Time and time again we try with this location and it’s absolutely trash something is either missing from an order or incorrect i just ordered a carmel cold foam and got a carmel cold brew i called to tell them and the man anwserd the phone and said he made it him self there was absolutely no cold foam in the drink this location is full of laziness and incompetence never again will we come back the owner of this store needs to do better and hire some competent employees

Was the second car to pull up to drive thru at 9:50 pm and I usually have a LOT of grace when it comes to retail or food industry employees, but after when announcing that I had a mobile order I sat at the first window with no one to come hand
me my receipt or to tell me to head to the second window. By then the first car had already taken off. Even after I had gotten their attention and proceeded to the next window it took them another 2 minutes before they had came to hand me anything. Then they proceed to tell me to pull ahead because they had to wait on my food. My order? 3 crispy chicken sandwiches and a frosty. I then proceed to wait an additional 7 minutes after that to then receive my order, after 3 cars were already served after me. The employee who handed me my order didn't seem to have any sense or urgency and didn't even offer an apology for the ridiculous wait time and lack of service.

Update :
They didn’t even get my order right. How do you mess up that bad on a mobile order? I would be more than understanding if they were slammed but I was the only individual there for an extended period. Not everyone is eager to work in the food industry I understand that and I’ve worked it myself but this is why people who work in these industries get a bad rapport. Avoid this place in the later hours of the evening.

Ate at this Wendy’s the other day, everyone was very friendly, burgers were very good. Sometimes a burger at fast food stops are slapped together without care and you can tell when you unwrap them. My daughter got chicken nuggets and were very good. Fries are always great at Wendy’s. Restaurant was very clean also.

May 18th, 2025. I went through with my dog heading home from up north. Had my parents' old dog with as well, so 2 chihuahuas. He was sleeping in the passenger seat.

The first woman at the window was so nice. She asked if they could have a dog treat. I declined because I knew they wouldn't eat it. My dog then came to the window, and the woman was able to pet her to day hi. I could tell my dog was not afraid of her (she is a chihuahua after all). I was all smiles after that interaction.

Then we get to the window to pick up food. The guys at the window were so excited to see pup. He asked if she could have a chicken nugget, and we accepted (everyone loves the nuggets there). He then gave us another for the older guy sleeping in the passenger seat.

This is a Wendy's that I frequent to. The food and service is good. Although the timing is quick, you should try to be quick too. Green Bay is a relatively low-crime area, but the east side around Preble tends to be higher because of the drug activity nearby. Be on the lookout in this area.

Ordered breakfast through the app, paid for it ahead of time. Due to weather, I arrived 5 minutes after “breakfast had ended.” When I arrived, they said they didn’t make my food & since it was past breakfast, they couldn’t make it. Fine, whatever, so then I asked politely for a refund. The manager said that they can’t get me a refund & I have to call customer service so they can do the refund. Again, fine.

This was now 2 weeks ago, and I have not received my refund. My case has been “escalated to upper management” to take care of the refund & still nothing. I have spoken to 3 people (one at the restaurant, two over the phone), you would think by now the refund request would be fulfilled, but it’s not. Wendy’s either needs to start preparing their food once people pay for it, or ensure you can issue a refund on the spot at the restaurant because this is ridiculous & I am rightfully owed my money for lack of service provided.

Went to drive through before my granddaughters gymnastics meet ordered our food gave them money. They charged us for the wrong food and we had to give them more money. Then they forgot to give us the change. My grandson was eating his breakfast sandwich and an egg shell in there the size of a quarter which he almost bid intocalled. One of the best locations I've been to in quite a while. I am disabled and stopped here for lunch with an elderly friend. Not only did we receive great food and polite service at the counter but the cashier was also kind enough to bring our food to our table for us, recognizing either of us most likely would have struggled to do so by ourselves.
