This restaurant is very badly ran. Management is extremely rude. The bathrooms are disgusting. I felt dirtier coming out of the restroom than I did going in. Wendy's app charged my card for my order. Get to the location, and they tell me they don't have my order. Instead im told to call the app number. Then I called the app and they told me to call the store. The manager of this location didn't even want to help me resolve this. Now I lost money and have no food.

Not the worst experience, but not great. Lacadasical counter people, soda machine was out of several flavors, no catsup in either dispenser, no server pleasentries. On the plus side, the restaurant was empty at 1:30pm on a Friday, so finding a seat was easy. Perhaps expecting quality is too much to ask.

Stopped here to get my kids some dinner before I went in the house for the night. It was roughly 1030. They’re supposed to close at 11 whoever was working in the driveway was extremely rude and disrespectful does not belong working in full service needs to be fired, retrained or something. RUDE! I came on 3/12/25 around 9:00pm I asked for my food to be fresh and all my food was hard as a rock so I called the store to see if I could get it remade and the manager picked up the phone rude as hell telling me it’s not hard it was fresh and she can’t remake it for me because she not going to be there the next day then she hung up in my face. Y’all definitely need new management if you go have a stank attitude find a new job!!

My son wanted spicy chicken nuggets for lunch between his basketball games. Well, when we pulled in, there was only one car in the whole parking lot (this was at noon on a Saturday, mind you), so I was questioning if they were even open, but a car was pulling away from the drive, and there was a car going to the drive-thru in front of us. The car in front of us sat at the speaker for a few minutes. The employee finally said something that I didn't hear, and then the car drove around. I thought the exchange was too quick, but I pulled up to the speaker and waited, but nothing. My son was getting irritated since we had a limited amount of time, so he said hello, is anyone there? And then finally, someone responded, saying that their "registers were down." I questioned that as we drove off. Now, after reading some of these reviews, I don't believe the registers were actually "down," and even if they were, I'm glad since these reviews are so awful. Sounds like this place should be shut down!

Don't remember the last time I ate at Wendy's so I decided to try since seeing those caramel Frostie commercials. Chose this location on Brown Deer for convenience & the first time last week, I sat in a drive thru of 3 cars for 15mins & only moved once. Finally left, disappointed & frustrated.
Tried the drive thru at this location again yesterday & again, 3 cars in front of me though only waited 10 mins. Was handed the Jr cheeseburger deluxe & caramel frostie I ordered but didn't open the bag til I was home. The frostie was very tastie, but in the bag was some type of chicken sandwich. I did try it & at first couldn't tell if it was chicken or fish, but it ended up being pressed together chicken meat-bits, which is SO disgusting.
My receipt shows they did charge me for the correct order so someone else probably ended up w/my burger.
Two not so great experiences here. Since I haven't been able to try Wendy's burger yet, maybe I'll try a different location & see if they're any better. Maybe...

We were just there and the woman working the drive thru was rude. When we pulled up to pay (we just got iced coffee and a lemonade) made a stink about us scanning the app for just drinks. The coffee was super watered down and didn't have any carmel in it like we asked for. There was barely any ice in it so it wasn't cold. Super disappointed in the customer service.

This place was disgusting!!! I made the mistake of going to use their restroom and it was covered in grime and dirt. A restroom is a reflection of your kitchen, and this restroom was disgusting!!!! The bathroom toilet was filled with I don't know what. But it appeared to have mold on it. The dyson hand dryer was covered in gunk too.

The food made me and my friend sick. It was so bad.

The service was okay, but I think the food made me and my friend sick all day and night.

I placed an online order after 4 attempts it went through. Husband goes to pick up the order has to wait for over 10 minutes for the order. Whatever. He asks where's the lemonade and the girl at the window tells him it's in the bag. He gets home, no lemonade. The 5 sandwiches are dripping grease through the bottom of the bag, and the apple slices are so brown they aren't edible. I try and call the store. No answer. I try to do the feedback form online. It doesn't let you do it without a store number which is supposed on the receipt that we didn't get. Seriously bad all the way around.

