Absolute crap service. They have someone stationed at the drive through who can’t even understand what you are saying. They got my order completely wrong after waiting at the drive through for over 15 minutes to even pay. Just to get the receipt and it’s completely wrong and she walked away before I even got the chance to say anything. This Wendy’s went to shit. 10/10 would not go.

An employee who I believe was a manager was throwing up/spitting up in a garbage for my husband and I’s visit. Looked like they were going through withdrawals. I am beyond disgusted by our experience and will not be coming back. When we first saw that we just were going to get ice cream through the drive thru but a young man was working very hard in the drive thru all alone and looked super busy/overwhelmed. We ended up getting a drink. Hope they close down.

Been a long time since I had Wendy's. My only complaint is when I ordered i selected curside, when I showed up I checked I was there in the app and was told the food would be out. After 10 mins I had to go inside, waited another 5 minutes before anyone realized I was there.

This is one of the worst Wendys that I’ve been to. We ordered two biggie bags and I wanted to Up charge chili and I said one chili and one fry and what did they give me two chilies so then I ask for a full refund and they give me just a refund for the chili and then listening to the employees in the background saying that we’re using a racist card, which is not true and then they threatened to call the cops on us for nothing I will not be returning to this Wendys at all I do not appreciate being called a racist by your guys’s employees And I will be contacting higher up

Wow. I love Wendy's. This location is going to be on my no go list. Let's start with the fact we waited 13 minutes after I started realizing it was taking forever to even start taking orders... but then the employees were laughing, joking, carrying on and that's when she started undressing... taking off her shirt to show her under shirt, being loud and CURSING AT CUSTOMERS. Not degrading.. but just like she was at home talking with her friends on club night... the gentleman asked her not to curse and she gave a half assed apology, saying she thought he looked cool... with his kid right there...I have issue with swearing... but 0 percent professional. That's when she started wiping her sweat with her work shirt and saying she didn't care because she was supposed to be off so she didn't give a damn...
I'm not coming back of she's here. Horrible employee!

Never had a bad experience at this location before but it's a new store. Had to wait 20 minutes or more in line for one sandwich through drive through. They did not even give me napkins. my order was very slow do not come here if you want fast food. I'm assuming this place has management issues. Poor poor quality control! The food was subpar. French fries should have been in the garbage.Probably two hours before we came. Along with our order was messed up of course. They were nice about that , as you would expect. I wouldn't be interested in going back. A lot of money for a terrible dinner could have sat down in a moosehead stake A lot of money for a terrible dinner could have sat down at a nice restaurant. These fast food places need to wake up the pressures there charging.You could go and be served at a nice place and have a way better dinner.

They let someone who was not door dash take our order. When our dasher arrived at the store he/she was told they already made it too bad so sad basically. Tried to call the store but all the numbers listed are the same and disconnected. I thought maybe with the reopen maybe it got better there. I guess not. Won't be ordering there again.

absolutely horrible service. I ordered food from the drive-through then parked in the lot to eat it at around 11:30 PM when no one was there and it was very quiet. After only five minutes of eating, the lady came out and yelled at me that I have to leave unless I come by some stuff. I showed her that I already bought food and she proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave because I was taking of space in the lot even though the whole lot was open anyway it was completely unnecessary. I will not be going back.

I recently stopped by Wendy’s and had one of the best customer service experiences ever, thanks to Lucha. From the second I walked in, she greeted me with a big, genuine smile and treated me like a VIP. She was fast, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect, even double-checking it with a level of care you don’t often see these days.
Lucha has the kind of energy and professionalism that every business dreams of. She’s not just doing a job — she’s creating a welcoming atmosphere and making customers want to come back. Honestly, people like her are the reason a place earns loyal customers.

Paid on the app and was charged. Upon picking up the order I was told that the payment didn’t go through which was not accurate according to my bank app. I was then told I needed to pay again and that if both charges went through that I would get a refund upon returning. Me not wanting to argue in the moment I went along. The first crew was pleasant.
Day 2 I return for the refund, different crew. Very disorganized and multiple upset people in the lobby with one guy yelling at them as I walked in. I was told to wait for the refund because they were busy but that I would be helped. 10 mins go by and I politely ask if the manager can help me for my refund quickly, I was told no because they were busy and the manager could not leave the window. I decided to then pull through the drive thru and explained the issue and was told I was to handle that in the lobby which I pointed out that I had already tried that, 30 seconds of me showing them the charges and the app receipt and I was told the money would be waiting in the lobby when I pulled around. I guess I should have just used the drive thru to begin with?
Before resorting to having to return, I opted to try a refund through app support, they said I had to return to the store for it. A chargeback on my card would have taken days and was a last resort.
Moral of the story, just go get food somewhere else.

