The chicken sandwich was different than before; smaller, different bun, didn't taste the same, probably different meat. The salad was good, but smaller than previously. The fries and regular/classic chocolate frosties were great! My kids tried the newer and more expensive frosty flavors and they were not very good.

This location is hit or miss.

Today, 07/29/25, around 6:30pm, I picked up a Dave's Double. My beef patties were very pink. I personally don't mind, however, I have worked in fast food and food service, and there are standards to be met. Either the griddle isn't hot enough, the timers are short, or someone pulled the patties too soon. Again, I don't mind, but this could make someone extremely sick.

Besides that, the fries are rarely hot, and even when they are, they taste like the oil desperately needs to be changed.

Service has definitely improved in the last three years. This location used to have awfully rude employees, but I haven't had an incident anytime recently.

It's a drive through. Sometimes they can't hear you at the window and get rhe order wrong, so pay attention of that's important to you. I don't really mind much. The food is better than most drive through places, for sure.

yet another drive through order messed up. Completely missed two items, a chili and an order of CN's. Pretty irritating when you are picking up food for someone. This keeps happening time and time again. Like close to 70% of the time a main food item is missed. Eating there was an expensive option for fast food before but when they miss a good percentage of what you ordered then its not worth going back anymore. Works out great for them and can't convince me that it's not the reason they don't give you your receipt anymore.

I stopped there after an appointment and the team was just laughing away when taking my money. Apparently having too much fun to give me the right food. By the time I noticed I was too far away to turn around to get the correct food. I'm not saying not to have fun at your job but at least make sure you get people the right stuff.

I ordered the Krabby Patty meal. It was actually very good, at a reasonable price.

However, in addition to taking a very long time to get my food, I got the vibe that everyone in the place is very unhappy to be working there, more than standard displeasure at having to go to work in general. What is upper management at this store doing to their workers? I would think twice before giving this franchise holder my money, because morale is poor, and it doesn't get this bad all by itself!

I also get the vibe that they don't adequately train their cashiers to handle long dining room lines. I understand that they have to learn somewhere, but I recommend doing it at less crowded times so the line doesn't pile up.

Stopped in for the first time Tuesday. Man in back upset banging and dropping pans. The floor was sticky and dirty.
Placed order 3 biggie bags. The burgers were not warm, slathered with mayo. Waited 10 min for the chicken nuggets! Done eating when they came. They were not busy. The fries tasted reheated. On the way out my sons used the bathroom. They said it was dirty and didn't use the facilities. Disappointed won't be going back. Needs a deep clean!

Got the bacon egg and swiss croissant.
The fact that kraft singles weren't cheap enough and they needed to revert to whatever processed unknown goop this is... really shows the sad state of fast food these days.
I can get a better breakfast sandwich pretty much anywhere else near by.
I feel nauseous and didn't even finish it.
At least now I know not to get Wendy's breakfast ever again.

Terrible Wendy's, any tiem I've gone either the food is wrong or bad or the service is beyond horrible. Never have anything in stock, always a bad attitude, sold me a sour cream and chives potato without sour cream because "we don't have any so yeah thanks goodnight". Just garbage all around. The drive thru took 15 minutes from ordering to being handed our food, even though there were only two cars in front of us. When they opened the window the smell of weed was overwhelming. The guy at the window was very obviously high and it sounded like the other workers inside were as well. When we got the food home my salad container was half empty, they skimped on the fries, and the chili, fries, and baked potato were all cold. This place is awful.

I place a delivery order yesterday around 9pm when my food arrived it was so cold taste like grease. I ordered a double stack meal which came with nuggles, fries, and drink. The drink peach and mango hardly no ice in there and it was so sweet and strong. Also I didn't receive no condiments with it. Then I order a apple pecan salad the apples look rotten so was the lettuce. I was furious. Wendy's don't taste like they use to be my childhood is gone.

I was not acknowledge standing at the inside counter, and the management on duty seemed annoyed bcuz of the attitude he gave me when I asked for a copy of my receipt.

The food order was wrong, I ordered a bacon double, 4 piece, fries and a drink for $5.99, the bacon was missing from my sandwich and the sandwich was cold.

I guess I won't be going there to spend my money any time soon.

Food Delivery Partners would be wise to reject orders for this Wendy's location. I waited 15-20 minutes in the restaurant until the employees began putting the order together and that was after I showed the order to the employee at the counter. There was one other customer in the lobby and I would estimate 5 cars in the drive through line. All of the cars in the drive through were taken care of before they began putting my order together. Fast food just isn't fast anymore... something that is especially true at this location.

I won't be back here and I sincerely hope the franchise owner sees this review and considers what, if anything, can be done to improve in the future. You owe it to your customers.
