So I thought this location was open later but turns out they close at midnight. I got off work late and had to grab my daughter and I a last minute dinner. I felt bad about showing up 15 minutes before close but that feeling a quickly went away. I asked for a classic asiago chicken sandwich and got spicy. I asked for no ice in the drinks and got ice in the drinks. I asked for extra ranch on my sandwich but got a dry sandwich. I understand I showed up kind of late, but that's not excuse to get the order wrong. Especially because I was the only car there. If she was confused about what we ordered, then she should have asked instead of just giving us whatever she wanted. It's clear she didn't listen to the order at all. Very disapponting

i don’t typically leave reviews for fast food, and I hadn’t had Wendy’s in over 4 years after a bad experience with food poisoning. I said I’d never have it again. But with nothing else open late at night, I decided to give Wendy’s another shot.the food was good, and the service was great. Joanne is doing an excellent job as manager, and Eliana and Bryan are a fantastic team. Definitely one of the best Wendy’s locations I’ve been to.

I am quite disappointed with my experience today. I placed an order through Uber, and while my driver delivered one of the many missing items, I had to send a co-worker to retrieve the remaining food. To my astonishment, he encountered the manager, who claimed that we had not ordered the rest of the items. This was particularly frustrating, as I had just spoken with the manager, who assured me that everything would be prepared. Not only was the service rude, but the order was still incomplete.

I went inside because their drive-thru is one of the slowest. They couldn't ring up my order because of a glitch on the sales terminal. Instead of using a different terminal, they re-booted it THREE TIMES! Finally after nearly fifteen minutes they decided to use a different terminal, then handed me my cold old food. Did a drive through pick up. The food was probably the freshest I’ve had from a fast food place in a while(breakfast time). It wasn’t overcooked bacon on my sandwich or cold fries. I was happy as heck! As for the customer service? The lady at the window was sweet as pie and gave me a variety of condiments without me having to ask. I don’t know why I haven’t tried jelly on my breakfast sandwiches before but I’m hooked. Good food and kind worker.

I come here often and it's usually a great experience. One thing and the only thing that bothers me is every time I get my three small children out of the car to take them inside for a fun sit down dinner the doors are locked. Man, I mean typically I love coming to this wendy’s after work, but unfortunately not anymore.. I came here after work one day, and I was in the drive through line, it was 1030 at night and they close at 11, the car infront of me ordered just fine, but when it was my turn up, over the radio thing, I got an automatic message saying that they were closed, while they still had 30 minutes before they actually closed.. The food was great as per usual, but I think they were short staffed and maybe underfunded. The drink machine only had 3-4 choices out of a possible 25? No Diet or Sugar free options available. I ordered a Bourbon Burger with extra sauce on the side. I actually received a Dave's Single with Bourbon sauce on the side. The folks from the drive-through started coming inside to attempt to get the correct meal as well. Again, nothing against the food here, just the management. I definitely felt the on-site manager was doing her level best to keep a cool head, but I could tell she was stressed about what was happening. I hope to visit again when I'm in the area and update this review.

If I wanted a microwaved burger, I'd just get some microwaveable burgers from the grocery! And if I wanted a microwaved, last night's potato, I'd just pick up some potatoes and microwave one myself!
I think maybe you should hang a few signs in your prep areas that say: "would you eat this?, would you serve it to your family?" If the answer is "no" then just close the doors! You are not prepared to serve your customers the same food you've advertised since the beginning!
I will have to remind myself, to have some burgers and potatoes on hand so I won't order from Wendy's!
As far as the delivery, received it timely and the driver was very polite and friendly! Thus the 2 stars.

I asked for no onions to be placed on the pretzel pub burger. I was told there were no onions on that sandwich. I questioned again and was assured no onions came on that burger.
