New owners have no idea how to run a food chain service is always slow and honestly hostile not to mention repetitive mistakes and lack of willingness to fix the mistake unless in in another town or a new owner takes over probably won’t even eat at Wendy’s in general anymore would recommend going elsewhere

Omg the food was so fresh and really good. I've been sleeping on Wendy's breakfast. The manager and gentleman in the grill were so kind and helpful because I had no idea what to get. She deserves an award for patience and customer service for dealing with me. Overall, the best fast food experience I've had.

Out of all of the fast food restaurants in the Fox cities this particular Wendy’s and Wendy’s in general is our choice for fast food. We usually come by late at night right before they close …The staff is always helpful and in a good mood. They have obviously great management and training. Delish SALADS!!! The kiosk didn't work so we went to the counter and nobody served us. In fact they looked at us and did nothing. Only one girl said she had no numbers to get our order. It would have been much better if the kiosks worked so I wouldn't have been stared at like I'm an alien .

I just had to write a review after eating lunch here with my girls today. While waiting for our food a woman checked in on us to make sure we’ve ordered. Although she called my name to come and get my tray she came out and offered seller service helping get napkins, ketchup and a high chair. The food was hot and good. And the place was pretty clean for being so close to lunch rush! Glad we stopped in today.

the last 2 times we have came here “mia” has forgotten to put lids on our drinks and basically threw the drinks on me and then laughed in my face. TWICE. and then she proceeds to screw our drinks up. absolutely ridiculous. thought this placed upgraded all of their employees? teach them to put a cap on their drinks. you should also mention laughing in a customers face after THEY messed up is rude as well. get different employees.

Been awhile since able to eat here. Frosty is always a win and everything here was fresh and correct. Got 2 for 1 on frosty because of a sweet customer so we paid it forward and made an elderly lady's day. My 5 year Olds idea! Was a great day!

Placed an order online and they accidentally gave me the wrong shakes which is fine! I called and Traci/Tracy/Tracey raised his voice at me saying I can come back and get it or he doesn’t know what he wants from me and attempted to hang up on me! I had to say “wait wait wait” and I asked if he could send me a coupon as I’m at work and I can’t come back, and he said “I just offered you to come back right now, why would I do that???” He said he’ll write my name down and on my time I can come back and get it on my own time. So rude! I could not believe it!

My son has special needs and eats different plain & simple. And he eats a lot of things he likes for a long time. Well he loves Wendy's cheeseburgers plain, meat cheese and bun. They make it with no fuss or complaints, because yes sadly many places complain and it's apparently hard to make without all those extra toppings... They accidentally screwed up all six of our cheeseburgers, which were plain. They had accidentally made all six of them normal. Now usually, you'd hear a lot of barking about this. But she was as cheerful as she could be and I was all around grateful for that experience. I never went inside mind you, so I can't give my official 5 star for everything. But the awesome service through out my drive thru experience. I appreciated them and their wonderful attitudes with smiles too☺️

Everything was amazing and most importantly the service is unheard of anywhere these days! Both of the ladies that were at the counter were amazing. But in particular one server Elizabeth is amazing! 😍😀 She was so nice, it was my daughter's 8th birthday and we had NINE yes 9 people with us and she heard it was my daughter's birthday so she gave us our frosties half off! If I could give no stars as a rating I would. The Wisconsin Avenue evening shift drive-through is absolutely horrible. I’ve gone there three times and it’s the same man who says he’ll take your order and then you wait until you can’t wait anymore and end up driving away. Whoever it is, they’re losing a lot of business with him.

I hate leaving this negative of a review but I feel it needs to be done. Just left Wendy's on Wisconsin Ave. On 10-31-2024 at 10:15pm.
Pulled up to the drive through. Listened to the automated message. Went to place our order and there was dead air. My wife and I smelled the telltale odor of marijuana and by the back door behind the drive through sign are two employees passing a joint, giggling. One was the girl with the headset on just looking at us still passing the joint back and forth and giggling like no one was there.
This business just reopened and I'm sure the knew owner doesn't want the atmosphere to go down this soon. We ended up leaving without ordering as all we got was dead air and a sickening smell.
If you go do so during the day shift.

I just left Wendy’s September 19, 2024 at11 AM And I must say the service is impeccable, beautiful people, very courteous, and the New remodel is quite nice. Wendy’s has out doing their selves, especially since Burger King don’t Have the spicy nuggets with the sauce they have the dry nuggets. Wendy is taking over the chicken nugget game. Wendy’s has always been a hit or miss with food my go to is the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and when it’s made right I love it. But the store just re opened and I got one today and it had to be the worst one I ever had the meat was like rubber and the breading wasn’t crispy at all. Bummer I was really looking forward to it. Also we got what was basically a half order of fries the box was hardly filled, I don’t expect overflowing but I mean it was more empty than anything.

