The food is okay when it's okay. Which it isn't more than it is. But the real issue is the management. The employees are either young and clueless or older and absolutely dreadful. They look like they are checked out. The Manager, particularly the woman. Is among the most foul and rudest employee I've encountered. She doesn't pay attention ,she's rude, she's loud, she's just ridiculous in all honesty. I had to return to correct a missed drink that I had and she basically tried telling me I was attempting to steal until I showed receipt. It's silly really. Also it looks like I'm trapped in the 90s in every Wendy's I ever go to . The bathroom is unkept, and never had paper towels or soap. Go to the other location. They are much nicer

Absolutely the worst experience at any fast food ever! The bathrooms were disgusting, service was lack luster, no smile, no friendly hello etc. There was literally nobody else there and the place was a mess. The cheese on my sandwich was cold, as was the chicken. Sent it back and asked for it to be melted, the worker even told the "cook", they want it melted. They brought out a new one and we got the exact same thing... cheese not melted. Is this what our future is... where nobody gives a damn?

It's been years since I have been to any Wendy's restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy the food. The fries were a lot better than I imagined. I typically measure all fries vs. McDonald's. The Wendy's fries were lightly crispy outside but a nice soft, pillowy interior fry. The Bacon cheeseburger was good as well.
