Usually I don’t have issues ordering from here but today was different. They were hella busy and I understand that but they can’t even get your damn order right. I asked for a plain crispy chicken and I can’t even get that. They gave me a spicy with bacon. Barely finished it. DO BETTER WENDYS. Sticking to the east side from now on. So..... They give a free Frosty to kids who come after their game with their jersey on. My son plays for The Miracle League (a baseball league for special needs kids). He wanted to come get his free Frosty after his game tonight. The employee told us they don't honor or recognize that league and it don't count towards that free frosty! Pretty damn horrible is you ask me. My son was confused, but we all bought frostys anyway. Shame on you WENDYS!!!!!!!!!

The place was freezing to death. Customer service was so-so. The wait for the food took forever. Don't think about going in to eat inside. Is gonna make your food any faster? The guy taking our order was very impatient. We only ordered 3 things. He made us feel like we were a bother and should of picked a different restaurant. While sitting down to eat, the same guy crawled under our table to pick up a napkin my toddler dropped and took away her booster chair at the table because she was sitting on my lap at the time. Wendy’s has the best nuggets in fast food! The chili is underrated and the baked potatoes are a nice change from fries. If your REALLY HUNGRY May I suggest the Biggie Bag but not just 1. A meal from the combo menu is around $13. 2 Biggie Meals can run as low as $10 and you get 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks and 8 nuggets. The best part is to get 2 different kinds of sandwiches and 2 different lemonades and you are filled to the gills. Me & my boys did it at our local Wendy’s and had the person behind the counter cracking up over our order.

Just got home after going through drive-thru.The rest if the order was fine.Its the 2 cheeseburgers.Ice COLD and bottom bun was hard and dry just like the meat.It took too long for our order especially seeing there was only a couple people there. Guarantee they were sitting around for awhile and I got them.I hate cold food when it should be hot when you pick it up!People don't care or they are just stupid!!!!!!!On the application to work there it says "Must be Stupid to be Employed Here".The cashier at the window was very nice though

This Wendy's has always been kinda a problem child. From litteral fights in the kitchen to messed up orders, I've seen it all here. Food has always been as good as Wendy's (which is very).

In recent visits, I've noticed they must have gotten a new crew or something because it's a major turnaround! Food was out quickly, inside looked cleaner, but it always looked dated. On top of that, the person at the window was nice and attentive. Big props to Wendy's for getting it together

Placed a mobile order for pickup and the person didn’t see it pinned on her board or whatever. And proceeded to tell me to join the line and order there. No attempts to say let me see your order confirmation or anything. What is the point of a mobile app for ordering? And why would I order from the register when I already paid in the app? Went through the drive thru around 7:15pm. They completely messed up my order. I ordered the nacho chicken spicy sandwich, queso fries, a large fry, and chocolate frosty. They gave me a normal burger, that was old, baconator fries, and a peppermint frosty. I didn't realize it was a peppermint frosty til I got home and went to eat it. I'm allergic to mint btw, so luckily I caught it before I ate it. Then I realized that my order wasn't even correct. I had to repeat it 3 separate times, and the very last time, whoever was at the window for drive thru, repeated my order to me. I wouldn't recommend going to this location, this happens quite often and I just let it go, cause it usually one thing, but recently, it's been my WHOLE ORDER

There is one woman who works there (I think she is a manager) who is just incredibly rude and never gives us our sauces. One time we asked for extra sauce (we would have paid for it!) and she angrily told us that we already had two in our bag. We got home and sure enough, zero sauces in our bag. It’s just not worth going to this location anymore as long as she works there.
