So, while I understand 10:30pm isn't your busiest time of day and appreciate you being open at this time, if you're gonna have us pull forward and wait 10 min for our food, at least make sure it's all fresh! Everything was soggy and stale except for 1 small fry.

I dont like leaving reviews. But I went there on a Sunday morning and the customer service was awful. I asked what sides they had and she had to look and didnt tell me, I was confused and the woman just had an awful attitude. Then I paid for my food with a $50.00 bill, and then when I got the reciet and change- she didnt count it out which is usually etiquette, and didnt tell me my change. I look on the reciet- said that I paid with a $20, not a $50 so didnt say the change either. I told the women for future reference dont do that, I need to know the change. She just rolled her eyes and continued. Horrible. I worked in food service, I know its busy. But thats lazy. That is poor service and leaves customers confused and scared of thievery. I was told that is was a worker that worked there for a long time and all I can think is- really?! I understand its fast food but come on. That is just basic people skills.

Ordered 2 large chili's at drive thru. Got them home and the level of the chili in both cups was 1 1/4 to 1 5/16 of an inch from the top of the cup. Called Wendy's in Burlington Wi was told there was a fill to line inside. Looked for the line could not find it. Did find a notch on the seam of cup. Chili level was at least 1/4 of inch below notch. Called complaint # for Wendy's was told to call a different 800 # and that # was closed for the day.

I still think Wendy's has some of the best burgers and fries around. Had a Dave's Double with everything on it, fries and drink. Around $11. They have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, so there's a crazy number of drinks to choose from. Seagrams sugar free orange Ginger Ale anyone?

Employees were polite and the place was spotless. It's also the most spartan fast food place I've ever seen. No decorations, etc. But I came for the food, not the atmosphere.

My daughter loves Wendy's and we go at least once a week. More often when we moved. Always friendly and the food is good. The mushroom burger they have right now is amazing!! I also got the frosty key tag for a free jr frosty and my daughter loves them. Has already paid for itself.

To be totally honest, I haven't ate inside for a couple of years cuz it was dinghy and 😝looking.

Had time to kill so we went inside to eat
** But it was VERY VERY CLEAN**
The food was hot, fresh and fast. Tables were ALL clean and the nicest lady was walking around cleaning everything, counters, tables and chairs, coke machine. I was totally impressed and will definitely be back to eat inside more often.
That older lady that took our order with a smile and than seeing her walking around cleaning everything, making sure the lids, condiments and napkins were in place, really impressed me. ( She could teach our younger generation a thing or two about keeping busy and make things clean) I pray she's recognized for her hard work and dedication.
Bathroom were also clean 👍🏻👍🏻

I was at Wendy's around 4:30 on 9/28 and it was the best service I have got from a wendy's since pre covid. Service lately in the milwaukee area is a waste of 30 minutes just for something simple. This crew knocked it out of the park getting me hot food and fast. Wish they were closer because my local wendy's takes 30+ for a frosty. Might just have a new out of town place to eat.

The service is TERRIBLE. Every time I go here and order anything other than a drink, they legitimately take 10+ minutes when no one else is in line. The employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful; They get angry when you ask for something that you ordered and paid for that they forgot. Very rude staff, they made my sandwich wrong so i went up and told them, the guy running drive thru im assuming was just standing around i said excuse me like 5 times got ignored, then waited at least 5 min before someone there said what was the problem i said my sandwich wasn't made correctly. She then gets someone else im assuming a manager i tell her same thing they had them remake it, while i was waiting the first girl was standing there with the guy from drive-thru and she is whispering about me while pointing and looking me up and down like i was lying, well i don't liked to be talked to behind my back plus don't like being called a lier for one and secondly learn customer service skills, cause you don't have any as most of the staff lacks. I will not be returning. I would give it zero stars but no option for that. Oh and by the way the second burger was undercooked i had a couple bites and threw it away. What a waste of almost 23.00 on 2 meals. I hope someone from Wendy's corporate sees this as they wont even get back to me on this issue.

Complete experience was very nice! From taking my order, friendly & efficient (repeated to make sure order was correct) to the politeness taking my money/giving me my order. And to top it off, I have NEVER received an order that looked as good at the commercial. It may have only been 2 jr bacon cheese burgers but it was made with care & not just all slapped together & packaged. I was so impressed I HAD to write a book for a review. I came through with my girlfriend, and it was busy. I work in fast food, so I get rushes can be stressful. This was one of the worst experiences I had at This location
I felt completely rushed when I was ordering in drive thru. The gentleman taking my order didn’t even put everything on my ticket.
I ordered a combo and didn’t receive fries
I asked for a double hamburger no onions which is a hamburger no cheese right?? Dude told me they didn’t have those and charged me for a cheeseburger no cheese makes no sense McDonald’s does it better.
