Pretty great place tbh. It's one of the few places nearby that we can go and get a semi-healthy salad/ veggie heavy sandwich or meal. Everything at nearby pubs are all deep fried and so sweet I can't eat it. But waves had options and I really appreciate that. And you can't beat the view.

The portions were good if not a little small for the price but with the economy now a day, I guess that's the norm. The potato dippers were realllyyyy good! All the cocktails were too sweet to order unfortunately.

I think it's funny how many people couldn't get through the gate to the outside seating area and had to be told to go inside first, that's just silly.

Very good food and the best service also. Our bartender was a sweetheart, very fluid in Spanish and made sure our stay was 5 ⭐️. Food, drinks and service A++++++. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you!!!!!

Waves was a great lunch spot on our last day in Green Lake. The delightful staff had us quickly seated on the patio, ensuring we and our pup were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals while enjoying the live music. All this against the serene view of Green Lake immediately south of our table made for a quite lovely lunch experience.

If I could put 100 + stars on this review I would. My family and I are eating here on our first Friday here. My mom and I ordered the 4 piece cod plate. And the cod is nice and warm and krispy and not greasy at all. The tarter sauce is definitely homemade along with the potato salad. The coleslaw taste like my great grandmother's recipe. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

My family and I have had an excellent experience with this restaurant. Visiting the area for a week from out of town for an airshow, we have ordered takeout twice and eaten in once. The first time we called in our order for takeout, the waitress was very kind and helpful when we were making food choices.Each time the food has been excellent and the service courteous.

The Crab Rangoon Pizza wasn't what I was anticipating for the price, but it wasn't bad. The server was attentive and the lake side seating made for a cozy atmosphere.

This restaurant is an absolutely great view of Green Lake, and we enjoyed a perfect evening there last night. Our server was incredible, but I would say our drinks were just OK, and the food a little bit disappointing. I chose the brisket quesadilla and my friend added brisket to her wedge salad. Oddly enough, her wedge salad came in a bowl and it wasn’t a wedge at all. But the brisket was really different, it almost seemed like we were eating smoked ham. I’m not sure if it was supposed to be beef, brisket, but it seemed to have an infused smoke flavor this was just a little too much, And the meat for being in tiny bite-size pieces, chopped up in a quesadilla and a salad were tough and not tender. Perhaps we will give it another try and stay away from the brisket.

Food was just fine. Atmosphere nice. What got us was the cocktails - our table we had ~4 different cocktail orders, and all of them were simply not very good. Like “I can’t have more than two sips of this” not good.

The perfect outdoor atmosphere with an amazing view of the lake, good live music, fire pit, great food and service. Recommend the cheese pizza, burger, cheese curds, and any beer! Lot of green space and a pier to walk around as well as the sun goes down. Even inside they have TVs with sports on so you can catch whatever game is on. Love spending summer nights here!

Their cocktails were great! Highly recommend their dirty martini or old fashioned. Decent selection of craft beers. Pretzel bites with nacho cheese were delicious. Can’t beat the view and the fire pit was perfect when it got chilly at night. They also had live music on the Friday and Saturday I was there.
