I am just upset because I got a large coffee delivered and when I picked it up it just collapsed and my whole drink spilt all over my rug and my white carpet…😡😤
Please for the love of coffee would you no get the cheapest carries you can possibly get and get something g that is actually going to be able to handle the drinks you put in them. Please! 🙏🏻

ust got out food delivered.2 Chile baked potatos both both had no chili .one has hair in it .ordered and paid for butter and sour cream.did not get it..my wife's birthday was supposed to get a free frosty didn't get it..why they even around? 2nd time happening with our food we ordered.theres never silverware with it either.get with the program.its pretty obvious they don't care or check the bags..then when you do call there it's "oh you have to contact the delivery company"..so over this location.

Went there at 12:30 doors were all unlocked so we went in then the one guy working there angrily said we needed to leave. Then we nicely asked if we could just order in drive through instead. He said yes so we went through the drive through just for him to refuse to serve us and sit in the back doing nothing. My daughter got the wrong order, and not a word of Sorry, the clerk acted like she was trying to pull one over on her, AND clerk said the Baconater normally has just one patty...it always has two.
The manner in which the clerk spoke to my daughter was disrespectful. The clerk should have apologized and should have known how the sandwiches are made!
I don't normally have time to write reviews, but this transaction was beyond disappointing. It was disrespectful and unacceptable behavior from the clerk, who appeared to be some type of manager.

I have always loved a baked potato with extra cheese and bacon from Wendy's. I will pay the extra for the extra cheese with no issue. The last 3 times I've ordered I have been so frustrated and angry because the extra cheese I was charged and paid for was not included. I was told they put it on the potato...nope, there was less cheese than normal! Then, I was told they put in on the potato again...they did yet didn't give me the bacon. I asked for a side of cheese, which is what I paid for and was told again it was on the potato but I still wanted the side and told them I'd pay for it again but was told they don't do that. Seriously? I know they do...what is the issue? I have Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer and that is the only thing I want to eat some days, I don't eat much at all anymore so when I want a dang potato with extra cheese and pay for it why can't they just give it to me?

I wanted to share my experience in the Drive-Thru last night. It was later. It wasn't a lot of options and my sister and I were looking forward to our asiago chicken sandwiches and Dave single deluxes as we had a long day. We pull up to the drive-thru and it's busy enough with three or four cars ahead of us. We wait patiently for our turn and finally make it to the speaker. We waited between 5 and 7 minutes with no answer, no greeting, no buddy said anything. Nobody asked us to wait. Not one single thing. At this point assumingly the manager in the blue shirt reaches out the window and waves and it was not clear to me if he was waving the car past the window ahead or if they were waving us to pull forward because there was something wrong with their speaker. I assumed the latter but when pulling ahead I noticed the person behind us was talking to someone at the speaker. I went oh, well that bites. I guess we can order at the window And pull ahead and wait for our order. We got to the window and the young man with the curly red hair looked frazzled. I tried to get his attention by waving three separate times and if she did see me he did not acknowledge. He eventually did come to the window and I explained that nobody said anything to us through the speaker so we pulled ahead and we would like to order. He told me I could exit the line and pull back around. I again told him what it happened and he said well I told you to wait and this this is a drive-thru in an incredibly condescending way,shut the window And went back to getting things for the other customers behind us. I have worked at a few fast food places when I was younger and we always strive to accommodate the customer especially when mistakes on both ends happen. I was quite taken aback by by the way, he handled himself even when I had acknowledged that I see that they're rather busy and likely short-staffed because again I understand. A few minutes later. The manager in blue came up to the window and I explained to him the whole situation and how we had intended on ordering a fairly decent amount and how the red-haired employee with no name tag came to the window and spoke to us and that I was no longer comfortable ordering and he gave a half-hearted apology. We left still hungry and with a bad taste in our mouth to boot. No desire to help the customer, get another sale or retain us as potential customers. I'm incredibly disappointed in the whole situation and there needs to be some retraining for the staff and some acknowledgement of customer service.

