there was a new team ahead of us. Tee times are appropriately spread out to keep the pace of play going. Prices are extremely reasonable for how nice this course it is. Wish we lived closer!

Great course for the price. Only major complaint is the large groups they let play. Both times had groups of 8+. At points, there were 4 groups stacked on 1 hole waiting for this large group to stop messing around.

Great Wisconsin-style course. The course is in beautiful condition! Nice scenery with interesting holes. Challenging enough to be fun.
They do have a beautiful beer garden nice big bar and spacious dining room but bar service only, no servers. We did try to eat after our round but it took 15 minutes to get a menu only to be told we needed to go back to the bar if we wanted to order. Folks in this part of Wisconsin must be much more patient than we are. Will come back for golf though!

Quaint country golf at its best! Charming clubhouse with golf shop, bar & grill, deck and patio with outdoor bar and the 19th hole building for groups & events. These amenities center a nice practice area including range, putting green and chipping/ sand green, all to set the stage for 3 well manicured 9's, each with a unique feel of their own. Worth the drive from nearby towns and cities.

I came for the fish fry. Fantastic! The service was fast and the drinks were mixed perfectly. The pike was cooked perfectly. The batter was a little salty for my taste, but it didn't drop my rating since everything else was fantastic. The shrimp and cocktail sauce was the best I have ever had at a restaurant.

The fish fry is excellent, even better since they renovated their kitchen and added the screened in patio.
Portions are large, and the drinks are top notch.
The customer service is great and they definitely go out of their way when it comes to accommodating families with young kids as well as those with any extra needs.

Wander is a great golf venue in our area! 3 separate 9 hole courses which all bring different and unique challenges at the same location.
They back up the talk by allowing numerous Highschool teams to call it home and host numerous highschool tournaments throughout the season.
The food is legit, sometimes the daily specials are to die for and it's a good place for a Friday Night Fish Fry.

Great course and good value. This is a very well maintained course. Greens and fairways are in great May condition. Challenging pin placements, lakes, rivers and sand. Love the bellowing of the neighboring cows around milking time. We ate a ribeye sandwich afterward at the bar. All good. Taylor our bartender/server did a great job.

Fun course. Nice clubhouse with good bar. Played the river and spring 9s. The river course was pretty and had some interesting challenges with water crossings. The spring and had some tight fairways. Only a few greens I saw needed some work but overall the course was nice. I didnt get a chance to play the other 9 so a course with 27 holes has a lot going on.

The fountain outside of the clubhouse at Wander Springs is amazing. I visit once a year to bask in its glory and drink its magical waters. The golf is pretty good too. The pro shop has a good selection of used golfing balls to choose from, and the restaurant makes the best cup of coffee you can find for 50 cents.

Well maintained course. Rough was short, and the beer cart came aroun every 3 holes. Mixed drinks under 4 dollars and beers under 3. Played the garden and the springs both where very enjoyable.
