Inside is dirty. Sticky nasty floor. I got a salad that had moldy cheese. I threw up as soon as I saw it. Disgusting. Im so mad I spent 9 dollars on a moldy salad I couldn't even eat.

Ordered delivery which was delivered on time and food was warm, but that’s about all that was good. Nuggets were hard, fries lacked any salt or additional flavor, and the drink i got requires either a spoon or a straw and i got neither. Drink itself was also not great.

I've been enjoying Wendy's frosty's for decades. The restaurant staff was super polite and accommodating to my order. Definitely a well managed location. Moreland Blvd, Waukesha Wisconsin 53186.

I wouldn't call this a fast food place. From the tine we entered the line to the time we received our order was at least 25 minutes. Then to top it off they gave me regular chicken nuggets instead of spicy chicken nuggets. I get that they cook order once they get them at the speaker but this was ridiculous. Whats worse is staff regularly don't park orders which will take an extended period of time (>3-5 minutes) to fill.
If we had gone to a traditional sit down restaurant with table service we likely would have gotten our order faster.

Don't eat here. We should've used the drive thru so we didn't have to witness how dirty it was inside. The service was slower than slow. The employees were slow and poorly trained. The food was edible. We got food that wasn't on the order and didn't get food that was. The owner should be ashamed and humiliated to have this restaurant associated with their name.

Went in with my wife and daughter to get some food. First attempted to order at the kiosk which didn't work because we kept getting an error. Decided to try and order at the front counter but that didn't work either since no employees working acknowledged that we were even there. I stood at the counter for a while waiting to order as employees kept coming to the area but never saying a word to us. I got tired of waiting so we just left.

I ordered a 4-piece spicy and a 6-piece regular. While the employee who took my order appeared to understand it correctly, I received all spicy pieces instead. The only staff member who demonstrated competence and provided assistance was a gentleman named Andrew; however, he was not the one who handed out our order. The worker who was working the drive thru, a plus size African American with glasses was very rude and had no class whatsoever,she most likely will be working there for her entire life with that attitude .They served me a few uncooked fries with my meal. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes with only about 5 people ahead. Multiple problems with other customers orders ahead of us in line. Bathrooms dirty, overall condition of restaurant lobby was disgusting with lids laying all over counter, napkins out of stock. 2 out of the 3 employees working behind counter had seemingly no work ethic, not trying to hurry up to send orders out to please customers that have been waiting for over 20 minutes and restaurant wasn't really busy at this time. Multiple people asking for refunds for having to wait over 20 minutes to receive their order. I waited over 30 minutes for my order of two Jr Bacon Cheeseburger biggie bags. Was going up to counter to ask for refund when food finally came out. Left restaurant to eat in vehicle after being extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with customer service. Removed items from bag, and one burger was falling out of the wrapper, because it was not wrapped correctly. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger had two microscopic strips of bacon on burger. Small fry containers barely half full and lukewarm. Half of chicken nuggets small and deformed. While eating in vehicle, saw multiple more customers walk out of restaurant visibly frustrated and upset. This location needs a lot of help, cleaning up, and training. I do not see myself going to this Wendy's anytime soon after this experience. Have never had this bad of an experience at a fast food restaurant.

Slowest Wendy's I have been too. Definitely not fast food. The tables weren't clean, needs some repairs. Food was average. For taking so long I would think food would be hot and fresh. That was not the case, bun seemed like it just came out of the freezer, burger was cold cheese not melted. Fries were barely warm and soggy.

This was today at 3:30pm. My daughter and I decided to stop for a frosty and fries because we were early for an appointment in the area. When I got my order, the woman in the window screamed over me to another employee who was coming back into the building then she slammed the window before I could ask for spoons for the Frosties. I waited a couple of minutes hoping she would realize I hadn't pulled away, but she never came back so I parked and went in. At the counter, I could see an employee leaning over on a counter around the corner, but he didn't move when I cleared my throat. So two times I said "Excuse me?" yet I was still ignored. Finally, I said "Hello? Is anyone back there?" so the employee slowly stood up and asked what I wanted. I asked for two spoons and couldn't hide the disgust from my face at being blatently ignored, so when I turned to walk away, the employee started to yell after me and curse at me!!! I said nothing to him to provoke this. Such a disgrace for you to have an employee like that, including the woman I. The window who was more concerned with talking to her coworker than ensuring her customer had everything she needed. I will NEVER return to that location.