We had gotten the Son of Baconator a few days ago. DELISH!
Go there again 2 days later. Asked for 6 burgers, 4 with ONLY KETCHUP. SHOULD be easy enough. Take the burgers and go home (5ish miles one way). Get home. They made EVERY ONE WRONG! OK, take them back. Same kid listens, goes back to make new ones. Take them out to the SUV. Check them. They made them ALL WRONG AGAIN! Went right back in (was still in the parking lot). Go back in. Tell the kid they are made wrong AGAIN. HE starts arguing with me that HE (he has bushy curly hair, and NO HAIR NET OR HAT) just made them, and they ONLY have ketchup on. I'm telling him, NO, THEY HAVE EVERYTHING on them. He's continuing to argue that HE just made them with only ketchup. I'm NOT backing down (this is so not me). He tells me, I already remade them, you're not getting any more (we have NOT kept ANY of the ones made wrong. Then he says I bought more from somewhere. WHERE?!?!? It's the ONLY Wendy's in EC! So yes, I'm yelling that. I yelled, where did I get them?!?! He didn't know. Still wasn't gonna give me the correct burgers. I told him to just give me my money back. He yells that I'm not getting anything. I keep standing there. Yelling bring a manager. FINALLY the manager comes over. He was actually standing there, watching and listening to ALL of this. He's very nice, gets this taken care of. Asks if I want fries or something else. I tell him, that's not why I came back. We had delish ones the other day, and just wanted more. I apologize to HIM, telling him I'm not that way usually, just want what was ordered. Then he says it probably the rain that irritated me. Wrong thing to say. I told him no, I like the rain. It's because they screwed up the order, TWICE, & 20 miles when said & done. This was aside from them being ungodly slow. At least at the counter. The drive thru seemed to be going fast(er). There was a gentleman ahead of me when I went back in the second time. They never came to wait on him. After waiting, and waiting, he was there for my whole ordeal, he said he was leaving, that they weren't gonna get his money. And, he left.
** UPDATE
So we try to give them the benefit of doubt, and try 1 more time. I order the same burgers, same way. Guess what.... MADE WRONG. I go back in. They recognized me. You could see that they were talking about me. No biggie. This time a female manager comes over. Had a bit of an attitude at first, but we talked nice. So apparently, if you ONLY want certain items on your food, you have to specifically say what you DON'T want on it. I've never heard of something so stupid. It said ONLY KETCHUP on the receipt every time, too. Also, don't they have to wear hairnets or at least a cap? The two that waited on me or actually made the food, had long, curly hair. Nothing on the hair.

Glad to see reviews are showing through. Same problems I've always had with them. I stopped going to them personally but I have not had a single doordash order correct from them and I 100% of the time get a phone call saying their food order was messed up some how. Staff and management are beyond rude, I took my personal issue with them being rude to me in front of my 10 year old son. Very nasty language used and looks like management has never addressed the issues. This will be the next wendys shut down. How sad. Good food, trash employees and management

Super impressed with the management at this location. I can't tell you how many places I go, staff ignore customers and have side conversations when they should be working. I approached the counter to return some BBQ packets and the manager immediately had her staff stop chatting and pay attention to me. This never happens anymore, so I truly appreciate when it does! One of the worst Wendys experiences I have ever had. The soda machine didnt even have ice and put out room tempature coke and was dirty looking. I doubt I will ever revisit this location. The food was edible but not great. They didnt even finish melting the cheese on my bacanotor fries. Very disappaointed in the overall experience. The chippewa falls location never had those problems. I really wish they wouldnt have shut it down.

Ok So…I’m super confused. Was there about 6pm (ish). Drive thru. I ordered, pulled up and the guy handed me my large soda and first thing I notice is that it wasn’t cold. There wasn’t any ice and it felt warm? I asked the drive thru guy why it was warm and he said the ice machine was broken….
What I’m confused about is why that manager or lead didn’t go to the gas station for ice to fill it to keep it cold until it is fixed. They just allowed that to happen. Never in my life have I been served WARM soda. Stunned.

Good food, mediocre service. The dining room is almost always a mess. The floor around the condiment station is always sticky and the station itself is a disaster more times than it's not. Overall I'd recommend using drive thru, as you'll likely be disappointed with the inside cleanliness. Both ice machines were broken the two times I've been there in the past 3 months.

I ordered a almost $7 baconator sandwich and it came with two 2 inch pieces of bacon and couldn't tell you the sauce since the bun and everything was overflowing with it. Picking up the sandwich made me want to drive back through and throw my sauce at everyone there.

The lady on the speaker was very rude she had darker hair looked older and was a bigger. She did not turn her microphone off while talking to another customer and when I responded because I thought she was talking to me she yelled at me for talking back. Ordered food on the app, showed up in the drive thru 15min later to wait another 5 min before walking inside and asking if they were working on my order. 20 mins after ordering my food and it’s not ready is a joke. Instead of making the order so I could go, the employees argued with me and made excuses as to why my order wasn’t ready. Less than a min to make my order and it wasn’t ready, I wasn’t able to get my food because I didn’t expect to have to wait for an order I ordered ahead of time. Left without my food place and people that work there are an absolute joke.

