Been to this location twice in the past few months, and this is the 2nd time I had a problem, Last time was not receiving all my items ordered, that's one thing and not so bad. The second was giving me the Wrong item, ordered 6 piece nuggets, receipt said that..received SPICY!! Didn't realize till I was home and bit into one. I don't do well with spicy!! Mouth on fire, throat closing up, booming headache started and lasted for several days...Don't give the wrong items not asked for!!! This is the best Wendy's in Kenosha. 3 or 4 cars ahead of you? No problem, maybe 5 mins. Now if you go to the location on 39th and 75th, 3 or 4 cars has you waiting almost 30 minutes. Glad this place has competent management. I live a block from the 39th location and will never go back there, 52nd is worth the drive, I'll have my foot in my house sooner than the 1 block drive from 39th.

I've always preferred Wendy's over it's competitors. We stopped by the drive through at the 52nd Street location and got a chicken nugget kids' meal, a #2 son of baconator combo, a 10 piece spicy nuggets combo with a large fry, and a double stack with cheese plain.

The kids' meal nuggets were soggy and near cold to the touch. The fries were under cooked, where some of the ends had the semi-transparent almost frozen look to them still. The 10 piece spicy nuggets were soft, wet, and near cold as if they'd been briefly microwaved, and the double stack with cheese PLAIN came with extra pickles and onions, smothered in ketchup and mustard, and the bun was soggy as if it'd been sitting in a damp drawer all morning. The burger itself was cold.

I'd complain less about my order's temperature and condition, but I live literally one block away so that's certainly no excuse on their part. We've visited this Wendy's countless times over the years, and provided them literal thousands of dollars of patronage, and while some visits have been hit or miss but this was beyond disgusting.

Do better or you will not survive in this business climate. The $30+ I spend per visit can be spent elsewhere, and most likely will until I forget about this awful experience.

Haven’t been to Wendy’s in a while , so ordered something new and two items I used to order. Wendy’s on 52nd Street and Pershing Blvd was very nice inside and staff was friendly. I noticed right away! Jessie waited on me and Jose helped when I paid. Crew in back seemed cheerful and atmosphere felt uplifting! Food was really good! Both Italian chicken and junior bacon cheeseburger were well presented…all ingredients looked fresh and individually on sandwich, not all mushed together! The cheeses well placed , meat and bacon was cooked right and also well placed on the buns! Baked potato was good, too…didn’t look old, brown or shriveled and skin was crisp! All was a real surprise…and was a “to go” order! This Wendy’s, Sunday (11/ 20) manager and crew are a great team and made this particular restaurant stand out in a good way! Thank you!

I just experienced the worst with them today. My boyfriend and I went thru the drive area, and the girl working at the window was completely unprofessional. We tell her we want two separate payment types. 16. On a card then the rest in cash. She says to us, she has to do cash first then card. She closes the window you see her laughing and goofing around. She opens the window back up to tell us she charged the full amount to the card. To my disappointment, I tell her to do a refund and to do it correctly. She laughs and says she's unable to do that. So I said I'd like to speak to a manager. She closes the window once more. Hands us the food and to conclude with a good evening. So I said, no manager?! So this will be the very last time I order from this location. Stop hiring incompetent staff members and respect the customers. Corporate is being called .

I was there in a professional capacity how is door dashing but the restaurant looks nice on the inside the dining room is open. But that team is very understaffed for obvious reasons so it is a little slow I had to wait about 20 minutes for my doordash order be completed and there's plenty of people waiting around inside because they're taking a while to get their food completed at the same time deal with all the cars in the Drive-Thru so it is understaffed by quite a bit so that's what's really slowing them down a lot

I wish I could rate this location less than 1 star or take stars away from them. Stopped here for lunch today, sat in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes waiting on one sandwich, 4 chicken nuggets and a tea.