It was 8pm when there was one other vehicle in the drive-thru. I waited for over 5 minutes before anyone said anything over the drive-thru speaker and the only thing they said was that they were only taking cash. Not a "we'll be right with you" or a "sorry for the wait".

I went inside for service. As I waited for service, a worker from the kitchen area looked at me several times but never spoke to me. Nor did he alert anyone that there was a customer up front. After about 3-4 minutes I eventually tried the self-service options at which someone from the back came forward and offered to help. I appreciated this because I had questions on the menu items. He was very nice and polite. My food was prepared rather quickly and everything was hot, which was great. I tried the new garlic parm nuggets, and they were very good.

They need more employees. The computer kiosk ordering machine makes the whole process slow and confusing. I watched 4 people ask for the manager to fix their orders after using the machine. Honestly, the employees were nice 👌 they just needed more.

Shady, gas lit, and appalled:
After making a mobile order, I had ordered a Krabby Patty meal. I had noticed the sign that had said that availability for the product may be in limited supply, which was fine if it was not available.
After receiving my order, I had received the wrong sandwhich, was a bacon chicken sandwhich. After going back to the store to have the order corrected, the manager points out on the digital receipt that it says that I have ordered the chicken sandwhich and that it explicitly says it on the digital receipt, which to my surprise, it was there.
Firstly, if I am not able to have my order fulfilled, I should be notified that my order will be changed to accommodate my order. Neither the app nor the cashier has stated that my order has been changed. If I had ordered an item and have been swapped with a different item, this is bait and switch. Highly immoral and also illegal.
Secondly, although the manager was cordial, I did not appreciate that he had tried to gas light me into believing I had made that incorrect order and proceeded to tell me to look at the digital receipt. It is hard to believe that I had made an incorrect order for the Krabby Patty meal as my bag had fries, frosty (which I was substituted with a drink after I had to notify the cashier I was incorrectly given a drink instead of the pineapple frosty) and a 4 piece chicken nuggets, which comes with the Krabby Patty Meal. I know I did not accidentally order the fries, drink, sandwhich and 4 piece chicken nuggets manually on my app, so the manager had explicitly lied and tried to gas light me into believing I had incorrectly ordered my order.
Thirdly, although not applicable to me, but maybe to other patrons of particular religious beliefs, I am even more appalled at this Wendy’s because I have not been asked for any accommodations to my order. If I were in the shoes of certain religious beliefs were eating pork is forbidden, and was given a sandwhich that had included pork without my knowledge as well as the manager telling me I had accidentally ordered a chicken-bacon sandwhich, I would, and am, be appalled.
I would like to reiterate that I am understanding when there are no availability to certain items and okay with there being mistakes and being apologized for, but I am not okay with being lied to, gas lit, and being dealt with illegal and immoral practices. I will never be eating at this location, and so should other patrons.

Just went through the drive through. The guy working the window-heavier set guy-was VERY unprofessional. Cussing up a storm, talking about the customers coming through, saying that it’s non stop people. But saying it all in a way that was demeaning to the people coming through the establishment. I was going to call and complain about him when I got home but noticed he didn’t even give us our receipt. My husband was the one driving and I thought he had it since he paid but nope. I am truly annoyed about this experience here. I understand being frustrated, exhausted and such from working in fast food but to have that all on display ESPECIALLY in front of customers is a HUGE NO in my eyes.

Update: 25 days later and another attempt to reach out with no response. We have reached out to our credit card company and issued a charge back for the money Wendy's has taken from us.
My husband and I ordered through the app on July 1st for pick up in the drive thru because we both had covid. When we got to the menu board we were informed we could only get our order inside. (App even let me chose drive thru) I informed the employee we had covid and asked if we could just get the good through the drive thru. The employee informed us that it was story policy we had to come in so asked the employee how I could cancel the order. He then shut his headset off and did not respond to me saying hello a few times. We ended up driving away. When I went on the app to cancel it showed they had processed the order. I tried calling corporate the next day and was informed this is not a policy of wendys. They told me they'd have their district manager contact me and refund me within 48 hours. It's now been a week and I haven't heard anything and I would really like my $22.97 back.

