Recently went there, and Wendy’s has shrunken the spicy chicken. This used to be my favorite place to get a spicy chicken but no longer will I go there. One little tiny piece of lettuce and one piece of tomato that didn’t even cover the chicken. McDonald’s McChicken sandwich was bigger than this and I’m paying premium money. So sad, Customer lost.

Waited 10 minutes to get someone to take my order.Kept getting ignored,and some other people behind my left after about 5 minutes of obvious ignoring those waiting in line.I ate inside,and after taking around 20 minutes to get my food.They messed up my sandwich.Then as I was saying my sandwich is wrong.It took me saying it 2 times before someone made my sandwich correct.Would not suggest this Wendy's.They are not apologetic about anything.Fries where not fresh at all,and sandwich was dry.Terrible service,food,and just plain not caring about the customers inside.Just the drive through was priority,and takeout orders for food delivery services.Would not go back to this Wendy's.The most terrible service I have had on eating at restaurants.

the staff member alice was very rude. first off i pulled up to the speaker and nobody said a word almost 2 minutes, then she finally said “you can order whenever” very disrespectfully. I had to repeat my order 4 times and the order was still wrong. Ordered the chicken nugget combo with ranch, she proceeded to give me just the chicken nuggets and charge me for everything else. on top of my bag missing half of the food i was given honey mustard instead of ranch. don’t waste your time with this location go a mile down the road to the one by the truck stop.

Terrible terrible terrible. Myself and a coworker went there for lunch today.

A male took our order. Gave us a total cost. We paid. 5 minutes later he comes back to tell us he didn't charge us for something and now needed a manager to change it. By the way we already waited 10 minutes to get our order taken

Fast forward to the manager coming up. She came up with attitude. I asked about confirming our order. The attitude given back was terrible. I asked for my money back and she gave me a dirty look and I made her aware that it was very unprofessional how we were treated.

As I left she said awful remarks "have a good day stinky, go take a shower"

Francine the manager is who she claimed to be.

Terrible to talk to someone like that, regardless of the day you are having. She did this in front of many customers.

I was just here with my son and there was this woman worker who was a bit older, greyish long hair in a high ponytail. Anyways she was AMAZING! I didn’t get her name but she made a small fast food establishment feel like so much more! It was a bit crazy when I came in so my order was wrong and she apologized 5x! And when I asked for a bag for my husbands food that I was taking home for him (son and I ate there) she offered to keep the bag on the warmer!!! This woman needs a raise I swear! In drive thru this morning. Didn't even know they had breakfast. Guy said "welcome to Wendy's. Order when you are ready." Response ok. One moment. Looking at the menu. Not even 30 seconds late. now i love wendys, one of my favorite fast food places but if you hate your job, that has nothing to do with me. ordered from this wendy's through door dash, ordered cheese fries, was sent chili cheese fries. i do not like ground beef. i cannot eat ground beef. i was given fries i cannot eat. whatever. i do a redelivery and just to be sure, i call the wendy's to make sure i get cheese fries. the broad hangs up on me the first time. i call again. i explain i just wanna make sure i get cheese fries, she's extremely rude and talks to me like i'm stupid. now i didn't talk to you mfkers like you couldn't read since clearly you cant. i'm extremely polite and understand working fast food/retail SUCKS but don't get mad at me cause yall folks illiterate.

Waited quite a while for them to open the doors for lunch and no one ever came to do so. We left after waiting 10 mins after an employee went out for a smoke and told us they’d open “very soon”. Last time I came to this location they gave me the wrong order and charged me for items that I never received, Absolutely done with this store. This place used to be awesome 10 years ago. Whoever “runs” this store now needs to be let go and new management acquired. After looking at other reviews, I can for sure say I’m not the only one with complaints.

I’ve been visiting this location for over 15 years. There’s 2 managers that been there that long to this day. Anyhow, for 75% of the time, I’m very satisfied: The food is made correctly, hot, and well trained employees. The French fries are almost always hot. There’s then the rest of the time, if it’s past 8pm or before 10 am don’t order any food. It will be cold. Most customers don’t mind waiting for hot food. As a previous fast food restaurant manager, I advise having a manager or at least crew lead- on a shift at all times. I do understand that it’s a hard shift to staff. The evenings that I occasionally have had hot food was when a management/lead employee was working.

Overall, I enjoy being a regular customer at this location. I’m impressed with the slowly, but still improving interior and exterior. Thank you!

I mainly use the drive-thru. The food is very good and if you're getting a salad, only the service is quick if you're first in line. But I'd you are ordering multiple cooked meals and you're behind several (3 - 4) customers, it can take a while to get your order. But when you get your meal, the smell and taste is worth the wait as long as you don't have to be anywhere soon!

This Wendy's is usually halfway decent. Food is fine, service is mediocre but never very friendly. Today they made an unforgivable mistake. I ordered two of their Croissant breakfast sandwiches. After eating all of one and half of the other, I saw mold on the sandwich. This is one of the worst things that a food establishment can do. Hopefully the mold wasn't on the other sandwich and a half, but I doubt it. Unless you enjoy eating mold, I would strongly suggest avoiding coming to this restaurant. I know I won't be back again after this.

Don't order nuggets at night. I go here regularly, started noticing my 10 pieces only had 9 pieces. Went today and should've received two 10 pieces and a 4 piece. Only had 9 nuggets in each 10 piece and they didn't even give me my 4 piece. I think they're holding onto part of the meal for themselves and just hoping they don't get caught snacking on it.

The food here was great. Everything except the guy at the counter who had a meltdown over a door-dash driver supposedly not telling him why he was there. Which the driver did when he walked in. The kid had an absolute meltdown. A kind older woman took my order and apologized as the meltdown continued in the back. Absolute childish behavior. Do NOT order delivery through the mobile app. Our sandwhiches did not get delivered. When we called the store, we were told the driver left without them.
