What was once a gem in our small community of Weyauwega and a summer staple has drastically disappeared since new ownership. Out of many items regularly , service is terrible and quality of food and ice cream treats is sub par. Too expensive for quality and the limited menu is not kid friendly. This establishment was always packed on any given night and now there’s hardly one car. Inconsistent hours and advertising. As a community we would love the flavor burst ice cream back !!

I was the first vehicle there. Food ordered was made, done and bagged ready to be delivered but just sat inside to get cold. I had to ask for my order when I saw 3 bags sitting on the counter ready for pick up. Not happy at all...

I’ve been here multiple times in the past with family for ice cream and it’s always been great experience! Well, this time I wanted to try the food and it ended up being just okay. The portions for food seemed a little weird and everything in the picture is what I had received. I can’t really recommend the food but, can I recommend trying the ice cream here.

I enjoy coming here couple times every summer. It's a bit out of the way for me but I always enjoy their root beer floats and burgers. Everything here is simple like the good old days. Definitely a place for a tasty treat if you're looking for that.

Food prices don't match menu kid says well that what I have to enter because chicken tenders are not on my screen then why say 5.99 for tenders and then charge me 6.49 I watched two different groups walk away because they said that there to busy can't take orders it will be the last time I stop in again

32 ounce.. Chocolate malt super think and creamy and delicious.. $5.50.. perfect treat for a really hot day and convenient to highway 10. They also have burgers and deep fried foods..a nice shaded picnic table area, and plenty of parking.

It was not closed as of today 5/11/2024. So glad we found it! A couple of fishermen looking for food before going out on the lake. Totally ignored by JD’s cafe.
This place Wega’s is FANTASTIC!!!
The staff were all so kind and welcoming!!! The food was delicious! I would highly recommend Wega’s drive in!!!

Didn't realize the menu changed drastically.
Chicken sandwich was very hard n rubbery.
French fries were good.
Chicken wings were alright.
Black cow was awesome.
Tables were almost all dirty and very sticky. Tons of bees.
Unfortunately all the things we liked are no longer available. We will no longer make the drive.

It's nice to sit at their picnic tables and eat. The burgers are excellent and the ice cream is good. Their shakes and malts are a must try, they have vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and grasshopper.

This place is great. We stopped on a road trip. Super fast, super delicious. The staff are so helpful. My son spilled his milk and they cheerfully cleaned it up and offered him another one. Loved it! Perch sandwiches were the best.

I try to support the small mom & pop's, but not this place. Food was extremely high priced for the low quality of it. The kid at the window seemed not to know much else than how to slam the window in your face if you questioned anything. People were being handed the wrong orders and had to sort out the mess themselves after all the bags were rummaged thru.

We frequent this Drive-in a lot, but Monday was exceptional. We showed up with an “army” and service was fantastic. We were served our food promptly and they were very helpful and attentive with our multiple trips back and extremely understanding even with our children coming up to the window. We finished our meals with ice cream of course and my banana split was the best I’ve ever had, the man making it took pride in that which I loved. It was a heartwarming experience, which is definitely needed in this world.

It's a Gem! Just what you'd expect to find at a Drive in in diner. They kept the old menu and thankfully retained the Olive Burger.
My wife and I ordered the Olive Burger today and were very pleased with the quality, YUM!

I really enjoyed the Cotton Candy and the Orange. I live in a Nursing Home and will go in my power wheelchair for 15-20 minutes just to get the ice cream.

Delicious and hearty fare. The deep-fried Twinkie is decadent but fantastic, the Perch Burger is absolutely great with the tartar sauce, and the Pizza Burger sounds odd but tastes fantastic with their marinara sauce. If you're here, also be sure that you grab some of the homemade root beer before you head out! Be aware that it's cash or check only, but there's also an ATM handy on site as well so that's not an issue.