Been waiting almost10 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches. First there were two voices over drive thru. One asked to take my order the other had me wait. Then when I get to windows it took a bit for her to come but I realize there was someone inside getting order. Not a problem but when she came to windows she took my money, proceeded to chat with who I assume was supposed to be cooking. She did not give me my change. When I finally received my food I had to aohsk for my change. When I went to eat my sandwich there was still raw egg and was also all over the side of biscuit. Yolk was not done either. So very disappointing.

Missing parts of my order, including sides and sauces. Tried to call back and the number isn't even a valid number! I'm so upset! I paid over $50 for food I didn't even fully receive! I understand that it’s rude to order food when it’s nearly time to close, but for someone like me who gets done late and has a 50 minute drive home, being turned away or ignored 15-30 minutes before close multiple times makes me wonder why they even say they’re open as late as they are. If you don’t want to stay that late, change the hours to reflect that please. I’ll happily tip workers if they serve me that close to closing time, but I’m not even getting the option to order in the first place.

I was in a hurry and stopped at the drive thru in between leaving the office and heading to a work event. I ordered a single patty bacon cheeseburger, plain, a 6 piece nugget with bbq sauce, and had a coupon for free fries. The total for the two items was $11.90 and I'm still floored over that. Then, to add to it, I was pulling away with my food to eat on the road and there was no bbq sauce in the bag. No big deal, but drove back around. Stopped at the window and said there was no sauce in my bag and asked if I could pull through again. She said yes. As I pull away, the speaker goes off loudly and the employee goes "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! FOR SOME DAMN BARBECUE SAUCE SHE CAN'T COME IN HERE?!" I put the car in reverse, absolutely floored. I told her everyone can hear her and how does she know I don't have a broken leg??!! What if I was disabled?? What if I had kids or a baby in the car?? Let alone the fact that I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU FOR A REASON. I told her she should practice kindness next time and her only response was "maybe. " Absolutely disgusting. I will never in my life go there again, and can see by the other reviews it should have never opened back up.

Went through the drive through and they answered and took our order. Then we sat there and waited, we even asked if they were still there a few times. Nothing. So I went inside. The lady got upset and told me they weren't taking orders through the drive-thru because their system was down. Then went and made a phone call and put a sign up outside.
Meanwhile, inside the store...
Nobody seemed to know what was going on because there were 4 people at the counter waiting for orders and the staff didn't know who was getting what. Mixing orders and staring at each other, confused.
I gave the food "0" stars because I wasn't going to wait any longer, so I left.
Service got "0" stars because I didn't get any service.
Atmosphere got "0" stars because of the attitude.
Overall ONLY got 1 star, because otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to leave a review.
This is very disappointing because I was a manager at this location (years ago) and we were always thriving and receiving awards for drive-thru times.
Hopefully, this gets corrected, or the location will close again.

35 minute wait is unacceptable. I don't even know if it'd take that long if I went to a sit down restaurant. I wouldn't have been as annoyed if they had told me there was a long wait, and hadn't kept telling me it was almost done (it was 15 minutes after they said that it was all done except for the fries).
Staff was also very rude to someone who suggested that if their lobby is closed at 10 then they shouldn't have a sign outside that says it's open til midnight (the person who suggested it was also rude, but I think the employee was rude first). The guy who mopped was very pleasant and apologized

Was not busy, we were however very patient while waiting for cold coffee that was not labeled or accurately made, the potatoes were so hard n cold it was like chewing burnt potato chips, the sandwich had so much of this flavorless white chunky gross flavored sauce the only one of our family that enjoyed any part of this meal was my daughter who got a maple bacon breakfast sandwich, we LOVE Wendy's for lunch, never knew they served breakfast and will NEVER attempt another breakfast there again ... I visited Wendy's today around 10 am and had a disappointing encounter. Two employees, one with a face piercing and wearing a white shirt, and another with heavy makeup, approached my mother and me. They claimed we were holding up the line, but it turned out they had forgotten to give us half our food and drinks The situation escalated when one of the employees became disrespectful. Her colleague, despite her intimidating appearance, attempted to intervene on her behalf. Fortunately, a friendly male employee took his time to assist us and resolve the issue However, things took a turn when I tried to carry my four drinks in a cup carrier. The two employees threatened to call the police, which I found excessive. I felt disrespected and unfairly treated. The experience left a bad taste, and I hope to receive better service in the future.