When we pulled up to the drive thru it was questionable as to whether or not the screen worked. After waiting several minutes and not being acknowledged, we decided that the screen must not work, so we pulled up to the window where one typically receives their order.
There were no other cars in the drive through, or parking lot for that matter, so we bypassed the first window (there wasn't an employee there) as we had paid and ordered through the website. When we got to the window we saw several employees going about their business.
After several minutes of being purposefully ignored (my wife was even waving her hands, saying mam, sir) another car must have been able to order at the (apparently not broken ) order screen. After they paid, someone finally came to the window and tried to give us their order.
I told them it wasn't our food and that we had a mobile order. A woman snapped back at me "YOU HAVE TO TELL US YOU HAVE A MOBILE ORDER!" As my wife was trying to tell her we were not being acknowledged, she closed the window on me.
Another employee finally asked us to pull forward and wait. Several minutes later we were brought our food. The order was accurate and the food was good.
We have been to this location a few times in the past, and every time there is a problem. We like Wendy's food, so every now and again, against our better judgement, we order food.
I prefer online ordering but I very much wish I had not ordered online from Wendy's. If I hadn't already paid (I can't imagine the nightmare getting a refund would have been) I would have left after your employees purposely ignored us.
The building is always dark at night, as is the parking lot, which gives off a closed vibe. I seriously believe that the employees would prefer that nobody eat there. I've always felt that I'm an inconvenience every single time I go to this location.
I'm assuming that you typically give someone like me some coupons or free food, but unless you can't provide either of those for a different restaurant, go ahead and keep them as I will never eat at Wendy's again. Why is that location even open?
There were like seven employees in there and the restaurant was not busy at all. Everyone looked confused. Everyone. I don't even know how that's possible, but it's the honest truth. Whomever owns this location should spend some time there, or close it down, because apparently neither they, nor their employees, give a damn.
Then their survey says " be as specific as you want " then limits you to 1200 characters after you're done.

The kitchen floor was layered with fries, hair, dust bunnies...dirt crawling out from under the counters. Disgusting.
The usual frosty - pumpkin spice was dull tasting, not the rich and creamy flavor we have enjoyed in the past.
The Wendy's in Green Bay beats both Appleton locations hands down ! A must try in GB is their chili...very good ! Clean facility too !!! 5 🌟

Great food and fast service! But the dining room was horrible. The floor was so sticky and tables were dirty, and there was no one in the store. It was so hot in their that had to leave because you could not enjoy yourself. ( when it was almost a 100 degrees.)Not a friendly staff and all seemed miserable. The Drive Thru is well recommended. Needs work. To top that ogg, asked for extra onion and pickle. And got no pickles. But had it on the receipt. Seems like they only want a paycheck here.

Turn off mobile orders if you are going to make people use the drive-through due to being short staffed. The entire point of us using the mobile order system is so we don’t have to wait in line when we only have 30 minutes to take our breaks. Sorry but I’m not going to wait 20 minutes in a drive-through line because you don’t want to keep the doors open when barely any people go inside anyways.

Much better that McDs or BK. The bacon chicken sandwich I had was very tasty and breaded just right. I swapped out the fries for a baked potato with the works. Good decision because my sons fries were cold and stale. Eat in area was nice and clean and the booth seat was more comfortable than the wooden chairs. I was too full to get a frosty so I missed out on that. Also I usually get the chili which is strangely one of the best chili’s around.

Took almost 15 minutes for one order, with 2 cars only in the drive thru , people are trying to make side cash off delivery apps and your consistently being slow and ruining it for us

Inside was closed because lack of workers. I saw on the website that they had a veggie burger but they didn't have any. My husband and grandkids liked their food but I was stuck with a baked potato with sour cream.

Sadly the dining room was closed due to short staff but glad they kept the drive thru open. We don't have a Wendy's by us and it's my step dad's favorite place. For being short staffed they still got our food to us in speedy manor and were very polite.

We ordered Door Dash and got a kids chicken nugget meal, plus an extra order of 4 piece nuggets. The extra order of nuggets wasn't included with the order, even though it was on the receipt, so we paid for it. Not happy.

Why does this restaurant always suck? Every time I go. There’s a line around the building and they take forever to take your order. Seems like they work one car at a time. 🤷♂️ saw two different team members leave the building with a line around the building. Seems like terrible management.

I love Wendy's and for the most part everything was good, the service and the food, my only complaint is that the trays they are using are a little wide in the inserts and not deep enough, especially for medium drinks and up. Even my small frosties were tipping. My Dr pepper fell out and spilled onto my dining table. I think the trays just need to be redesigned better for sure. Otherwise thank you

Just no. One bite into my burger and it was cold. Doors were locked to get in because the lobby is closed. Had to bang on the glass to get assistance. The gentleman was polite but reeked of marijuana. They made both orders fresh which was much appreciated however the burgers were still cold. I’m not sure who is the burger person there but they are just not doing something right. I also noticed one of the people working in the kitchen walking around with his cellphone in one of his hands. He wasn’t in any other area but the food prep/kitchen area and was gloveless so I can only imagine what’s going on there. Truthfully, I accepted the new meals but my daughter and I both refused to eat the burgers over fear of getting sick (because again they were cold which was my initial complaint from the first order). I saw the nuggets and fries made so those were fine. I’m sad as this will again be one of those restaurants that I unfortunately will never visit again due to its decline since the pandemic. Used to be a great place before then!

Clean store with regular fare. Entrance is a bit tricky, as well as exit. Use in/out from back on adjacent street which has a traffic signal by the Kwik Trip.
