We used the party space for a 1st birthday. The loaded cards were nice for the older kids to be entertained while the adults and kiddos had our own room for chatting, food, and gifts. Pizza was good and four was a good count for four round tables of guests, served assembly line style.
Service to the room was okay but it was nice to have a friend on food duty to be sure the desires were known for when to get more.

Was a great experience! Waitress was very friendly and helpful. The arcade area was kid crazy as it should be, but we didn't really go for that. Food was fine and our 8 people group was accommodated nicely. Games were fun but it was harder to play after 8 pm when we also had to dodge people vacuuming and cleaning games. I understand wanting to leave on time (early, doors were locked behind us when we left at 8:45). If there was a rule about the arcade closing at a specific time before the center closes down we missed it.

They also threw away our leftovers, which was wack. We enjoyed ourselves fine enough but I don't think I'd come back.

We really enjoy going here. The view is beautiful. We like getting the chicken tenders and going to the arcade.

The food is what you might expect for an arcade (or maybe a bit better)—don’t go expecting fine dining. The service is always friendly, but speed of service can be variable (we waited an hour for food one day, and 5 minutes another day), so don’t eat here if you’re in a rush!

Great time as always at WOW. Treated a Grandson to a special birthday outing alone. We went on one of the busiest days of the year and we knew it. Half price Tuesday during Spring Break. The staff met the challenge and was efficient and excellent as always. Birthday boy's choice was Nacho appetizer and pizza entree and both were excellent and affordable. While this place can be fun and my kids love going, the greediness and shadiness of management takes this place way down. Anyone who comes here consistently will notice the jackpots on many games consistently go down over time. But I finally had it this last time. My kids love playing the goldfish bowl game and we noticed the ball just falling straight down in spots. We noticed these people literally took out pegs from inside the machine so the ball cannot fall certain ways lol. That is well beyond scummy. Here are pics. Look at all the empty holes. Purchased the premium package for our party of 10 a week prior to our arrival. A little miscommunication regarding the laser tag but solved quickly by Dakota to be on the next reservation. Requested the cards for the arcade while we waited, and again, another miscommunication and Dakota had to track down our server to find out who had them. Once we were done with laser tag, the adults ordered entrees (4) while waiting for the kids' pizzas to be done, which we were informed would be done shortly after laser tag. Close to an hour later, the adult entrees came (all were cold and one burger very burnt). Our server stated the pizzas were mistakenly given to another table, so she had to replace the order. Eating the cold entrees in front of the hungry children was not an option, but the food was cold already, so we did wait and share the fries with them.. Overall, our sever was very nice and tried to handle the situation the best she could. Dakota at the laser tag desk was very helpful. I would not go with a large group and pay almost $450 again. Very unorganized for bigger groups.

Arcade was fun - plenty of room between games to accommodate large number of occupants but the food was horrible. Our waitress was awesome, I felt terrible for her. We waited over an hour only to be told the item I ordered was no longer available - no big deal it happens - I chose another menu item. Apparently the rest of my family’s food sat while my new choice was made because everyone’s food except mine was ice cold. They gave us a discount but the food was inedible and disgusting. An amazing place with a huge gaming room and private rooms for special events such as birthday parties. The view from the room was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating. I would have given a 5 but an associate at the ticket redemption disk refused to honor a patron who mentioned a malfunction in a machine. Rather than have the machine opened to retrieve the stuck card. The associate refused and the patron left the redemption area sad since the associate would not allow the patron to purchase the item he had his heart set on. Rather sad and I understand the associate may have put his policy interpretation over customer satisfaction which comes from exercising great judgement to meet the customer halfway.

My kids love the arcade. Always a good time. Lunch today was very disappointing. It took a very long time to even have a server greet us. Nearly 20 mins before a drink was delivered. Another 40 before food came out. All food and drinks were ordered at the same time. Our cheese curds came out a minute before the entrees. Most of the food was lukewarm. My food was literally cold. The refire was warm at best. I ordered wings. The server checked on us once after food was delivered and by this point I was just ready to go. Will only be visiting the arcade going forward.

It’s pretty safe bet to order a burger, right? Well tonight we were proven wrong when my boyfriend noticed halfway through his burger that It was completely raw. Without the taste being covered up by eggs bacon and other toppings, he would’ve noticed right away. We did bring it to our waitresses attention and they took the entire burger off the bill. My wife and I went there for our first time and absolutely loved it, had such a great time that we felt like kids again! The hostess, waitstaff, bartenders, and arcade staff were all just wonderful. Terrible experience . Very bad communication from staff. Seemed like no one wanted to be there. Waited almost an hour for our appetizers to arrive. Then another 45 minutes after that for our meals. I could understand if it was a busy night with a lot of people but not even half the seating was being used in the place. Feels overpriced for what you get. $6 for a fruit cup consisting of maybe 10 grapes and a couple pieces of pineapple and cantaloupe kinda ridiculous. Waitress seemed lost most of the night. We went with some friends and their family who drove for an hour to get up here. Very disappointed and will likely not return for a second time.

Ate dinner here and the food was awful. We ordered two orders of chicken wings and the both orders the chicken still had feathers attached. We arrived about 4:30 on a Thursday, were placed promptly at a table with menus and silverware. We left at 4:55 after we received no further service. We were able to observe all the families arriving after us being seated and immediately greeted by waitstaff who were quick and friendly and placed their orders. We were seated in between the other tables, and there was a low volume of restaurant guests at the time we were there. All of these waitstaff walked right past our table to greet the other guests and did not greet nor seem to notice we were there. Out of courtesy, we informed the hosts that we had not received any service and they didn't attempt to offer an apology or ammend the service breach. We had a table of 12 and the waitress that was assigned our table was absolutely horrible. We had to wait 20 minutes before the waitress even stopped by to introduce herself and get round of drinks and then it took an hour for the appetizer to come out and then we had to chase her down three hours later to get the check. Left a bad taste in our mouth with the service. When we talk to the manager, he did nothing to fix anything or take care of the issue. Just blamed the staff instead if taking ownership and fixing the stuff going wrong. Not going back here for a while. Food was ok but so does stale bread if you’re sitting there 2 hours before you get your meal. Let me know when they get a new manager.

Really disappointed in the service here. My first time going with my family and we were all excited. We walked in and went to the host counter and told them directly that we'd like a seat. Nothing. They didn't look up at us and were hunched over playing on their phones. It was EXTREMELY rude and uncomfortable for me and my family. We asked them again, louder this time. Again, nothing. We then asked if we could sit down and one of them just shrugged and mumbled sure, while still looking at their phone. So we sat ourselves down. Ten minutes later, one of them walked over and told us we have to go back up front and get re-seated properly. So we did so, only to be seated right where we were before. This food better be out of this world because I doubt I'll ever be back after this. Never been treated so horribly at a restaurant or any establishment I've been to before. I've worked as a host and as wait staff before and I'd never treat anyone with such disrespect. Wish I could give zero stars.

Went here with my boyfriend. Last night had fun playing game like always. But I was very disappointed with drinks I got two Blackberry margarita got and both of them literally couldn’t taste any alcohol and it was pretty much clear barely any brandy and I’m not even a drinker just got them because it was my birthday. but nachos were pretty good.