I want to thank this Wendy's for being so supportive of students and art education! The Crayola kids meal crayons are perfect for explaining instruction and color families. Don't know why we came here again. Family in town, and they wanted Wendy's. The food is always good, the service is slow, and now they have a kiosk for ordering. That's fine, but you can't use the app or coupons with the kiosk, and the woman working wouldn't take our order and said she can't help with the kiosk. She refused to take our order and advised us to use the kiosk. We had 6 people in our group, and the kiosk was super slow. The frustrating thing is that while we were using the kiosk as we were instructed to, multiple people came in, and the women took their orders. In the past, we waited for 20 plus minutes and eventually asked for a refund. Figured that service would have improved, but guess not.

I haven't been to this location in a while because the last few times the food was terrible. Cold, rock hard buns, mayo everywhere. Decided to try it again 5/6/24 for lunch (drive thru) and although it took a bit, it was fantastic. Picture perfect. Very rude and short with me. While placing my order at the drive through I would pause between items to allow the order taker to catch up. As soon as they caught up they just say, "pull forward." Happened twice while I was attempting to order.
Food was alright except for the sausage gravy biscuits. They were disgusting, I don't recommend merely slicing up the sausage patties and sprinkling them on top. They were dry and tough. Also took almost 10 minutes at the window even though I was the only person in line.
There are a lot of places for growth here, starting with hiring the right staff. Can't say I'll be back anytime soon.

Today, I waited about 30 minutes on drive-thru just to get my 1 drink.
If you have an item that you crave for and have time to wait, it's good. Otherwise, I can see myself not returning if I don't have the crave for that 1 item.

This is Delivery order. Order was completely messed. Delivery person told me coffee maker was down - so no drink. I ordered Breakfast Baconator combo + Bacon, Egg & Swiss Croissant with a coffee. What I received is 5 Sausage biscuits and no coffee. No call from Wendy's about the coffee or replacement drink.

Here at Wendy’s right now as we speak 3/11/23 12:19 pm. Here picking up a door dash and what do you know the doors are all locked and they won’t let me in to get my order for my customer. Now the order is going to be late and I’m sure cold as well. There’s no reason for the doors to be locked especially now it’s lunchtime. I knocked on the door and they told me get in the extremely long line outside. So here I sit in line waiting to get one simple order to deliver. This is ridiculous and they need some better management because this just ain’t working. All these food places are going bad in this area. Won’t be dashing or eating from here anymore.

Went there to order the speaker was off so waited while they proceeded to take the orders at the window and then the people waited at window for food instead of making them move up. Didn't understand how stupid it is to not have people move up together more orders left because some people have to get back to work this was the Wendy's in Germantown WI on county Q Rd. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes.... Im disabled and needed a gift card. Going in isn't easy. They took one order at a time. Delivered the order, then the next car place an order, then that car pulled up and they waited to deliver the next cars food until they took the next order. Whats the point of fast food if you are too lazy to even do the job.

They were not familiar with their menu and could not answer basic questions about their food. They were not focused on taking my order, they engaged in multiple other conversations. My food was thrown together and my fries were cold and rubbery. I was not happy especially after waiting for about 15 minutes after I ordered my food.