The few times I have come to this restaurant have been an issue. A few times, they "closed" several hrs before the hrs of operation. Sometimes, the employees are all outside smoking. My last order was just the last straw. I ordered a baconator & it had no bacon. The burger was dry, & the fries were old, stale, & tepid. Since this is the only Wendy's around, just don't bother. At least with McDonald's, you have a better than zero chance to get a decent meal. I don't want a refund or coupons, just take the warning & don't waste your money here.

Second time I was there the staff is only focused on the drive thru 4 people were being ignored the attitude of the worker was I don't want to be bothered. The ice machine was not working which they knew but they still gave you the cup and let you find out for yourself that it wasn't working then the worker admitted that they knew that but they had a ice machine for the drive thru customers but never offered to fill your cup this happened to 4 other people just after me wouldn't you think they would remember that the ice Maker still wouldn't work for them come on please hire competent people and maintain your equipment

We got into the drive through at 12:40am and the people talking to us were extremely rude just “what do you want” and no “hi welcome to Wendy’s what can I get for you today” that is so charming with other restaurants. I ordered two single baconators and I wanted banconator fries but they said they weren’t doing them tonight. We also wanted to try there Cinnabon thing but they were not doing them as well. I then order fries with a side of ghost pepper ranch, I never got the ranch(I payed for it) when I got to the window they were extremely rude there was again no greeting just stood there I then pulled forward, we were the only people there and it took about 15 min for our food it was cold when we got it.

went here four days ago on our way to chicago. the lady serving us was SO SICK, that instead of serving us- she had to lean against a sink and blow her nose- she barely looked like she could stand straight. then she served us WITHOUT washing her hands, now we are sick on vacation with whatever she gave us. very disappointed, very dissatisfied. what kind of place would allow this?? the management should be extremely ashamed to make this poor woman work while shes this sickly. a danger to the public.

The Wendy's located on Clairmont Ave was a chill spot to dine in all the employees were polite and respectful and efficiently made the food and the manager Nicole is great 🥳 I really do enjoy soaking up her awesomeness when I go to Wendy's at night

There were several employees working the various stations but the food was not all fresh, and they weren't busy. The fries were old and cold. The sandwiches haphazardly thrown together. EVERYTHING was sticky. Ridiculously sticky. Your shoes stuck to the floor when you walked. The counter where you ordered was sticky. The drink station was a mess, and you guessed it, sticky. The bathrooms needed cleaned. Took our food to go on a long road trip so sadly could not ask for fresh fries. 😕

Manager Becky messed up our order, not once but twice. Said we would have to re-ring the order for a 3rd time. Very rude and hostile, said that's what we ordered, after confroning her ,repeatedly telling her what we actually ordered a chicken BLT but there is no bacon, and messing up multiple times. Left my wallet in the car so she refused to help even tho it was her fault. Would not be surprised if this happened all the time, seemed like a common thing. Will never come back to this location.

This restaurant used to be my favorite place. Sadly, the past six times I've ordered, the Jr Cheeseburgers were so cold the cheese wasn't melted. The fries tasted over salted and were brown and old. The frosty was still delicious though. I hope management can take note that their food is being served too rapidly and not being cooked fully. I'll wait a few months being giving this place a try again.

Drive thru for breakfast. Order 4 sausage gravy biscuits and got 4 gravy biscuits without sausage. Came back around, told him I didn't get no sausage and he gave me 1 sausage patty for the 4 I ordered. C'mon now!!!

I have not been to a Wendy’s in quite a while but I remembered the chicken sandwiches as being my favorite. Since we were traveling and needed to stop, we chose Wendy’s. Inside was fairly slow and no one was in front of us. Or behind us. I stood at the counter waiting to be served. The drive through was busy but there was not a cashier/server for the inside counter. After a couple minutes, Vincent appeared, approached the register and just stared at us. No greeting. No “can I take your order”. Nothing. So we ordered nuggets and a chicken sandwich. For some reason, the sandwich took so long to cook that the manager included cookies with our order. I thought that was very nice and appreciated. We ordered for dining in but the food came for carry out. Okay, not a problem. My bride’s nuggets were good but my sandwich was missing something. Like the chicken. It was sooo thin, it literally was no thicker than a two stacked nickels. It was pathetic. Will I return to Wendy’s. Not likely. Culver’s is so much better.

Wendy’s has always been a favorite of myself and husband as far as fast food. We were sadly disappointed this evening with our meal and the state that the overall restaurant was in. It was empty when we got there and very dirty we had to rewash our table to use it. The door which was glass looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time and the floor could have used some cleaning. I understand if busy this can not be helped but as I said we were the only people in the place.
While eating our meal we noticed an employee fixing her hair into a bun directly in front of the chili pot that did not have a lid on it. We also had to request hot French fries due to the ones we were served were cold.
Again very disappointing.