Despite being reopened, they messed up quite a bit. Ordered from the app to pick up in the drive thru. 2 of the 3 sandwhiches were made incorrectly, all of the chicken was way over cooked and extremely dry, as well as one of the biggie bag items were missing. Not to mention that they tried to have us pay for the order twice. The fries didn't make up for anything and we're unfortunately disappointed.

Wendy's is a strange experience. The food is almost always on point, but the service is hit or miss, which isn't much the fault of the employees there since they are doing the best with what they have, but more a general fast food experience lately across all sorts of restaurants aside from maybe McDonald's for some reason.
We generally have to wait a while at the location we go to, and the food is pretty tasty. The last time we went, however, they missed taking the bacon off of my sandwich, which isn't so bad for me even though I don't eat pork, but I can see it being an issue for folks that are more picky. I ended up giving my wife the extra bacon and it was fine.
So, really, if you can stand the wait time, even with putting in an online order ahead of time, and can stand with a few mistakes here and there, it's not a bad choice. Most of the employees there are really great with great attitudes. And, also, it's a Wendy's. I personally like it, I love the fries, and it's really nice that you can get baked potatoes at a fast food place, and they are generally decent potatoes with the addition of butter, sour cream and salt/pepper. Their chicken sandwiches are generally really good, too. I loved the mozzarella one so much, even though it was probably *really* bad for me, and I'm very sad that it's gone. Not literally sad, but you know what I mean. The ghost pepper one was pretty tasty, at least.
Also, bonus points for having Diet Dr. Pepper!

Hadn't been to a Wendy's in years and this visit was such a disappointment. There was only a door dash driver ahead of us and it took over 5 minutes to order. The drink dispenser was broken, the place was filthy (sticky floors, dirty tables and counters and food prep area was a disaster). Employees were arguing in the back. Waited 45/50 minutes in the drive thru line. (Sunday at noon) TRIED TO GET a #1 no tomato. What was actually in the bag I'm guessing was the new nacho burger. Ugh. I'm sure the heck not going back today and spending another hour waiting to get it replaced. Props tho to the workers that did show up/are working. Just would have liked to get what I ordered.

Went to pick up some food at the drive-thru today. Arrived at 12:15pm. Finally up to the drive through speaker at 12:45 and eventually contacted by staff at 12:50, asking to please wait a bit longer. At 12:55, 40 minutes after arrival, I gave up and went to McDonalds where I waited about 2 minutes for food. It's a shame, because I think Wendy's food is the best, but this place is an absolute staffing disaster.

Food is ok, service is friendly, only visited twice in the last month or so and each time waited 20+min in the drive through when there was only 2-3 cars in front of me and less than a handful in the parking lot. Was there long enough to see multiple employees leave for a break and come back.

Cracked out meth addicts work here apparently. I went to stop and get breakfast and one of the workers coming into work started screaming at us saying go the f away they ain't open even though they were.. great for business i guess.Didn't have anything done yet but they were open there was a car at the window and the lady was taking orders. Trashy very trashy and disgusting how the workers act. They are so desperate for workers they keep rude people working there it is running off business. It's very embarrassing. They also always have the excuse that the frosty machine is down. This location shouldn't even be in business.

If I could give a negative star I would. I’ve given this place 3 chances and each time disappointment and disgust. I ordered a burger and it was maybe 1/4” thick, hard and black. How do you think it’s right to serve that to a customer. Other times food was cold and just nasty. Gross. Gross. Gross.

There were no other customers, so it wasn't busy. Ordered through drive through. Fries were cold, not even remotely warm. Burgers were warm, but tasted old. I would rather wait a few extra minutes to get fresh hot food, then get old cold food. Up the standards!

The guy that helped me was very polite. The automatic soda machine sucks because it spits soda everywhere so the staff has way more cleaning that they should have to do.

Never in my life would I think I would right a good review for Wendy's! I did the $3 breakfast the thinly sliced potato wedges were fresh and crispy. The girl taking my order suggested cheese instead because I don't care for the sauce. She could have just left it plain. Only complaint was the bacon was a little old and dry but overall breakfast for $3??!! You kidding me?? good job Wendy's.

Daves double was excellent as always. Like getting a homemade burger. The ghost pepper chicken was less than good. It wasn't spicy, had very little sauce, and the chicken filled was mealy. Definitely do not recommend.

Unsanitary food handling practices! Pretty sure all the staff is high on the job. Drive through is incredibly slow and the lobby is always closed. Saw an employee hit a vape pen when there was 10+ cars in the drive through. Watch a guy put his bare hands on drink ice and try and serve it to me.