Used drive thru because dining room was closed. Ordered 4 sandwiches but they only rang up and made 3. I didn’t want to do another 30 minutes in the drive thru because everyone’s food would be cold by the time I got home so I parked and I knocked on the door, the nice young man that took my order realized his error after I explained and invited me in to wait while he rang in the sandwich and had it made. As soon as the manager seen me standing there, he started saying, “you can’t be in here. You have to leave. The dining room is closed. You need to get out. You can’t be inside the store. If you don’t leave I will call the cops. You need to leave now! Dining room is closed.” Over and over and over. I tried to speak, tried to tell him what had happened. I couldn’t get 2 words out before he was speaking over me again and again. He didn’t talk to any of the 3 other employees working to find out why I was there or how I got inside. I certainly don’t have my own key. Then he said again that he was going to call the police so I told him to go ahead and call, I hadn’t done anything wrong. If he would have let me talk he would have heard me say 5-6 times that I can’t leave without my credit card. I don’t like to raise my voice or try to talk over people because it is completely useless and you get nowhere. Needless to say, the manager made the employee take the charge for the sandwich he was going to have made for me back onto my card and I left. I was so upset and completely enthralled by his behavior that I couldn’t even bring myself to stop anywhere else to try and replace the missing sandwich before I rushed home. As I walked into my house I just broke down balling to my Mom. My parents can’t drive and I hadn’t eaten all day but now I wanted to give up my sandwich so my Mom could have dinner. I filed a complaint on December 2nd and got a quick email saying we got your complaint someone will reach out to you soon. It wasn’t soon enough for me, so I emailed again about why it was taking so long on the 5th and they said they would expedite my complaint but now it is the 9th and I am still waiting and still in awe that this even happened to me. I noticed that this Wendy’s has a ton of 1 star reviews and I am willing to bet it is because of the lack of experienced management and communication skills that are clearly lacking in this establishment. If things don’t change there soon, this Wendy’s will be the next one to shutdown.

Came to this Wendy’s at 902 sat in for 15 mins for the manager and another worker to tell me they couldn’t make me any food because they had to clean, I said your line isn’t packed and your open, what’s your corporate number the guy closed the window. The manager came to the windows I asked for the corporate number and she said she doesn’t have it google the number. They are very unprofessional, don’t go here if any has the corporate phone number please share so I can call and file a complaint

I honestly don’t know what’s going on with this Wendy’s. I’m going to guess bad management and poor pay.
I love wendys but this branch has ruined it for me. They can’t seem to get my order right ever. I know I can order a single , but they won’t let me do it here. off DoorDash one night and got a burger with NO BURGER on it at all. Not to mention drive through is a minimum 15 minute wait since they only ever seem to have 2 people working at a time.
Such a shame.
Edit: I tried this location again. I tried to order a big bacon classic with no veggies. I was told that this is the same as a Dave’s single. I told them not really since A Dave’s single has lettuce etc and no bacon, but as long as it’s a bacon burger that would be fine. She rung up my order as a cheeseburger. Still had the veggies did not have the bacon. I just left. They weren’t even trying to listen to what I wanted to order.

Worse Wendy's ever. I always try to give the Germantown location a chance but it never fails. Today the drive thru worker took out order, I didn't think she heard me so I repeated my order as she started finally entering it in the screen just to make sure she got everything. She had the worst attitude and then got the nerve to say she didn't have an attitude and how there's only two people there and she ain't suppose to be there anyways. Okay wth does that have to do with me. You mind as well not have come to work either if the irritation is going to only come out at other people. You may not think you had an attitude but reciprocating on my end it was definitely an attitude along with complaining that I didn't need to know. Service is horrible there. Oh and she still didn't get my order right even after I repeated it! Smh Wild!

Went in the women's restroom to wash our hands, the smell almost knocked us out, it looked as it hadn't been cleaned in forever, sink was filthy and didn't work, went to the men's and it wreaked as well. There were men with Wendys shirts on looking suspicious walking in and out of the back just lurking in and outside and when they kept opening the door of the office it looked like more people sitting around, very weird scene. If I hadn't paid first most definitely would have left. Wish I had of, where's corporate?

4 years later and this location is still a dumpster fire. Crazy long waits, randomly closed way before 9pm with no notice posted, all the lights in the drive thru still on and they let you just sit in the lane with no communication until you either drive away or pull to the window. If you dare to bother them(during posted business hours) they reply with such incredible snark and rudeness that you would expect you were interrupting their child's birthday or something. All of these years later and this location still cannot find employees with an once of politeness and professionalism. Just sad to see such a garbage location in this area.
This is a great Wendy's location during the day. When night comes, however, it is common to spend at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. Sometimes over 30 minutes which is frankly ridiculous considering how rapidly other locations can process cars through at any time of day. Something needs to be fixed here because it is always busy, every night. But also always slow. More staff or better staffing is severely required.

be aware of scams! i went here at around 9pm one night and they didn’t give my card back at first, so i had to drive back to retrieve it. a few days later all of my money was drained from my debit account with multiple large purchases i did not make, and this is the only place i have used it since before i came to this wendys. I alerted my bank and the cops but still be aware of not getting your card back here!!
