We weren't sure where to eat when we came out to this area and had to stop and get our favorite deals. You can't beat the food you get for the price point. Charles was at the window doing a good job telling others what to do and where and how things are to make it run smoother. He was friendly and made our stop better because of it. Don’t get to Wendy’s much, but when we do, we come to this location and always do a big order, including the family size nuggets. Been here a handful of times usually it’s pretty dead and the staff that they have working does not care is rude and has zero people skills… Wish I had gotten his name, but who knows if he even still works there. But this time was totally different. June 30, 2024. The entire staff was on point extremely friendly, extremely helpful. It was around 6pm on a Sunday super busy , I asked for items dropped fresh. They did everything perfect! They brought the order to my car as it was a large order, only thing that was forgotten was a side of buffalo sauce, but not a big deal. The young gentleman working said well you should still get what you paid for , I hope THIS staff never leaves this location. These people are doing their jobs. Fantastic over the top. With how expensive fast food is these days, It’s so nice to get people that actually care about what they’re doing!

After getting off of work I received a text from my girlfriend (who is allegeric to mayo) that she wanted me to swing over and pick up food for her on my way home. Baconator NO MAYO. I go through the drive through after hearing a loud sigh over the speaker saying what do you want ask for a baconator with no mayo and a coke. Didn’t ask for size for burger or drink just said it’s going to take a while we close soon. After getting to window and paying for food received and checked burger it just turning 12:01 noticed mayo and asked if they could remake it. I was told no they can’t because they just closed. Extremely disappointed as someone who works in fast food I understand wanted to leave when closing but also know that if you make a mistake you should fix it. Not the first time we have had issues with drive through not listening to what we are ordering or making it a pleasant experience

The employee who took my family's order was super helpful with suggesting food, was friendly and visibly a hard worker. I witnessed this employee do at least three different things while we are here. The bathrooms were clean, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice! There was some damage in the ceiling I think from it leaking but it seemed like they were mid fixing it. I would definitely recommend eating here. 😋

I grew up being a McDonald's kids, because it was the cheapest and it satisfied the stomach for a couple hours not because of the taste or because or the nutrition. But let me tell you something about Wendy's, go and spend a dollar or 2 more for a meal at a Wendy's chain because I missed out on so much as a kid the flavor was unmatched when it came the the Bourbon Bacon Burger (no longer on the menu sadly) and their fries are probably top 2 in the world depending on your taste. It's worth the money and definitely worth coming back to at every chain I've went to, the employees were well trained and well informed on how to do their jobs and that the customer. It's not the McDonald's that it used to be everything is bland not worth a penny head on down to a Wendy's and I promise you won't regret it.

I don’t know whats going on here, but it seems rough! Door was locked for lobby. When we went through the drive thru, the lady was so monotone it was like she was so unhappy I felt bad for her.