Anytime I go the light skin female manager ALWAYS has an attitude. I tried to order she keeps saying they don’t have it. No biggie I found something else to order. This last time I went she told me just go and shoved my food into my hand slammed the window and kept running her mouth. I waved my card looking confused bc I didn’t pay she waved her hand and yelled at me and said JUST GO!!! Now I don’t think I’ll ever go back and I’m convinced something is wrong with the food bc the whole situation is weird. I was scared she was going to choose violence if I asked why so I just left. Not sure if it was free bc it was tampered with or if it was her way of being nice bc they didn’t have anything but her attitude made me feel that wasn’t the case and I don’t want to find out.

Unfortunately this visit was not good. I ordered a cheeseburger, number 1 I think and I wanted it plain. I was in the drive thru. The burger was cold the meat was dry and the bun was also cold and almost stale and besides that it had everything on it, ketchup, pickles, mayo and romaine. When I got back to work I had to throw it away. A wasted $4.95
UPDATE - I HAVE BEEN TO WENDYS A FEW MORE TIMES AND HAD NO ISSUES. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

The cashier needs to find a new job because customer service isn't something she should be doing. The cashier doesn't greet you or say thank you. I'm sorry, am I an inconvenience. The potatoes were luke warm, and the bread on the sandwich was damp. The cashier couldn't smile at the customers but showed every teeth in her mouth for the UPS driver. She left my food at the drive-thru to run to the door to greet the driver. Yes, there were others in the restaurant who could have gotten the door for the driver.

Visited 6/22 at 9:50 am went through the drive thru. The woman who took my order was very rude. I know someone taught you customer service during an orientation. Instead of asking, "Is that it?" Over ave over, how about asking would you like anything else? Or maybe wait for the customer to tell you their order is finished. Also maybe try not to huff and puff as you take the orders. The only reason I'm giving this a 2 is because the food was fresh.

The nicely remodeled restaurant is probably an awesome place to sit and have a meal. Too bad the doors are STILL locked. Wendy's....COVID protocols are done. If there are more than 2 cars in a line, I want to stop in. If not, foot on the gas and on to the next restaurant in the area. I will say that recent quick drive through experiences on short line times have gone well. Young man at window was friendly and engaging so the extra star is for him. If you think you are saving labor dollars by being closed, this is short sighted. You are losing drive by dollars who just skip you. No one wants to feed their family of 5 in the back seat of a sedan.

Horrible late night service time and time again. There is no way it is managed correctly. Has closed 20 minutes early multiple times and hardly gets the order right or taste as if it has sat out for hours

Got the Biggie Bag for $5. Chicken nuggets were tasteless, as was the Jr bacon cheeseburger. The big fancy self serve beverage dispenser produced awful tasting sodas - many customers were complaining about it. The Dining Room has very uncomfortable wooden seats, most of the floor was sticky. The room was so cold that french fries became cold and hard halfway through the meal. Not going back.

They keep the doors locked even in the middle of the day at 1:30pm, so you can't go inside. Drive-thru is the only option and it took 30 minutes. Nuggets were cold and soggy, double stack was okay. Probably stick with the burgers if you want something cooked recently, or better yet don't eat here. Sketch.

We came to them last week since they were the only ones open after a late visit to the ER, and immediately there were red flags. First they tell us the card machine is down and they can only accept exact cash, though we're pretty sure they were just trying to deter customers. No problem, we pulled off, ordered online, and got back in line. Once we pull up they tell us that they've taken down the frosty machine for the night, but they couldn't change my online order, so they made me substitute for a soda even though I paid extra for it. After all of that, they didn't even give us the large drinks we ordered, and when asked they tried to play it off as not having large cups, but again, we still paid extra for that and got nothing. Horrible service, complete scam, the girl in the window had attitude and there was an employee outside smoking a blunt.

There lobby wasn’t open like all rest are. They are slow been waiting in line for 30 min while everyone is standing around doing nothing. My food was cold as hell when you ask for fresh nuggets or fries they wouldn’t put it down for you. Never again come to this one until you get your crew and manager some training

Placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, they said they never received it so I had to place a new order. Funny though, they charged me for the new order I placed AND the original order they supposedly never received. Both orders were charged from the same Wendy's location. Watch your bank account when going to this place.
