I tried the drive thru first but it didn't move at all for over 10 minutes so I placed a mobile carryout order instead. I waited a few minutes before going in. I waited an additional 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 medium fries. That's all I needed and I don't understand how or why it took so long. The guy who handed me my order called me "Jess" instead of Jeff and he appeared to be the manager. No napkins, condiments etc in the bag or offered to me. I like Wendy's but I won't be going back to the Beaver Dam location again unfortunately.

The guy who appeared to be in charge was friendly, but he seemed to be the only one who knew anything. However, I was unable to eat my burger (I got my order to go so I could eat in my car while I set my travel route). When I unwrapped it, the meat, tomato, pickles, etc. had slid halfway out of the bun, and there was catsup all over everything, including the wrapper. It looked like the catsup dispenser exploded. I stuffed it back into the bag, as it was too messy to deal with and threw it out when I reached my destination.

Incredibly busy (inside the store and in the drive thru), and they had a small crew. Despite this, food was hot and fresh. Customer service was great. The young man working the counter was polite, friendly, and helpful. Soda machine in lobby was out of many drinks, but he filled our drinks behind the counter quickly. While the store itself neede attention, they staff certainly put customer service at the top of their list.

Almost every time I've gone they have been extremely slow in making food. I'm currently in drive thru and have been waiting for 15 minutes already and only 1 car has moved. This Wendy's location is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at. I ordered #7 from the Breakfast menu. To my surprise, the sandwich looked nearly identical to the picture. I had to tell the cook and cashier my appreciation of their great service, and that they are what's the difference.

I went through the drive through and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a vanilla frosty coffee, I paid recieved my items. The associate who was running drive through gave me ice cream instead of a coffee and I explained to her that I didn't order ice cream she responded with well I didn't hear that the proceed to walk away as I was talking to her. Tried to order via drive thru. I told them after the first item I had alot to order (ordering for 5 ppl). Nothing worse than having them constantly ask "is that all" after item. I am trying to get the orders from passengers in the car while this individual is interrupting. Then before I can add the drink to a combo she rings up a random drink and totals my order when I still had 2 other ppl to order for. I could understand if I held the drive thru up for 5 min or more but we were literally there 3 min. It wouldn't have taken that long if not for the constant interuptions. I drove off. In past my orders have always missed an item or two. Sometimes my chicken would be old and like shoe leather. After this episode, I will not be going back to this Wendys. If any. Tired of giving them various chances and being left telling myself "what was I thinking? I knew better..."

The person who took my order was extremely rude. He misunderstood me and he kept on speaking as I was trying to tell him my order. He just needed to just be quiet so I can order. We only received 3 catchup packets, no napkins and there was barely any bacon on one of my sandwiches. I told him I am just going to start all over with my order and he laughed at me. He proceeded to tell me my total without reading the order back to me. Did not even say “thank you” and did not even say a word at the window.. I think all restaurants need to learn from Chick-fil-A because they are kind and courteous and they actually care about their customers.

Went to this Wendy's a couple times over the summer in 2021. Both times, my girlfriend and I got food poisoning. Thought maybe things may have improved. We were wrong. My burger had no flavor, was very greasy, bun was soggy, and the produce tasted spoil. My girlfriend's was similar except her bun wasn't soggy. This location has had repeated poor tasting food and almost no customers. Would be wise to just close the location.
